On December 7th I order a Large sweatshirt, when I saw their email, confirming the order, it was an XS!!! I cancelled the order before it was shipped, but they still took over $68.00 from my account. I went to a store and bought the correct size. I have a credit letter/REFUND LETTER issued from some company named Adyen , with a refund date of 12/8 and a bunch of reference numbers. Stated that they take up to 20 days to get to bank, it's been 20 days and the numbers they provided mean nothing to my Credit Union. I am still waiting for my $68.18 to be refunded! I got two licenses plate covers for my birthday. I ended up returning them because I'm not a big sports fan. When I returned them I had gift receipts but they still gave me store credit. What!?!? Said they had to do store credit because it wasn't the original recipe. So now I have a sports store gift card that I will probably never use. This is the only store that I know does this. Not happy with this place. Purchased two shirts and used one. Brought back the unused $30 shirt with tags attached the next day. I was told I needed a receipt to do the return. Looked in the original bag and checked my wallet and there was no receipt. Thinking back to the original transaction I was never given a receipt. I explained to the associate I didn't receive a receipt but I have the shirt with tags attached and the credit card used to purchase it. She said it wasn't possible I didn't receive a receipt. Really? Not possible at all. I told her this is a little scammy that I simply can't get my money back and her tone changed to rude.
