I also had an excellent experience with James, who was my cashier. Tough loss last night for Da Bulls, but hopefully we can rebound in Game 4. Tamera definitely hates her job we asked for shoes in the back and they don't have them but when asked up front they did in deed have them! Blake was very helpful and brought us the shoes that Tamera said they didn't have! What are the odds! Lol!!! When another customer asked what her problem was we agreed she was little nasty! Dan did talk to us, telling us he's short staffed. Sadly, the staff he had "helping" customers don't have a common decency with customer service skills! Tamera should definitely be working at an Amazon warehouse where she doesn't have to approach customers. I've been to multiple Dicks sporting goods, by far the worst experience I've ever encountered!!

This is the second time I've tried shopping for shoes for my boys at this store over the past year…read more The last time we came here, there were just two people working and the store was pretty quiet. But it took a long time for them to find shoes... and even then they didn't have a lot of the sizes in stock. Then we went to check out, it was again a longer process than it should be. Then today, we tried again. Totally wrong move on my part. They had a smaller selection of shoes for my boys (ages 8 & 10) than they did a year ago, so that was a negative. Also, a lot of their shoes were basketball shoes -- which we didn't want. I asked the guy to measure my kids' feet to get the right sizes. When he was done, I asked what the sizes were. And honestly, it sounded off. So as he went to find the shoes we requested, I went ahead and measured them myself... and he was off by a size TOO SMALL with both boys. Seriously, dude. This is your job and you couldn't even do that! To say I was put off is an understatement. Then they didn't have any of the sizes anyway. What's up with the stock at this store. We left empty handed and will NEVER return.

Shoe Selection: The over selection of sneakers is limited compared to the bigger stores also the quantity isn't as great. Although the quantity is limited somewhat compared to the bigger Footlockers, you could always order a shoe from another nearby Footlocker or you always have the option of having the sales associate calling another store and holding a pair of shoes for you as well. Overall Experience: The overall experience at this store is average. The sales reps are fine depending on who you get. Sometimes I find that some of the sales reps are just constantly chit chatting with other customers/friends of theirs when other customers are waiting for a sales rep for assistance. All in all this Footlocker is good to get in and get out if you know what you want. If you're deciding on a shoe or need great suggestions from sales reps at this store I would recommend deciding ahead of time.

I've taken my 80 year old mother in and they were beyond patient with her, the only negative was the fitting for her was WAY OFF! It caused a slow down in fitting because the size was way too small so everything hurt her feet until we found the correct size and shoe. Numerous times I've been lucky enough to be helped by Noel and he's always so polite and efficient. He offers suggestions and is able to bring out multiple shoes at once. He will walk away but check back allowing for me to try on shoes at my pace and not feel rushed. He's truly an asset and appears to lead by example for his fellow co-workers. The return policy and VIP program are definitely worth it. It's hard to grasp it at first but in the end, it's worth the price for the rewards. I've returned shoes and socks within the 90 day window and it's the easiest process and no questions are ever asked. Today there was an error on my receipt that I noticed after checkout. I called Noel to talk about it and it appears to be a computer issue that I need to fix with the corporate office. He gave me the corporate phone number and his email just in case I need further assistance after I call corporate. I've always received great customer and will for sure continue to shop at this store.

After waiting…read moremore than 20 minutes, I finally received assistance, only to find that the saleswoman showed very little interest in listening to or addressing the needs I specifically explained. There was no real effort to help me find the right shoes. She essentially put three pairs of shoes in front of me and walked away. No measurements, no treadmill test, no meaningful questions, and absolutely no sense that she cared about earning my business or making sure I found the right shoe. I came to Road Runner Sports expecting knowledgeable, professional service, but instead I wasted my time and left feeling completely ignored. You can get better customer service at Walmart than you can here. I walked out and went somewhere else, where I received the kind of professional assistance I expected from Road Runner Sports in the first place. Save yourself the wasted time. Don't waste yours.
