They also have a large section for international food, wine, and craft beer. They have so much to chose from it can be overwhelming. I was shopping for some coffee products and they had a good selection. When I went to check out one item was marked 50% , I asked the cashier if it came up as 50%, and he seemed annoyed I asked. It had not and he proceeded to tell me sometimes the items are not placed in alignment with the price tag. I told him I was sure it was correct. He called over another clerk and she confirmed it was supposed to be 50%. He never apologized or acknolwedged the error. While I will be back to shop for items, customer service needs to improve.

As expected it was easy to find and parking was plentiful (which may be a function of having come here on a Thursday evening). The store is well kept and full of all kinds of goodies for one's home and kitchen. They have all the appliances open for touching and looking at, which I like, and has a major advantage over Amazon. I'll be looking for a new electric tea kettle soon and they have them here so I'll stop by to poke and prod. The staff member who helped me was friendly and it was easy and quick to pick up my item. When you order for in store pick-up you just need to show your ID, they bring out your item, and then you sign for confirmation of pickup. Easy peasy.

I asked the sales staff if there was a charge for shipping and she replied not if you have our credit card. Minutes later I was purchasing the items and was informed shipping was not free. No charge for shipping if you order on line. There was no misunderstanding!! The entire staff needs to be informed of the policies.
