They treat me like family and work with my budget sometimes during repairs in stages I like that they don't try to upsell me a bunch of extra stuff I don't need. The air conditioning in our cars is icy cold charged reasonable price for fixing broken air conditioning leak. They also are now offering car washing service when you get your car serviced very nice after oil change this new family business deserves your attention and great deals on tires. I was referred here from my tire spot to get help with my AC. I met a very charming man at the front office, Eduardo. He was so helpful and kind. Such a nice man! He filled me in on the history of the location and we had a fun chat about San Pedro, family, California, surgeries, and other random tidbits. The shop used to be under different ownership that only focused on European cars (if memory serves) but now is under new ownership, for a couple years now. I saw the owner too but didn't get to speak much with him, but he seemed kind as I saw him helping what looked like a regular customer. They took great care of my car and will definitely earn my business again - all thanks to Eduardo. Excellent customer service, great vibe to the shop overall, and they didn't try to upsell me at all. I recently moved to this area and needed a new auto service to take care of my old 1993 van. A&E is near my home less than a mile away and I read all their wonderful reviews before making an appointment! I am now adding to them and sharing the positive experience and customer service that I received. I dealt mostly with Edgar. He was kind, friendly and helpful. He would always greet me with a nice firm handshake! I had to eventually return a second time once there was a part received for my van. I didn't feel intimidated, it is a welcoming place and the prices are fair. I was able to confirm with someone I know in the industry that the prices are good. The work was done in the time they said it would be (honor of their word) and they didn't try to sell me up.
