I had an appointment and only waited a few minutes before being seated, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is super cute, chic, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I'm very particular and picky when it comes to my nails, especially trying a new place, so I was a little skeptical at first--but Zane completely won me over. She was attentive, took her time, and my nails came out beautifully. One thing I especially loved was that the service didn't feel rushed. She didn't just apply lotion at the end--she actually gave me a real hand and arm massage, which was such a nice touch and definitely a plus! It's easy to book online for requested services, however they have recently moved to an overbooking strategy. Meaning, if they have 12 pedi chairs it's possible they booked 13 pedis and you would need to wait for the next chair to become available, even if you have a confirmed scheduled appointment. The vibe used to be very relaxed and enjoyable, and always on time/within the timing allotted on their website. These last two experiences my appts were not timely, which had me stressed and running late to my appts after these. The quality and attention to detail was not there, my tech (and other techs around us too) seemed frazzled, distracted, and rushed both of my past two visits. This makes for an unenjoyable experience overall. I'm not sure I will be confident to recommend this spa, going forward. I either like something or not. I have very high standards. With that being said, here is what I think. It's very clean. The pedicure room is separate through a set of glass doors in a dimly lit peaceful room. The chairs are comfortable with massage built in. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Very easy to get an appointment or just walk in! I already have a favorite nail tech. Casey is awesome! He is very good at what he does. He listens and delivers quality work. I show him photos of what I like and he does exactly that. He will even recommend if he thinks something might work better. He takes his time and doesn't rush. Even when I get a basic regular pedicure he is thorough. I love it. He is hands down probably the best nail tech I've ever gone to. I've seen other reviews on google and I hear other techs are great too, but he is now my go to guy. The photo is of my last visit. I had pink dip powder with tips and finished with chrome.
