I always have a great experience with this craft store. The employees are nice and helpful. There is always plenty of parking and a great selection of sale items! Who doesn't love a sweet deal? I signed up for emails on their weekly ads and it's totally worth it! You just have to pull the coupon on your phone and they will scan it in. If you don't know how to do it, the cashiers will gladly help you out. I've been there a few times when there was a slight wait, like a few minutes, and they were quick to open up another register. When I say the name Michael's, my sister, usually shopping with me, her eyes get bright and excited because she loves that store. Michaels is big and bright and well-organized and they seem to have everything someone into arts and crafts could possibly want . Then they have frames. They have a lot of frames as well as a framing services and they always have multiple items that are on discount like now they're trying to get sold down on their Summer Stock to get ready for fall. Fun place to shop, but a tad pricy. read more

Went in today with my sister because she needed a couple of items. When we were unable to find one of the items, we approached a staff member, who not only corrected us with what the term for the product was called but walked us over to the aisle to locate the product. The cashier was absolutely wonderful and super friendly. If you need craft supplies, I definitely recommend this Michaels. read more

I love the service here, there are always good deals but the lines are always too long. I finished shopping at 9:50 am and it's now 10:05am. Waiting in line for 15 minuets with only three people ahead of you isn't stellar. read more

Not once not twice, 3 times I was profiled in this store !!! I use to come here with my mother who is white, the lady at the cash register was nice to her. I decided to come once on my own and I was followed around the store, I brushed it off. I came back again and the lady at the counter checked my 20$ bill to make sure it was real, once again I just shrugged it off. I came back with my boyfriend who is black, once again we were followed around the store. The lady in front of us at the checkout paid 250$ the cashier didn't check one single bill to see if they were real! Then we checking out and the cashier (who is also white) checks every single one of our 20's saying "there's been a string of fake money floating around lately" while blatantly staring at my boyfriend. We asked her why she didn't check the lady in front of us (who was white) and she refused to answer. We paid almost 200$ in merchandise. I was so embarrassed considering there was a line forming behind us. My boyfriend almost decided not to pay and just leave the items behind. read more

Terrible customer service!!! The woman who checked me out was rude and I felt very rushed. I asked to use 2 coupons and that I would separate my purchases and she quickly cut me off and said, "You can't do that." I said, "Why?" She replied, "Because it's one coupon per day per person. If you don't like it, you can call corporate!" What happened to good, or even marginal, customer service? read more
