I am very impressed with the service and selection they had. Jay helped us with the fittings. This is a terrific family run sporting goods store like they used to be. Very knowledgeable on a variety of topics. I rode my bike to work today, as well as the hardware store and home twice. The Bosch motor is quiet and propels u at an amazing pace. We will be going back to visit Kiddles soon. If u are looking for an excellent experience and are tired of the big box sporting goods stores and the big box no service. Go to Kiddles. We love this store and its owners Rich Robertaccio

Nice friendly local shop in historic Market Square with quality selection of bikes, bike-related…read moreapparel and gear, local Lake Forest equipment, and shoes. Service is spotty---I bought a bike there last Fall, rode it a few times, and recently the whole derailleur and chain fell off when I was riding it. They charged me to fix it, which surprised me, as I could have been seriously hurt, and the bike was basically brand new which makes me wonder if it had been assembled correctly. That aside, normal service seems fine if slow at times, and of course there is high demand for bike service by kids and adults alike, esp. during summer. Responsive on phone and in person in general.

Tamera definitely hates her job we asked for shoes in the back and they don't have them but when asked up front they did in deed have them! Blake was very helpful and brought us the shoes that Tamera said they didn't have! What are the odds! Lol!!! When another customer asked what her problem was we agreed she was little nasty! Dan did talk to us, telling us he's short staffed. Sadly, the staff he had "helping" customers don't have a common decency with customer service skills! Tamera should definitely be working at an Amazon warehouse where she doesn't have to approach customers. I've been to multiple Dicks sporting goods, by far the worst experience I've ever encountered!!

Sure, I live closer to the Lincoln Park store but that one is tiny & parking is non-existent. I was happy to find out about this location & the drive was only 10 minutes longer. Parking was a breeze. The store was much larger & not busy. I ended up with Oliver who helped me with finding my correct size in the 550's & the return process was a painless! Even better, he was able to re-order a pair for me in my correct size & same pricing. I was ecstatic. 3 days later, my replacement arrived & I couldn't be happier. Definitely the location to visit if you can. Thank you so much!

Such a great experience at Fleet Feet this week!…read more I started running a few months ago and was wearing some older shoes that were well-worn and also the wrong size. Because I've stuck with running - and because I have a history of plantar fasciitis (repaired with two surgeries) - I decided to treat myself to a shoe fitting and new pair of running shoes. Al, who helped me on my visit, could not have been nicer or friendlier. He asked me a few questions about my running, what shoes I'm currently wearing or have previously worn, and then he did the foot scan. After reviewing it with me, he brought up four different running shoes for me to try on - Hoka, Asic, New Balance and Brooks. He was well-versed in the differences between each and was helpful in parsing through what I liked (or didn't) in each pair. After I selected the winner, he checked inventory for my preferred colorway. They didn't have it in stock but assured me it would be delivered on Monday from another location. He recommended a pair of socks, too, and made the checkout process super quick. On Monday afternoon, I called the store to see if the shoes were in (a little eager to go on a run). Jane was kind enough to check to see if they were there and let me know they were. I went for a run after picking them up, and am super happy with my selection. The amount of cushion is perfect for me, and I could feel a difference in my pace. My heels didn't hurt at all when I finished, which is a huge win for me and my bionic foot! I'll definitely be back for future running shoe needs. This was a great experience, and I'm so glad I stopped in!
