I ended up waiting for 10 mins outside and no one came with my things so I had to go inside to get them. That wouldn't be a problem but I chose curbside for a reason. Just really disappointed in how little Michaels as a chain thought their curbside pickup through. So many other places have such better systems, and Michels needs to follow suit.
