It's a small store that can be easily missed and parking can be tricky too honestly. It's exactly what a hobby / toy star should be from what's featured. It's very convenient to know what's in stock and to get timely answers. Most hobby places I've dealt with in the past are very slow when it comes to responses/non existent. Outside of great communication, owner/staff are very friendly and overall fantastic people to deal with. I filed a claim with UPS who did an investigation but failed to retrieve my item. After also contacting Lombard Hobbies, they replaced my purchased item at no cost. Their handling of this matter is greatly appreciated and I definitely will purchase from them again based not only on their quick and fair handling of my situation, but also for their prices which are lower than some of the other online hobby stores.
