My husband got the chicken fried steak with sausage gravy and eggs. Both were so good! I could tell that some of the customers have been going there for a long time. I love spots like this. Had a business breakfast meeting today. The biscuits and gravy were amazing. The omelette was cooked to perfection and Becky our waitress was amazing! We stopped in for breakfast on Sunday around 10am. There was a line to be seated but with plenty of open tables, the line moved quickly. It's a friendly place with a mix of locals and first-timers. It's nothing fancy just real people sitting down for a real breakfast. We had the chicken fried steak with eggs and Eggs Benedict. The chicken fried steak was moist, tender with a light crunchy coating, the Eggs Benedict were stacked high with just the right amount of sauce. We enjoyed our meal BUT really LOVED their coffee! It's so good and they don't let your cup run out. We will definitely be back! read more

Was skeptical about our first visit here after reading all the bad reviews and learning of their previous poor health department rating, but overall, it was good. As anticipated, it had a busy Sunday morning crowd, but we were seated fast and our drink order was taken soon after. Nice selection of breakfast food and it came with 10 minutes of ordering. I came here for breakfast the other day before going hiking nearby. It was around 6:30am and this place was pretty packed when we walked in. It's weekend! Don't people sleep in? I was hiking, didn't want anything to sit in my tummy so I ordered mushroom and spinach omelette, severed with hash browns. Hash browns was so buttery, they used a lot of butter cooking this dish. It wasn't healthiest food but it sure provided nice buttery flavor to it. Omelette was nicely done too. I would have preferred if eggs were fluffier but still very good. Service was great. I don't remember how many times one of the staff came back to refill coffee during a short time there for breakfast. Everyone was very friendly. Good place to stop in for a quick meal. read more

This long time locals hangout did not disappoint, the food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient ...and is a welcome addition to my favorite places to eat. Super rustic looking place (outside and inside) but you need to try it anyway, don't let the looks fool you! Came here for breakfast on a recent Saturday morning when we were visiting relatives in Arizona and this place is one of their favorite spots. Really friendly and efficient wait staff, everyone was so nice to us and got us hot coffee and anything else we needed quickly despite the busy-ness of the day. They have crayons and paper for the kids to color so that is a bonus as well!! Ordered my bacon crispy and was not disappointed. So many breakfast places ignore that request and also the "over medium eggs" were exactly what I ordered as well. That is rare, to be honest! All the food came out at the right temperature and was delicious, the coffee was hot and they had flavored creamer, and overall we had a really nice breakfast. April 17, 2020 Talked with owner of Mickey D's Cafe and they are wanting on details from the Governor, as to what will be needed on May 1, 2020. This is the projected opening date. We had a group show up Sunday for breakfast. They followed all social distancing guidelines and everyone was wearing masks that worked there. We were sat quickly and served right away. The food was great and the prices were great. Had the two eggs with hash browns and sourdough it was only $6. The wife and I love to go to Mickey Ds cafe on Saturday mornings. The biscuits and gravy is some of the best I have had.

The food was really good! It also was fairly priced! Service was a little slow for my liking however they were very apologetic and friendly.

What can you say about a community tradition! Everyone loves Mickey D'S. Great food, great prices, great people and fantastic service.

My dad and sister have raved about Mickey D's biscuits and gravy for several years and I now know why. WOW! The food was awesome! We arrived at Mickey D's about 9am for breakfast. The cafe was extremely busy but the wait was minimal. The service was quick and friendly. And the decor was wonderful, throwback to the late 50's, early 60's. I have been coming into this place 2 to 3 times a week sometimes four times a week for breakfast. I come in there today little busier than normal I'm standing in line and the people keep piling in the door. After waiting several minutes for somebody to at least acknowledge me they started to seating people who came in way after me. I left NEVER coming back. read more
