Shopping for a new vehicle is always stressful, especially when you're switching brands after 14 years of loyalty. My family and I visited four different dealerships while searching for the right vehicle, but after visiting Glenn E. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep, we knew a Jeep was exactly what we were looking for. What truly made the difference was the outstanding service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. Their knowledge and willingness to answer every question made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. A very special thank you to Isaac Barrajas and his manager Greg Yudt for his incredible patience and dedication throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make everything easy, never pressured us, and made us feel like valued customers every step of the way. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone at Glenn E. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep for making what could have been a stressful experience into such a positive one. I couldn't be happier with our new Jeep and will gladly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

She gave a description of what she was looking for and immediately placed on hold. Someone else came on the line asking if she was helped. She said "I think so someone just took my information " and the person responded "that's not what I asked you". Wtf?? Once he did start helping her, he spoke extremely rudely, implying she didn't know what she was talking about. THEN , I called in myself and had no problem getting the part. I went in and the old guy had the audacity to bring up my girl to me. Who in TF does he think he is ????? How does he have a job ??? Old ignorant rude miserable man. Shame on you for employing this trash. I added a pic of his signature. We will be contacting you again to make sure he was fired or something.

The first one I saw was the maroon forester hybrid and LOVED IT. Amy was very knowledgeable and really let us know all the important facts about the car and Subaru. Everyone at the dealership was also quite kind and very friendly. I'm hoping I won't have to buy another car for a long, long, LONG time, but if I do, I'm going straight back here!!

We scheduled a time to come in, looked at a few of the cars we discussed and test drove what later became our car. Josh was transparent and professional when it came down to discussing my concerns about "the numbers" . I met Nile the manager and let's say I can see why the team here are nice. Nile was equally professional and willing to work with my concerns. Wendy in finance was nice and informative. At first I didnt want to get the full warranty coverage but she explained the features of the car and how the coverage would help save us $ in the event it was needed. They were also able to match my rate that I came in with from a different financial institution. Majorie helped close us out (Josh stayed as long as he could but we kept him long enough lol). A true team player considering we didnt start off with her but she was happy to help her colleague in the last half hour or so with us. Thank you again to Josh! We are happy with our purchase. Shout out to Nile Villanueva the Sales Manager for having a great team.

Details matter. More…read morespecifically getting details wrong matters. I came to Martin Chevrolet for my first service. In theory, you go to the Dealer for the most knowledgeable and professional services. My expectation was high. When I picked up my AEV version AT4X, I was not provided the multipoint inspection sheet as noted on my paperwork. So, I turned around and asked for the sheet. (First red flag) My first question was did you reset the oil life monitor when you changed the oil. The service advisor said yes. When I asked why that was not checked off, he replied thats not printed on the form. (I guess second red flag) I left Martin Chevrolet worried about the quality of service given to me, but I was busy so I left. Once I had more time to review, I noticed they marked Tire PSI at 40. Did they fill the tires to 40 PSI? Thats actually the wrong tire pressure! Manufacturer recommends 38. (Details matter) Then, in writing up this review I remembered I had damage to the rear right shocks on the truck. No mention or documentation of anything anywhere. Is that actually an issue---- honestly I suspect not, but I also expect they missed it. While none of these items represent anything major, the lack of detail and precision is worrisome for a Dealership. I will see how they respond when I ask for clarification. In the meantime, Where should I go for top notch auto service? Its clearly not Martin Chevrolet.

However, the remaining portion of the dealership does not care about you. I should have paid attention to the fact that there were several people in the waiting room waiting on their cars to be serviced. And when I asked about the lower rating the dealership has online, they said it was due to the Service Department. Well, I live out of town and will be getting my car serviced in Bakersfield, so the service department does not matter to me. NOTE: It took them well over a month and many follow up calls to get me the second key to our Certified BMW, which I learned later was supposed to be given at the time of sale when it is a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) sale. Now that I have had the car a couple of years, things change and I traded it in for a brand-new car. In doing so, I have this Unlimited Miles Warranty that has 2.5 years remaining on it. I called BMW to see about having the remaining amount prorated back to me in a credit. They said that I needed to speak with Long Beach BMW where I Purchased the car, Finance Department to receive this credit. I have called this dealership 15-20 times now. NEVER a return call. How Rude right? So when it comes to making the sale, they are all about you and making that money. But when it comes to service, they have obvious issues and especially when seeking to speak to them after the sale, they have no interest in speaking with you since that would involve refunding you a balance they you deserve. They are just there to make money. Don't let them fool you into thinking that they are a Service Oriented Provider. BMW makes a Nice Car. There are Plenty of Dealerships that will sell you one. You may want to look for options at dealerships other than Long Beach BMW.
