But our salesperson, Pam, went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and expedited so that the alterations could be competed and the suit picked up in time for us to leave to go out of town for the wedding. We stood around for about 10 minutes waiting for assistance while the staff just walked around the store. They obviously saw us but decided to make us wait. Once we had decided what we were going to exchange we stood by the register waiting about 20 minutes for help, there was one person checking out a customer and the three other employees were just standing and talking. Once we finally got help we were told the manager would have to assist us and were directed to another register. The manager took his sweet time and we waited another 10 minutes while he was talking to another staff member. We were standing about 30 feet in front of his direct line of sight so he clearly saw us waiting. He did apologize for the wait but it did not seem sincere at all. After he rung in our exchange, we owed about 4 cents. He said he would cover that for us since we had to wait.......gee thanks! I would rather have paid the 4 cents than wait 30 minutes to make my exchange! It was more insulting than helpful, 30 minuets of my time is worth much more than 4 cents. The store in the loop is 10x better, the customer service there is great. I will never make the mistake of coming here again. And the loop store apparently gets there stuff in several months before this store. The item we exchanged was purchased from the loop store about 2 months prior, and this store told us they had just got these items in.
