I've been shopping at this store for years and they experience has always been great. It seems to…read morebe a busy store but they juggle the customers well, while also being patient. I've taken my 80 year old mother in and they were beyond patient with her, the only negative was the fitting for her was WAY OFF! It caused a slow down in fitting because the size was way too small so everything hurt her feet until we found the correct size and shoe. Numerous times I've been lucky enough to be helped by Noel and he's always so polite and efficient. He offers suggestions and is able to bring out multiple shoes at once. He will walk away but check back allowing for me to try on shoes at my pace and not feel rushed. He's truly an asset and appears to lead by example for his fellow co-workers. The return policy and VIP program are definitely worth it. It's hard to grasp it at first but in the end, it's worth the price for the rewards. I've returned shoes and socks within the 90 day window and it's the easiest process and no questions are ever asked. Today there was an error on my receipt that I noticed after checkout. I called Noel to talk about it and it appears to be a computer issue that I need to fix with the corporate office. He gave me the corporate phone number and his email just in case I need further assistance after I call corporate. I've always received great customer and will for sure continue to shop at this store.

They were busy and the greeter informed me that it might be a while since we were getting the running evaluation. As we were waiting, we were not sure how long it was going to take so we decided to just buy a pair of shoes and so an evaluation some other time. We went looking for the person that greeted us and she said she still couldn't help as she is not authorized to ring someone up. So I asked, "I just want to buy shoes, so I have to wait until they are done with their customers? She said yes. I walked up to a guy and asked, can you just ring me up? He stated, "I'm going to ring up this customer and you will have to wait until one of the associates are done as I have 3 other customers. So, I just walked out and they didn't get a sale. What that associate could have done was - "I can ring you up after I ring up this customer!" I wish they had someone hat can just ring up customers that just want to buy and go. I was not going to wait for who knows how long just to buy a shoe. I won't go to this location anymore and just order online since I have a discount with my membership. I will weigh my options with other running stores when my membership is up.

He scowled, "If you want to wait, you'll wait" in the most condescending tone. Turns out the 40 minute wait was a lie, it was actually closer to 1.5 hrs. There was never a text telling us to come back because we were next in line, only a 10-15 minute warning message. Given the false estimate from before, we were quite weary of this. Since it was 90 degrees, we decided to wait in the car til we were in the #1 spot in line to avoid the heat as I have a medical condition that causes me to faint when overheated. Here's where it gets worse. We watched this worker allow 2 people in the store after they told him they were #6 and #8 in line. Which made us have to wait in the scorching heat. I'm shocked I didn't pass out. Tell me again, blondie, how you are being fair? Then, to put the icing on the cake, blondie decides to leave his station at the door. A random lady, who was not in line, walks in and begins shopping! No one said anything even though the other workers saw her. Turns out this whole trip was a waste. The selection was completely lacking and I didn't get the item I wanted as it is sold out online. Guess I'll go look on the Nike store instead!

From what the welcoming girl that works at this location told me, there are 22 other Bevello stores, although the one at Deer Park is the ONLY one in the mid-west. How lucky are we?! She did say that there are plans of opening another one in the South Loop of Chicago soon. Bevello carries a variety of well known brands such as Seven for all Mankind, Splendid, Paige, BCBG, Michael Kors, and more. I have to admit that I was saddened when the French Connection, in Woodfield Mall, decided to close up shop. That frown has now been turn upside down as I have found that Bevello carries French Connection. It's as if they searched through all the funky options that I would of normally had to sift through, and picked out the cute articles of clothing just for me. How generous of them. I also spotted some hip colorful, I believe James Jeans, that even on sale I had to talk myself out of. With all my might, I forced my gaze away and repeated in my head, "You do not need $200 jeans. You do not need $200 jeans." There are both affordable and pricey items at Bevello. I found cute blouses for around $30-40, and then others closer to the $65-90 range. Depending on the article of clothing and brand you're looking at, obviously your prices are going to range differently. They also have a sale rack worth checking out. In addition to clothing, they have shoes, clutches, belts, jewelery, and other accessories. My eye was caught by many vibrant maxi dresses that I WILL be going back for. A girl can always use an extra maxi dress or two, right? Now, I don't know if I can speak for my bank account, but I am so glad that I stumbled upon Bevello.
