I had a very disappointing experience with the balloon service at this location -- twice. For both of my daughters' birthdays, I placed balloon orders a day before the parties, and both times the most important balloon was missing. In addition, many of the other balloons did not have enough helium and started deflating before the party even began. Unfortunately, there was no refund offered, and the customer service attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. This experience really affected the celebration and caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend ordering balloons from this location. read more

Went in Sunday morning for some watercolor paper and brushes. Three people were working but no one was working a cash register. I found a self check out that had the accepts cash sign. I typed in all my info, scanned the products but nothing was happening. I annoyed a blond female who clealy had better things to do then help a mom. I asked her why the register wasnt working and she looked at me and said, "Well, obviously it is broken." I was so shocked. I have been a teacher all my life and I have never treated a person that way. I will never ho back to Michaels. I will stick to Reprographs for my art supplies . Herman is always friendly and has great prices. Too bad he wasn't open. It didn't get better ar Michaels. She kept snickering while ringing up two items. Michaels is a really great store. I visited my friend from this area, and I did not lose the chance of also visiting this location of Michael's, which is near the home of my friend. I really allotted a lot of time for this store just so I could explore it and find anything that would be really useful. The location is nice because it is near the place I visited, so it was easy for me to go there. Their parking was also convenient because there was a wide parking lot. The store looked clean from the outside, and it was even cleaner on the inside. It is a big store, but it kind of looks smaller considering the spaces on every aisle because there are so many shelves with a variety of different items. I really like the items they have. It is not only about art materials. They also have home décor, some furniture, and other usable products. Speaking of art, any kind of art material is available with a variety of selections, sizes, and even designs. I did not focus much on that selection because I allotted much of my time to their home décor section, where I found a lot of interesting and lovely items. The quality is good, as are the prices. The prices here are fair and reasonable, and most importantly, there are also some that are on sale for like 10 to 50% off, which was really amazing. Customer service is great too. Easter is near, and my family and I are getting ready by buying the things that we needed and also wanting to buy other things that may add to what we can do for the supposed holiday. We went to this store to buy everything, and we did not regret going here because the store had a great and unique selection of things that we wanted. We also saw other unique and cool stuff, particularly those arts and crafts materials that we could really use. It was probably my first time in the store, and generally speaking, I like the store. It is clean and spacious. Other than the fact that it has a great selection of art materials, decors, and other sundries, it also has great customer service. The employees in the store were all friendly and helpful to us. Additionally, we like all the stuff that we bought. Everything is so nice, as are their prices. read more

This is a great Michael's store! I stop in on occasion - mostly for seasonal items such as wreaths and decorations. The prices are okay. They are typically overpriced and then put the items on sale, and sale items are never coupon eligible. In comparison to other Michael stores though, I find that their floral arrangements and wreaths look much better. I also always get my supplies for cake pops here - the sticks, candy melts and baggies. read more

Michael's can be so cool! This particular location has a wide variety of options for almost everything. Their sales are great! The staff is very helpful and recently taught me something new. I can use my mobile app coupons and actually use more than one. Our cashier literally scanned them all and the savings really added up at the end. No need to guess which ones might work - they can scan them all very quickly to find out. The clearance areas could use some organizational work, but other than that, I really liked this store. read more

If you have a crafting hobby of any type - I'd be shocked if they didn't have what you needed here at Michaels! I don't do much on the hobby side of things here but rather we have used (many times now) their framing services. We are very pleased with the work that they do for the prices that they charge. (Especially if you wait for their frequent sales.) Over the years we have brought more than a half a dozen prints to be framed and between helping us select just the right frame and matting, to getting the job done right the first time and to get the work done quickly is just a bonus. They usually do not take more than a couple days to get the jobs completed. read more

Michaels is your typical crafty store to fulfill your scrapbooking, stamping, flower arranging, painting, crafting needs, just so long as those needs don't include sewing. I wouldn't say that they've got a better selection than any other area craft store (think Hobby Lobby and/or JoAnns), but their selection is diversified enough that it keeps me browsing at the very least. My biggest tip would be to never enter this store without first printing out their latest coupon online or clipping it from the circular. That 40% coupon is like gold, especially since craft supplies can get pretty darn costly. What I will say is that their staff is super friendly, and they usually go out of their way to help answer questions that I might have and/or help me locate craft supplies that I might need, even if that includes calling other locations to see if they have what I'm looking for in stock. I really do appreciate when people are willing to help me do a little searching instead of automatically telling me that they don't have it. If you've got an afternoon to kill and you find that the craft bug has bitten, Michaels is a great place to indulge your creativity. Stopped in last night to pick up a few things. The checkout line had 2-3 people ahead of me, but the one cashier, Sam, did a great job keeping the line moving.
