This is the Target I frequent the most. I've had some instances where their website says they have something in stock & they don't and it ends up being still in the stock room & not yet stocked. But there have been a couple times where they will go back and get it. I also just took advantage of drive up order pickup for the 1st time ever. It was incredibly easy to do & super convenient. I haven't been into Target in a while, as I have found that the prices are just a little high compared to Wal-mart. I came in because I had a gift card to use. It was my first time using the self-checkout here and I found the experience to be quick and intuitive to use the gift card. I didn't really encounter any employees so I can't comment on the service, but the store was clean and I got what I came in for, so no complaints. Nothing stood out to warrant a 4/5 star rating. read more

Never in the history of a Target run has this happened to me! Hold on... it's a good thing that happened. So I'm here for my drive up order and I tell Target I'm on my way (via the Target app). I'm literally putting in the number of my parking space and the employee already has my stuff on a cart ready to load! If you're going to only have 2 registers open, make sure the people you have on the registers can do their job efficiently. I'm not asking them to be speed racers but when every item is scanned and then placed in a bag oh so delicately like if they were all a carton of eggs then imagine how long it'll take to get through a cart full of groceries... a flipping long time!! read more

So the store is good, HUGE. The staff has got to be the rudest of ALL time, the security during C-19 was about to fight me about my mask being slightly under my nose. This is the worst staff and security Target of all time. Everything else is the same as any other Target which is why I gave it two stars not one. read more

Target is one of my favorite stores. I love it. This Target is always clean and organized and I appreciate that. This review is about a specific day; Black Friday. My daughter and I have a Black Friday tradition, we wait until we are done with our family dinner and my little kids are safely tucked in their beds, sleeping. Then we make a list and leave the sleeping kids home with my husband and we shop. This year was no exception. Our first stop this year was Target. I didn't really have anything I had to have at Target but there was one specific item I wanted to get for my son for his birthday, which is right before Christmas. If I wasn't able to get it, it was not a big deal because I could get it at amazon for the same price. Our experience at Target on Black Friday was a lot like going to Disney World... it was clean, organized and every single employee had a smile on their face (at least the employees we ran into) and were willing to assist. We were in and out of Target that night in 30 minutes or so. And I was able to get the gift I wanted for my son. read more

I enjoy shopping at Target and this is one of my favorite. They have plenty of staff to help you out and it's never a problem to find someone to ask a question too. They always have a good number of cashiers working at any given time, so even if there is a line at one register, there will be another one without a wait. This is a great store with a lot to offer. I always find what I need. love the new layout. I was briefly list but found a helper very friendly. I rate my experience here as awesome. read more

Although I love Target...it's my happy place...this Target grocery is the worst. Literally have bought so many things in grocery that have been expired. It's nuts. Once I bought a chicken marinade that was like 6 months expired. Today, I went to target and was with my rambunctious children and bought some iced tea (see pic). I'm drinking it while watching my daughter play tennis and I start feeling weird. Look at the expiration and it's almost a month over it's expiration. WTF Target???? Get it together. That is so sexist and stupid. He not only found them, told me how many were in a pack, that they are on sale and what row they are in! Something is wrong here. I am so disappointed, yes I know there was a snowstorm yesterday but every other parking lot I have been in today has been cleared. Coming out of the store with a cart overflowing with groceries my daughter in her car seat in the car balancing breakable items for Christmas presents the parking lot made my cart tip over with my daughter in it! Complete ice slippery as ever!!!! I went inside target afterwords parked my car out front and told them what happened thank God my daughter is OK just screaming the manager told me basically it's not their fault and there sorry but oh well basically. Good quality items esp save 5% on everything when you have a Target red card. Quality much better than Walmart but limited choices. Fruits are fresh and good quality. We like the Starbucks on site. Which they can extend their hours same as store hours. Staff is very friendly and helpful. read more

Did not get good customer service. The employee who was scanning and bagging my items does not know how to bag. Almost all of my bags ended up ripping apart. Who bags eggs with TWO pizza boxes? She over stuffed all of them. Very disappointed. Her name started with an L. read more

This department store is the best. The stuff is very good quality. The guest service is very efficient and fast. The sales personnel's always ready to help you. The only draw back was some fresh produce as some of the fruits like strawberries were almost molding and the vegetables like spinach was so wilted. On the whole this supermarket is good and very neat snd clean with good sales associates. read more

I sadly had to leave this Target a few years ago when I had terrible insurance and started using Costco for my RX. These folks had always gone above and beyond to serve. I returned last week--I have better insurance again and had experienced lousy service at Walgreens. I walked up to the counter at Target (after being gone almost four years) and before looking at any of my info, they greeted me by name --like a long, lost friend. It felt so warm and welcoming. It was like coming home again. They had sensitively supported us in the past when my daughter had a real health crisis. At this visit they again gave extra time to help and serve. These people are amazing and so helpful!!! I would NEVER go anywhere else!!! They are the best! If you have your RX anywhere else....move on over to the pretty little red bottles and the amazing staff they have here! read more

I was in the store on 10 August around six in the evening. Many of the computers in the store were down due to the storm raging outside. Only one terminal in the self check out was working. An employee by the name of Cassandra motion to me as I waited in line over to one of the registers and checked me out and then when I told her I needed to pick up some thing that I ordered online she told me to just wait there and she went over to the area and got it for me. Great location and easy to get in and out of its parking lot. The inside is well lit and clean. Service is usually ample and for a discount/department store. The service isn't overly friendly but it isn't rude either. There are a couple stinker ladies for people using coupons. The produce is fresh but there is a limited selection. The meat department has mainly the basics etc and the same with the cheese selection. There is a good variety of toys in the toy area and they have many things like greeting/birthday cards. Nice place for one-stop shopping. I haven't had to return anything here so don't know about their return policy. read more

I'm a fan of Target, so I frequent my local one often...the staff is "eh" in most departments. With the exception of the Pharmacy, which has always done well by me/my family. Fast and courteous. Same with the Electronics department...they've been efficient and friendly. Returns are easier since I switched over to a Target Debit card...I don't worry about not having a receipt anymore, I just hand over my card. But, returns to the card take a while, so ask for a store credit if you need the credit back, immediately. The groceries for me are decent, price-wise, if I need non-perishables, soda, etc. But if you are looking for great quality and a good price on dairy/meats/veggies...skip this location. Many times I've been disappointed with my purchases and debated whether it was worth the return. Bakery items are often stale and their cakes are like eating paper...bleh. I guess it comes down to "you get what you pay for".... read more

This Target is large, it's a super Target. We grocery shop there a lot, pretty good food selection. Not enough organic fruits and vegetables though. The rest of the store is neat and clean and well stocked. Pretty nice staff, if you can find them. My biggest complaint on this Target is that the cashiers double charge often. Don't know if it's their scanners or what, but there have been many occasions where they rang up an item twice. I always have to scan my whole receipt before walking out the door. read more

Just moved to the area and was so disappointed when i came in the middle of the day to grocery shop. All their produce was so bad i cant believe it was even on the shelf. Lettuce was so brown and fruit was old and surrounded by flies. Will def be going to mejeir even if its a few extra minutes from my house. read more

I LOVE target. But the thing I can't stand is once I find something I like and buy it, five days later they have a sale on it. What I have learned.... Never throw out your receipt. The guest service desk are full of not so happy people. I didn't have my receipt but did have the merchandise, they said they couldn't do any price adjustment without the receipt. Yet we had the credit card. Why didn't they offer a return on my merchandise and than buy it back. To have any sort of guest service the GUEST must research and know all the store policies, so you can be assisted in the proper fashion. I am sorry that the ladies at Guest Service have such miserable lives. Maybe they should smile or have a shot of tequila before work to make it more enjoyable. SAD EXPERIENCES! read more

Oh how I love Target! It's like pizza-even when it's bad it's still good. But this store takes the cake. You see, it's not just any old Target-it's a Super Target! Bought Easter gifts for the kids including one travel Go Fishin game & a kids Moana t shirt. The go fishin game looked properly sealed, but upon opening all the game pieces were missing except for the spinner! Also, there was a huge seam in the side of the Moana T-Shirt that wasn't even sewn! Talk about disappointing, Target-when your kids are excited about their gifts but the gifts are defective! I would expect such a large company to have much better quality control procedures. I will be inspecting everything I buy from top to bottom if we even return for shopping after exchanging these items. I was a frequent and loyal customer but lately the quality has been on the decline. We also bought a more expensive floor lamp recently that was defective as the seams in where you screw the pole together were crooked and made the lamp stand up sideways. So sad! read more

The line got so backed up and nobody came to relieve the line. She was speaking with an employee about how she needed a manager but the manager was no where to be found. read more

I got my new phone the Samsung Galaxy s5 during cyber week this year and I got it at a great price at target . Ed the target mobile representative in the electronics department is such a smart guy . He helped me make an informed decision on which cell phone and service provider best fit my needs. This guy really knows his stuff! I'm a fan of Target so I feel bad only giving them 2 stars but this location in particular is unfortunately only 2-star worthy. They are now a SUPER target but I don't really know what all the hype was about, it's far from super. The food selection is weak & pricey. & they don't seem to have hired enough employees for this "super" store. So on numerous occasions I've found it near impossible to get the help I needed. Overall it's still Target, they have pretty much everything you need, or something similar to it, but you'll definitely pay the price. I'd skip on over to walmart. read more

I've been to this Target many times now, and overall I would rate them mediocre. But it all depends on the department you're in. The electronics department however surprisingly far surpasses the rest of the store in customer service. They've always been extremely helpful and overly friendly.
