When we used it in November for the first time everything was fine until we tried to use the handle, after all the clothes filled up the suit case, the handle wouldn't not pull out. We went the entire trip pushing around the suit case without the ability to use the handle. I waited until January and decided to take the suit case back to the store after only using it once. I just wasn't right. The store could do nothing and recommended calling customer service. I called customer service and they asked for the date of purchase, my tjmax credit card number, my name, address, phone number and E-mail address. They said that they would research it and get back to me. 5 days later they got back to me and said since it was past the return policy date they could do nothing. Really! Why didn't they tell me that up front when I provided all that information. What a waste of time! Never did the customer rep. or store say anything regarding the return policy until they decision was made. Now I'm stuck with a suit case with a handle that doesn't work. They just lost a customer and they don't care. I have other choices like Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club or Kohls. Not Sierra!

Got the fish when it was 4 inches long so when it died after 10 years, I decided to have it mounted. Most taxidermy shops only do game fish but the owner at this place had no problem doing my Koi. The service took about 4 months to complete and I was very happy with the way it turned out. The color scheme was exactly like the fish when it was alive and it was positioned on the plaque as I had requested. Use them for your fish. Use them for your fish.

I've taken my 80 year old mother in and they were beyond patient with her, the only negative was the fitting for her was WAY OFF! It caused a slow down in fitting because the size was way too small so everything hurt her feet until we found the correct size and shoe. Numerous times I've been lucky enough to be helped by Noel and he's always so polite and efficient. He offers suggestions and is able to bring out multiple shoes at once. He will walk away but check back allowing for me to try on shoes at my pace and not feel rushed. He's truly an asset and appears to lead by example for his fellow co-workers. The return policy and VIP program are definitely worth it. It's hard to grasp it at first but in the end, it's worth the price for the rewards. I've returned shoes and socks within the 90 day window and it's the easiest process and no questions are ever asked. Today there was an error on my receipt that I noticed after checkout. I called Noel to talk about it and it appears to be a computer issue that I need to fix with the corporate office. He gave me the corporate phone number and his email just in case I need further assistance after I call corporate. I've always received great customer and will for sure continue to shop at this store.

So I asked, "I just want to buy shoes, so I have to wait until they are done with their customers? She said yes. I walked up to a guy and asked, can you just ring me up? He stated, "I'm going to ring up this customer and you will have to wait until one of the associates are done as I have 3 other customers. So, I just walked out and they didn't get a sale. What that associate could have done was - "I can ring you up after I ring up this customer!" I wish they had someone hat can just ring up customers that just want to buy and go. I was not going to wait for who knows how long just to buy a shoe. I won't go to this location anymore and just order online since I have a discount with my membership. I will weigh my options with other running stores when my membership is up.

Maybe because there were so few people, the associates seemed to be going out of their way to be helpful and friendly: from the talkative cashier to the disabled greeter in the wheelchair using an artificial voice generator. The most important thing was that we found what we were looking for in this well stocked, giant store: Fighting Ilini branded socks and banner to gift our friend's son who had just recently decided to go to my alma mater.
