Joe

I originally left a review of this place before but it's somehow disappeared. I went here to get a diagnosis and repair of my heat system. It did not blow hot air. I paid them and upon arrival to pick up my car I started it up and it still did not blow hot air. I paid for service and did not receive any. The store manager at the time was just someone named Joe. Apparently the employees working there don't have last names. Because when asked, I was only supplied with first names. The image is the follow up from Joe.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. This is late as I forgot to leave a review. This is for "Joe". I told him I had an issue with my heating not working (hvac) in my car. Long story short, they worked on the issue and when I came to pick up the car they said they'd fixed it. I paid and went out to my car and still had no heat. Wouldn't refund my money either. I then received a text message from Joe a year later, not sure why. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, ever. Scam artists.

Midas can't repair this.

I was turned away because they didn't think they could repair my tire with a screw in it. Said I had to go buy a new one. I immediately went to Les Schwab and they expertly fixed my tire for free. Oil and tire rotation is the only service they are good at at this Midas location.

The person at the desk (I think her name was Christy) said it would be a little while before they could get to it and asked if that was ok.

I made an appointment to bring my father-in-laws Honda Accord in to change out the headlight lenses. They had fogged up. Yes I know there is a chemical you can use to un-fog them but it really doesn't last. So anyway this was his Christmas gift. I already had the parts since I got them on-line, and they didn't give me a hard time about it. So, I was just charged for labor. So, I pick up the car in Bothell and drive it to Fast Eddies in Everett. "Why did you take it to a place so far away Tony B?" Well believe me, I called around. But several places did not follow up with me, or said they would not install parts that I provided myself. Fast Eddie's was easy to deal with. And we made an appointment for 10AM today. They were ready for me at 10, just as they said. I was told it would take 2 or three hours, and they were done around 1:30. So, that's pretty close. Oh, and When I checked in on Yelp, I got a pop-up with a 10% discount on labor! Fast, honest, they keep their word, and for those reasons I am awarding 5 stars. Thanks Fast Eddie! I can't say enough good things about Enriquez Tires. The guys there are seriously incredible…read more I needed four new (used) tires, but I could only bring in two at a time. When I brought the first two in, they were super cool and even gave me a better price than what I was quoted over the phone. That honestly meant a lot because they didn't have to say anything -- they could've just charged the original price. I thought that was super cool of him. I explained that I needed to go back home (about 5 minutes away) to swap out the other two tires and bring them in. Even though they were about to close, he told me to go grab them and that they would wait for me. Well... I had a hard time getting a couple of the lug nuts off, so it took me an extra 30+ minutes. I called and let him know what was going on, fully expecting them to say they had to close -- but he told me it was all good and to still come in. When I finally pulled up, the garage doors were shut and I was thinking I'd taken too long and they had to leave. But then the doors opened and he came out and said, "I was starting to think you weren't coming!" They waited for me -- not even knowing for sure if I would show back up. That blew me away. They didn't have an attitude. They weren't upset that their day had ended 30+ minutes earlier. They were still friendly, helpful, and ready to get my tires taken care of.They even helped unload and reload the tires into my car. I left feeling extremely grateful. It's rare to see customer service like that anymore. They went above and beyond, took time away from their evening, and treated me with genuine kindness. I really wish I would've gotten their names so I could thank them personally -- but I hope they see this and know how much I appreciated what they did. I even drove away wishing I had tipped them more because they absolutely deserved it. This is 100% the place you want to go for tires. I highly recommend Enriquez Tires, and I will definitely be going back. You will not be disappointed

I communicated with this vendor over several days about a specific set of tires listed on Facebook…read moreMarketplace. On the day of purchase, I confirmed availability at 10:43 AM due to the hour-plus drive from Maple Valley to Everett, and the merchant said they were available. After I arrived, he claimed he had texted that the set was sold. I don't text and drive, and he had already confirmed availability before I left. My records show he didn't send that message until 11:23 AM--about 40 minutes after I departed. With gas over $5 per gallon, I didn't appreciate the wasted time, cost, and wear on my vehicle, especially when he then tried to sell me different tires. His attitude was smug and dismissive. I would not recommend this business.
