I love this Dick's Sporting Goods location. First, it is always pretty clean and well organized…read more Second, there are decent sale items and friendly staff work here, especially at the registers. Third, and probably my favorite feature right now, is a robust Free People Movement section. FPM is a wonderful brand, with cute style but also very functional, comfortable and durable. My daughter's love this brand so their clothing and accessories make nice gifts. I have noticed that not all Dick's locations carry Free People. So I appreciate the variety found in their section here. The only thing I don't like about this location are the constantly locked dressing rooms and having to ring the bell or hunt someone down to try on garments. It's an inconvenience, especially if you have limited time to shop. Check out the licensed team sports wear and the second floor for higher end outdoor brands like Columbia and North Face. They have a vast selection of shoes too.

I went in to buy a $20.00 hat for my son and have a reciept with my signature signing for the…read morecorrect amount. Later I see a charge for $53 on my bank statement. I call the place to let them know and am told they're super busy and I will get a call back. With no call back I call again the next day and am told the manager I talked to is out and I'll get a call back (even though it sounded like the exact same person I talked to). No call back. A couple weeks later (I'd forgotten about it) I call again and as if he was reading off the same patter sheet from last time the manager Chris (same person I'd talked to) tells me he's super busy and needs to call me back- he'll call back by 3pm. With no call back by 4 I call again and he tells me the same- he's been super busy with customers and is going to need to call me back- he'll call back by 5pm. By 4:50 I call my bank and they reversed the charges right away. Don't buy from this place- if you have ever been to Spring Hill mall you know the place is not busy by ANY stretch-especially a hat shop inside the mall. The guy was obviously avoiding me and still hasn't bothered to call back, total scam!

Martha is a sweetheart and so helpful in picking out outfits and matching accessories. It's the perfect place to check out if you want something unique that no one else has. And the quality of clothes is excellent. I've washed shirts multiple times and they haven't worn or faded. I usually go in for gifts but end up leaving with a bag full items for myself as well :)
