In August 2025 my wife and I purchased a suit case from Sierra after looking for one for months…read more Our vacation was after thanksgiving so we didn't use it for 4 months. When we used it in November for the first time everything was fine until we tried to use the handle, after all the clothes filled up the suit case, the handle wouldn't not pull out. We went the entire trip pushing around the suit case without the ability to use the handle. I waited until January and decided to take the suit case back to the store after only using it once. I just wasn't right. The store could do nothing and recommended calling customer service. I called customer service and they asked for the date of purchase, my tjmax credit card number, my name, address, phone number and E-mail address. They said that they would research it and get back to me. 5 days later they got back to me and said since it was past the return policy date they could do nothing. Really! Why didn't they tell me that up front when I provided all that information. What a waste of time! Never did the customer rep. or store say anything regarding the return policy until they decision was made. Now I'm stuck with a suit case with a handle that doesn't work. They just lost a customer and they don't care. I have other choices like Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club or Kohls. Not Sierra!

Overall Experience: The overall experience at this store is average. The sales reps are fine depending on who you get. Sometimes I find that some of the sales reps are just constantly chit chatting with other customers/friends of theirs when other customers are waiting for a sales rep for assistance. All in all this Footlocker is good to get in and get out if you know what you want. Sure, I live closer to the Lincoln Park store but that one is tiny & parking is non-existent. I was happy to find out about this location & the drive was only 10 minutes longer. Parking was a breeze. The store was much larger & not busy. I ended up with Oliver who helped me with finding my correct size in the 550's & the return process was a painless! Even better, he was able to re-order a pair for me in my correct size & same pricing. I was ecstatic. 3 days later, my replacement arrived & I couldn't be happier.
