Haven't got to try the yogurt yet, the guy giving out samples stood there staring directly at my little sister and I, making us really uncomfortable (and I'm not the type to be phased easy) to the point where we just left. Hope to try mickey's yogurt eventually.. just give the customers some space. read more

I love bringing my daughter here for a treat from time to time. They always have a good selection of flavors, and it's always very clean and they play some great music in there! Prices are a bit too high, as are most self serve frozen yogurt shops, but that's why I consider it a nice treat to have a couple of times a year. read more

Flavours are good and staff is okay. The location is lovely and the price is great. I stopped by here after dropping someone off in town. It was the first frozen dessert parlour that caught my eye as it is just off the main street of the town. I like this place and would return. I would recommend it to a friend. read more

God forbid you use your debit card when you go here! Their system is "too high tech" and doesn't take any debit cards. The cashiers barely said sorry for the inconvenience. I only went to this place because it's basically the only frozen yogurt shop in Hemet. But I think I'll just go without frozen yogurt for now on. I've lived in Hemet for about 5 years. I've driven past this location many times but never stopped...until yesterday. The customer service is excellent. One of the employees offered to give us samples of any of the favors offered. I declined. I took something pretty plain...vanilla custard...but I added topping. I waited for my buddy and began talking and laughing with the cashiers. It was really a fun experience! And....best of all the yogurt was creamy and delicious. I will definitely be back! read more

We stopped by here for the first time on the 4th of July at a friends recommendation. It was busy but clean and they had plenty of help. The yogurt was good and I love cookie dough to add in. We'll go again. read more

Pleasant staff and great options for yogurt. I only wish they would have more than 1 sugar free option at times. Love the watermelon and apple favor. Lots of toppings to choose from. NEVER AGAIN!!! Instead of punch cards, they keep track in their computer for you. I said when am I ever going to get my discount??? Well how come my balance keeps going down??? Their answer:"we can't keep track of who uses your phone number for the discount" Well neither can I. Stick to a yogurt place that you can see your own discount or punch card and not this lame way of puting it in a computer and presto, it disappears...ONCE AGAIN HOW CONVENIENT!!! This was after they started raising their prices. Than you have to wait for a little girl behind the register from ringing up all of her customers, before you can FINALLY get your sample as she has to get it for you. Really?? Love this place! They have great blends, like apple yogurt and caramel yogurt to make caramel apple! The employees are VERY friendly and helpful. I love coming here. Everyone who works here is always extremely welcoming and nice ! They give a great energy to the place. I really enjoy when the owner is there and comes and makes conversation and is also very nice. Only thing I don't like which is a pro and con. Is that it smells so heavy of cleaning supply's. I guess thats a good knowing how clean it is in there but sometime I have to eat outside cause the smell is so over whelming. read more

I had a great experience at Mickey's Yogurt today. My kids and I went in for a treat. A nice young man was there offering samples of the different flavored yogurts, to my delight. The place looked very clean and tidy. All of the fruit looked fresh and the topping bar was clean and tidy as well. The young ladies at the register were polite, patient, and courteous with their customers. I will continue bringing my family in for a fun treat because their effort is much appreciated. read more

My family just loves this place! There are a dozen flavors to choose from and the staff is very helpful giving samples of flavors you've not had before. I need to keep an eye on the carbs and the always have a "no sugar added". The last 2 times it's been pecan praline. Oh so tasty! And then there's all the add ons! Candies, fruits, nuts, cookies, berries. I added walnuts today, as well as a praline blend from a shaker, and peanut butter sauce. I don't think you can go wrong stopping here! read more

Will never step foot in this place again! Worst customer service ever! I've been here a handful of times before and have had to issues, my little ones love the yogurt but today while in there the rude ass girl behind the counter got mad at my three year old for touching a gummy bear! Told me now I have to pay for it, which wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't done so rudely! From there on continued to give nasty looks as my children were enjoying themselves (yes running back and forth, I mean there 18 months and three years old) and it's like she expected them to sit there quietly. Then while trying to grab my son in time (yes he managed to grab another stinkin gummy) she got mad and told him he needs to give her that (**So I wasn't all that mad when he quickly shoved it in his mouth! ***I know hes not the first to do it!)
