I call the place to let them know and am told they're super busy and I will get a call back. With no call back I call again the next day and am told the manager I talked to is out and I'll get a call back (even though it sounded like the exact same person I talked to). No call back. A couple weeks later (I'd forgotten about it) I call again and as if he was reading off the same patter sheet from last time the manager Chris (same person I'd talked to) tells me he's super busy and needs to call me back- he'll call back by 3pm. With no call back by 4 I call again and he tells me the same- he's been super busy with customers and is going to need to call me back- he'll call back by 5pm. By 4:50 I call my bank and they reversed the charges right away. Don't buy from this place- if you have ever been to Spring Hill mall you know the place is not busy by ANY stretch-especially a hat shop inside the mall. The guy was obviously avoiding me and still hasn't bothered to call back, total scam!

Martha is a sweetheart and so helpful in picking out outfits and matching accessories. It's the perfect place to check out if you want something unique that no one else has. And the quality of clothes is excellent. I've washed shirts multiple times and they haven't worn or faded. I usually go in for gifts but end up leaving with a bag full items for myself as well :)
