Despite joining…read moreover a month ago at the peak of Chrismas shopping, I have had zero sales, which is incredibly frustrating. The lack of foot traffic is alarming; it seems like hardly anyone is visiting the shop. The store's marketing is inadequate; I've never seen any promotions on social media to attract customers. When I requested a two-foot longer booth at the end-cap, I expected some accommodation or discount, but none was offered. I regret becoming a vendor here and feel that my investment has not been worthwhile, especially being tied to a 12-month contract. All of the staff are very friendly, however more work needs to be done by management or the head office to bring in more traffic. I have dedicated nearly $700 towards the purchase of displays and decor. I have items ranging from $2.99 upwards to $129.99, all of which are handmade.I can't recommend The Painted Tree to other vendors unless they improve their marketing strategies and attract more customers.

The sales associate informed she could not sell the platter since that was the only one left and needed for display. When we talked to them, they said they couldn't accept the return even for store credit because it had been more than 30 days. The lady even told my wife she could try to sell it on Facebook marketplace instead. She even said they don't carry the set, which is on the crate and barrel website, in their store currently. So with getting zero store credit or money returned, they lost our business, and we went and spent additional money at other stores in the area. Crate and Barrel will never be used by us again as a registry and we will never use them for any future registry requests. Absolute garbage location and customer service. Edit: we were able to contact crate and barrel online and they took it back for store credit. So it's really just this garbage location that was the issue.

He called over another clerk and she confirmed it was supposed to be 50%. He never apologized or acknolwedged the error. While I will be back to shop for items, customer service needs to improve.

This is a shop where, if you need to look at the price tag, you probably shouldn't be there. Indeed, there are beautiful bedding sets to be had (with such names as "meghan toile" and "primary kasey"), but be prepared to pay. There are some good gender-neutral bedding sets, also (i.e. "At the Zoo" whose items range from $10-$60). Their furniture seems high quality but paying $700 for a crib is not necessary. PBK recently began selling baby/toddler clothes, which are pretty, if pricey ($18 for a onesie; $36 for a corduroy jumper). The store also sells holiday-themed merchandise - currently for Halloween. If you want a fairy costume, it'll set you back $99 (cheapest I've seen is a pumpkin for $29). If money isn't an issue, by all means indulge: their wares are stylish. And FYI, if you register for a specific bedding set, be aware that they discontinue their sets regularly (so buy - or get others to - while you can!)

The Deer Park Town Center stores are easy to get to and find, as opposed to Oak Brook which can be a maze so I came to this store.
