I love coming here with my family absolutely love there mangonadas and ice cream my mom loves coming here

Visited in March 2026. The shop itself was clean, had plenty of seating, and was nice and cool inside--which was very appreciated on a warm day. We tried three items: the watermelon water-based ice cream, strawberry milk-based ice cream, and a mango smoothie. The watermelon was the clear winner--super refreshing and delicious. The strawberry was good too, though it tasted a little artificial. Now... the smoothie. Unfortunately, it was rough. The gentleman making it added a handful of mango and warm water. The result? A warm mango mush. On a hot day, I was definitely expecting a smoothie with ice, not something that felt like mango tea that forgot the tea. Also worth mentioning--the prices are a little steep. One scoop of ice cream was $5, and the small smoothie was $7, which makes the warm mango water situation a little harder to overlook. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but I was hoping for something at least cold. Final verdict: Get the watermelon ice cream--it's great. Just skip the warm water "smoothie." read more

My family and I reside in Menifee, and we love visiting our local La Michoacana. I am currently working in scorching San Jacinto where temperatures reach around 110 degrees lol. I was driving through and spotted my favorite ice cream place so, I couldn't resist stopping by. its a small location but, this place surprised me with its delicious Mangonada and Fresas. The staff, a young man and a young lady, were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering my questions about the menu. The establishment was also clean. I'll definitely be returning soon! Oh, the best part about it is they actually offer a mini Mangonada which is a perfect little snack during lunch !! read more

Whether it's strawberry, coconut, etc. Tell me why when my family and I got what was suppose to be a creamy milk based coconut popsicle, it ended up being just a wannabe creamy and just bitter popsicle. Yuck!!! We all disliked it!! Never have I ordered a milk based coconut paleta that tasted that way. I did call and let them know that we tried it and didn't like it because it was so bitter. Got a response from employee and manager that said "that's how they make it and had never gotten a complaint from anyone else". I've been coming here for quite a while and I'm extremely disappointed with the insane increases to their pricing. I absolutely understand the dynamic of the pandemic in the supply chain shortage, but this isn't a 10% increase, this straight up is like a 100% increase to their prices. I left the store with seven scoops of ice cream that cost me $25. I can literally go to the store and buy four half gallons of ice cream for the same price, or actually even less. Needless to say that's what I will be doing next time because the quality and flavor of the ice cream just doesn't justify that price gouge. read more

Ice cream is good I guess. However the fresa con crema is more like fresa con leche. The crema isn't creamy at all it's super watery. I put it in the fridge hoping it would thicken up and sadly it didn't. I really hope they need to fix it. Because watery crema isn't it. read more

The corn here is canned corn passing as real corn. It's just way too yellow and it doesn't have those little pieces of "hair" like strands that normal cooked corn has like the original Michoacána. The servings are mediocre, over priced for the the size that's served. The only good thing I can say about the place is that they have alright fresh fruit waters. The ice cream flavors are a cheap copy of the authentic Michoacana on Florida and Sanderson ... but most of these things could be overlooked because they are so accessible to the park. I came here yesterday for the first time with my husband and my two little ones. I got a Bionico my husband got the Mangonada and my little ones got the watermelon ice cream. The watermelon ice cream (sherbert) was sooo good, it tasted exactly like a sweet juicy watermelon I would be eating on a hot summer day and the texture was perfect. My kids loved it!! The Mangonada was also oh so very delicious who doesnt love mangos and chamoy. (Definetly getting this again next time) now the Bionico I must say before yesterday I havent had one since I was a little kid so you bet I couldnt wait to have one. Although I was very excited I was disappointed when I tried it, the fruit wasnt ripped at all and the crema stuff was soo watery and had no flavor at all not even a hint of sweetness. Every wednesday I have to take a two hour trip to Los Angeles, for the past 4 weeks I've been coming here to pick up something for the drive. Ive had the Mangonada once and its great, they use real ice cream instead of shaved ice, but I come here to get fruit smoothies. Stopped by this location for the 1st time on 6/23/17 and let me just I was very impressed, the staff is very courteous and friendly. We tried they're chocobanana and cookies n cream, the quality was amazing and very delicious. The young lady even let me know there was an additional charge for the cone, I appreciated because a lot of businesses don't advise their customers of additional charges. My family and I went back on 6/25, different employees and they were also very friendly and courteous. Again, the young lady advised me of the additional charge for the cone. Well here's an update on this business I've been back a few more times to try other items and the results weren't as good as my first visit, I tried a scoop of blueberry cheese cake ice cream, and it had no flavor.. really? It looked delicious but looks were definitely deceiving. So on my 3rd visit I ordered 2 cookies and cream milkshakes and 1 scoop of ice cream for my grandkids when I went to pay i was shocked at the total it was 15.79! Dang how much were those milkshakes since no prices are posted, so I paid and we left. and to top it off the grandkids didn't like them and didn't even finish them, they said jack in the box makes better ones.
