I went here to have the windshield wiper discharge nozzle on my car replaced. Since I already had the part on hand, Mason came out to have a look and was kind enough to replace it on the spot for me and to refill my wiper fluid reservoir. Excellent customer service on Mason's part, I highly recommend this location! read more

I took my 1996 Toyota Tacoma to my local Midas store because I wanted to do business locally and I assumed I would get a good job from a nationally known establishment. I assumed the installation was done well until I drove my truck away and discovered that the truck was making a really odd noise and was really loud. I had picked my truck up late in the day so I didn't have time to take it back that day. It's my second vehicle so two days later I took it back in the afternoon to tell Midas that something was wrong and that I really didn't have time that day to get it fixed. Customer service rep, took the problem to the floor manager who had someone go pick my truck up and put it on a lift. The neighbor of mine, and I had discovered that the main body of the muffler had been installed tightly flush to the bottom of my pick up cab. Thus every bounce and movement of the truck resonated into the cab. Technician looked underneath my truck and took a hydraulic prybar tool and began hammering away at the undercarriage of my truck. no one asked me in any way shape or form how to resolve the problem and I really didn't realize what he was doing. They gave me back my keys having parked the truck as far away from the office as they could without telling me where it was and so I had to crawl underneath my truck to see what they had done and discovered that basically they had pride my cab away from the muffler instead of Reinstalling it or installing it correctly the first time. I expressed my dismay with the store supervisor Lauren and she was defensive about the entire installation the fix of the problem and the lack of communication on my $633 muffler install. When I originally called this place, they said it should be about 450 bucks. so now I have an altered body and a frustrating experience with Midas. They probably don't do this with everybody, but my experience was terrible. I have filed a complaint review with Midas. read more

I had a blow out on I-25 and was able to limp to their shop. As soon as I pulled in; the manager came out and offered to help immediately as I was running late to a meeting. They swapped me out for my spare in 20 minutes. Great Team!!! read more

They gouge you with their prices. I had my breaks done pads and rotors . They charged me 1100.00. Ok they were due so I needed my spark plugs done and it would be around 400.00 for four plugs. That cost 13.00. Each. Then I thought to replace starter coils also just in case. At the auto parts store they range from 135. To 225. Just to use their labor it would range from 104.00 to 500.00 I will not recommend them ever again. I already sent them 10 people who also said the same. read more

WARNING - YOU WILL NOT BE VALUED - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Brought my car in for a flat. Extra work was "needed". Paid for extra work and when I picked it up the tire wasn't fixed. It took half the day to get it repaired. Management was not professional in presenting solutions or making the solution right. UPDATE - Tire was thrown in my trunk. No customer service unless you are paying for more. read more

Was quoted 88 dollars over the phone for a tire change (22 per tire). Got in and the quote was boosted to 150 due to the brand of car... these are standard snow tires regardless of the type of car. This is a bad business practice read more

I LOVE these guys. I was returning from lunch today and heard a dragging sound under the front of my car. I pass this Midas location everyday on my way to work. So, I stopped by (first time here). They were able to help me immediately! They fixed the issue. Were kind and courteous. I'll be back! read more

My son and I frequently use this shop for both of our cars. Recently, as I was trying to leave Denver to make an out of state trip, I discovered one of my tires had a slow leak. I went to three different places to get a patch, but none had the labor to fix it. At Midas, Steve the Service Manager, got me right in and my tire patched quickly. Their customer service is top notch and I always feel good about the work done to my vehicle when I leave the shop. read more

I visited this location in the beginning of August. At that time I was told that I need new struts, strut mounts and shocks. I had these parts special ordered from my mechanic. He replaced them because they were not returnable parts but notified me that they were not bad and had a lot of life left in them. At that time I was also told (and could hear from the squeaking) that my breaks were actually bad. Midas did not notify me that my breaks were bad. I am highly disappointed at this store and down $1100 for shocks and struts that I did not need. read more

I was very impressed with this shop, Mason and Steve were very helpful, knowledgable and kind. The whole staff seemed to be enjoying themselves and was overall the best experience I've had in Denver for auto repairs and maintenance. Even though I only needed an oil change, I was informed on what could potentially need repairs for the future without feeling pressured or trapped. I will be returning. Thank you!! read more

Only reason they get three stars is because the employee was very courteous and nice and they were quick. Went in for an oil change and OF COURSE my car had "other issues". He explained the issues which came out to $450+, and all of them seemed a little fishy to me. The customer who I was seated next to in the waiting room (oil change only as well) had his "issues" explained to him about 2 min before me and they tried to get over $800 out of him. He laughed, said he had his car serviced at the dealer 3 months prior, paid, and left. Smart man. Needless to say I had my car looked at, at a smaller shop and they said the "issues" were actually "non-issues". Long story short, Midas is a corporate company, so just expect that they are going to make a mountain out of any tiny mole hill issue that your car has. But if you can stomach the BS "your car has ______ issues" spiel, they offer a quick oil change for a decent price. Side Note: I held back some serious laughter when the charge to get the replacement part from the auto part store to Midas later that afternoon was $50+. The auto parts store is 2.1 miles away!! haha read more

I won't name any names because they were probably brain washed into believing what corporate tells them to say but I just called around for brake prices and was alarmed at the response. Nameless- "We don't give quotes over the phone and anyone who does is just spitting numbers at you they know nothing about". Me- What? You can't tell me how much front pads on my specific truck with the rotters turned would be? Him- No that's why we offer free inspections. Don't take your vehicle here. They are trying to get you to bring your car to them so they can sell you on getting it fixed there. Just like every time you go to grease monkey. Have you ever been quoted just the f'n oil change price? No, salesmen. Not touching any car I ever own. Thought maybe times have changed so I booted up the ol' Google machine and looked up brakes, good locations, and scams, blah, blah, blah. One of the first things you see is "top 10 brake/auto scams". This is from that article. Once you find a shop that carries brand-name parts, ask for a price quote over the phone. Any reputable shop will provide a fairly firm quote that includes machining the rotors, replacing the slide pines and installing high-quality pads and hardware. Shops don't need to see the vehicle to provide a price--a break job isn't brain surgery. If a shop balks at providing a phone quote, call a different one. Ha! A few days later corporate gives me generic response. You don't need to fix anything Midas, just keep being you and you will weed yourself out. read more

I have used this Midas several times in the past and always dealt with Cody. He knows customer service, however, this morning dealing with someone else I have vowed to never use this Midas again. I was not only treated very poorly, but also lied to.. I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a dishonest business with no customer service skills instilled in their employees. read more

I ran over a giant industrial sized nail and went to Firestone and Goodyear and they didn't have time to even look at my car and said I could make an appointment for the next week. When I called Midas they said to bring it in and they will fix it right away. AND they didn't even charge me?!! They were quick and so nice. They were very helpful and showed me some tire options for when I'm ready to put new tires on my car. I am so thankful for such a great neighborhood place to take my car! read more

I don't write reviews as much as I used too but this place deserves one for sure! This Midas is not only ran by two honest men Mason and Steve but is one of the best shops I've been too in awhile. As a native New Yorker from NYC I've been looking for a home where I can take my vehicle too when it needs work and after months of searching which has been since April I've finally found this shop and these guys not only are they honest and have awesome prices they have a fantastic team and understand what it like to be in a financial tough corner and will work with you on the price and do what they can to help you out within the scope of their abilities. As a college student a full time employee/ adult who is only 28 it's hard to do all that and manage my own life at times and these guys get that and I appreciate that alongside the honestly, accountability and realness. As a native New Yorker I am not about the bullshit and I can for a fact that this shop specifically and all who work here and not about the bullshit and are on point with 10, 10, 10's across the board. If you need a place to take your vehicle and call it home take your vehicle here cause you will definitively get quality, honest, reliable work with the best prices in town and around! read more

Not one employee was wearing a mask! They didn't think they had to. I said it's a state order!!!Then his excuse was he's only been there two days. They couldn't figure out how to reset my oil change needed dash message. And then my low pressure tire warning light came on and the guy said not their fault. Last tine I go there! Beware! read more

I was very impressed with the kindness and expertise of the mechanics and shop owner at this Midas location. They spent extra time with me to answer all my questions and I felt my car was in very good hands. I even needed my license plates taken off and didn't have the right tools at home, and they helped me do this with no extra charge! It really showed how they go the extra miles for their customers. Cody was extremely efficient and helpful in replacing my tires. Super communicative, responsive, and friendly to work with. Would absolutely recommend! read more

My steering wheel has been shaking for at least six months; if I was actually counting it has probably been a lot longer. It should have been a priority however I'm an award winning procrastinator (gold medal all the way)! The BF worries for my safety and I've been putting off taking the car in for a while. I opted for Midas since I had a $20 oil change coupon and I figured I needed one of those as well. The coupon also included a tire rotation and visually checking my brakes and I really wanted a status on my brakes since I've punched holes through my rotors in the past and I don't want that expense again. (See where my procrastinating gets me) My experience at Midas was wonderful from the minute I entered the door, friendly staff and helpful with all my car needs. After the full once over on my car a gentleman came and sat down to me in the lobby and explained everything I needed and why. Turns out I needed two new tires (one of them had two nails), full alignment, air filters, and a couple other major things. I didn't opt for all the services they recommended and was not pressured into doing them either. He communicated the major more time sensitive items and told me the things I could wait on which I appreciated. For what I had done the price was fair and the service was impeccable. Service was top notch and my car is driving like new. No steering wheel problems now must be the new shiny tires. read more

I brought my car to this Midas for the first time a couple months ago. I was looking for a place to get an oil change for a while, and had read up on the online reviews before going in. They were all pretty positive, so I decided to give it a go. This was my first time taking my car in to any Midas, and the guys on W. 6th definitely lived up to the positive reviews that were given to them! They were incredibly personable and professional, and I never once got the feeling that they were looking for ways to add unwanted services. The oil change was quick and affordable, and I appreciate knowing that I can trust the people in charge. I'll definitely be going here from now on! read more

I've been bringing my car to the Nissan dealership for years to get regular servicing. I was sick of driving so far to the closest Nissan dealership every time I needed something done. I was a little hesitant to go to Midas, but they were great. I called the day before I wanted to bring my Murano in, and they fit me in no problem. They also got the maintenance done the same day. They were so friendly and helpful that I brought my brother's car in to have them check out the a/c which wasn't working. Turns out that it was an expensive fix, and they suggested it might not be worth the cost of the repair considering the age of the car. It built my trust with them because it proved they weren't just trying to gouge me for every penny possible. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM! I took my car in for an oil change that was the only light on my dash when I left the store. I come back to pick up my car and 3 new lights including the check engine light are on. Midas - SCAM DO NOT GO HERE - Tires Near Me - Denver, Colorado

VERY dishonest! I went in for an oil change, they told me that I needed whippers because they left streaks? My whippers are 3 months old!! Anything to get a quick buck! Due To their dishonesty I will not be back read more

They were helpful and fast. The diagnosis of my check engine light cost more than I thought it would at $100, but all in all they got the problem fixed for under $400 so I'm happy with the price overall. The cost had I attempted to do it myself would have been around $200 - $300 so it was well worth having the pros do it in less than half the time. read more

I've brought my car here twice now for work and I honestly wouldn't take it anywhere else. All the guys in the shop are super cool and genuinely want to help you out and get you back on the road. I know when I'm getting ripped off and I can 100% trust the guys here. I would highly recommend! They won't push you to spend money on things that don't need done as far as routine maintenance like other shops will. I like coming in and knowing that I'm getting an honest deal and my car will be in good hands :) read more

These guys were fast, honest, and very helpful. They looked my car over and let me know what they found during the oil change. When I asked if anything was a problem, he said, "Nah, I mean you could try to get it into perfect shape, but what's the point? It's got 109,000 miles; you can't make it into a new car. So just keep an eye on everything and get regular oil changes and such." Other car places had suggested I fix every minor leak or issue (for a high price, of course). It was so refreshing to hear a car place tell it to me straight that not everything is equally worth fixing! When I told him I was impressed with their service, he immediately handed me his personal card. It was such a nice touch. I will definitely be making Midas my oil change/service location from now on! read more

Denver construction really got me today. I caught a screw in my back tire and my day was flipped upside-down. I called and Steve said there would be a wait but that they could gladly get me in. Have brought my vehicle here several times and have always been impressed by how little everything costs and how much they don't charge me for. Solid place that seems trustworthy. read more

NOT Trustworthy!!!! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Went in to get two new tires and an alignment. Said they would order the tires and I could get them put on the next day. I went in the next day and was told they didn't order the tires and I would have to wait two more additional days until they did after I was told they could get it done. When confronted with their error they would not even apologize for their mistake and that I would just have to be at their mercy if I wanted tires. There is obviously many other places to get auto work done, I implore you to choose someone other than Midas! read more

Was helped today by Steve and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I took both of my cars to Midas and Rick walked me through the process. He was very thorough, helpful and very friendly. They ran a diagnostic on one of my cars and said that they could try and fiddle with the transmission problem but advised me to go to a place that specialized in transmission repairs. The diagnostics cost about $110, but Rick was kind enough to waive the cost since they were not able to work on my car. I will definitely be taking my car here for future maintenance! WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my '09 Ford Fusion in for replacement struts and shocks that needed to be replaced, there was a major rattling noise coming from the front of my car and that's what they diagnosed needed to be fixed in April of 2018. Spent $1700 to have all the work done. Picked up my car when it was done and the rattling noise it was making in the front was still there. Took it back to have them double check it, and they said now it had something to do with the sway bar. Another $100 worth of "work" after that and it was still making the same awful rattling noise. 6 months later I finally decide to take it to a certified Ford mechanic hoping it wasn't the same issue, and maybe something else that Midas missed. They explained to me that the front struts that had been recently replaced by Midaswere installed improperly and needed to be replaced AGAIN!!! Which is costing me another $900. This is not over. When the work is done from my Ford mechanic, I will be contacting corporate and getting a full refund for the shotty work they performed on my car. Totally unethical business and I will never go back. To be continued. Yeah Midas I already contacted you at the link you provided me the same day I wrote this, and I still haven't heard from you. read more
