He delivered outstanding customer service, quality work, and smooth communication. The pricing was transparent and fair. He is also very detail-oriented with his work and has a positive problem-solving attitude. My job was not the most straightforward due to working with an older building, but he really put himself in the client's shoes to offer solutions that met my goals and budget, leaving no stones unturned from the planning phase to the final inspection. He also valued my input and offered his candid advice on what would work versus not. His team was also fantastic -- both Chris and his team were very respectable of my place and cleaned up *everyday* after their job, where not all contractors would do that. I appreciated that because I was living at my place during the project and it meant a lot that they cared for their client's well-being. I would gladly hire Chris again for future projects I have and/or highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable contractor!

Our project included major layout changes to removing a whole fireplace/wall, and he took the time to truly understand our vision from the start. He was trustworthy, reliable, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and never felt left in the dark. For a our house renovation, that level of communication made a huge difference for me. Managing a full home remodel can be overwhelming, but Jay handled everything smoothly and professionally. I knew that whatever house project we worked on next, I was going to hire someone who could bring the quality we wanted. I first reached out to Zenith Builder about potential home projects and met with Zuriel in 2023. He was honest and gave his perspective on the different options we were considering. We ended up not going through with any projects at that time because everything was out of our budget and we needed to figure out what we wanted. Fast forward to this past April, we finally decided to remodel our garage. I didn't even hesitate and knew I wanted to hire Zenith. Zuriel came out again and talked through the details of the different options we were considering. Once we decided on the initial scope, they started and worked quickly. The project manager was really communicative and easy to work with. When we added scope in the middle of the project, Zuriel was transparent about the additional costs and even though we approved over text, he would still quickly put together the documentation to send over for approval. If you're looking for a stress-free experience in remodeling/construction, look no further because Zenith is your answer. After the experiences we had, Zenith is worth every penny. I will use them again when we do our next home renovation.

From start to finish, Sam was professional, efficient, and incredibly communicative. He kept me updated throughout the project, answered my many questions, and was always willing to take the time to discuss options with me. As someone who wanted to be intentional about every decision, I really appreciated that he helped me think through materials, finishes, and products to make sure they were the right fit for my home. I am absolutely in love with how everything turned out... especially my bathrooms, the kitchen backsplash, and the beautifully restored cabinetry. The transformation is amazing. Because this was an insurance claim, there were many moving pieces, and Sam worked seamlessly with my public adjuster and everyone involved in the process. Prior to working with Sam, I consulted with at least 7 other contractors and Sam was able to offer the most reasonable and seemingly honest cost, he had a waitlist, and I was willing to wait - I am glad that I did. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, reliable and honest!

These were small jobs, but he treated them with the same care as a bigger project. No job is too small for him!! The work was done efficiently and cleanly, and his prices were very reasonable, basically what non-licensed contractors would charge. He let me buy all the materials myself and very kindly handled the bigger items like vent pipes for FREE. Sam's quote is just the labor, so you are not charged a markup on your quote for any material cost. There were a few surprises along the way, and he took care of the extra work without charging extra. He also demoed the kitchen tiles nicely and even did some extra paint work and tile grout for free. He makes sure the project will be done well! Sam is honest and practical. He suggested I wait to install a kitchen vent until a future renovation. I still went ahead with it, but it was nice to hear someone not trying to upsell me. I can trust Sam's opinion for the job and not worry that I am being exploited by my lack of home renovation knowledge. Communication was great, the quote was detailed, and he kept my home protected and clean during the work. It's been four months since the job was finished and everything is still perfect. Reliable, honest, and skilled...I'll definitely hire Sam again.

Peter was very responsive with all of our questions, easy to get a hold with, quickly stopped by to provide our quotes and very reasonable prices. He suggested some good ideas. They made my dream design come true, walk-in shower, installed new kitchen island, installed hardwood floors throughout the house & tiles flooring in all our 3 bathrooms, etc. His team completed my entire house less than 3 weeks. Peter's crews did a fantastic work! We couldn't be more happier. A week ago, We contacted Peter again to help us on a new project to install a new entry door and some electrical. He responded very quickly, good price and very flexible on schedules. His team came in and finished the jobs within 1 day. Side note: We wished they could be more careful and more cleanliness especially with our hardwood floor and could have covered up the floors before they started the job however Peter offered to come back the next day to make things right and clean up our floors but we told him it's okay. We decided to clean it ourselves. Overall, we are very happy with Peter's team and would hire him again. We would definitely recommended Peter. Always communicated clearly, made the process easy to understand, and really delivered high-quality work. Any time we had questions or concerns, he explained things well and gave us peace of mind. His pricing was also more than fair, and the timeline was reasonable. Both of our smaller bathroom wet areas were completed in about three weeks. We started with the guest bathroom first, and after seeing the quality of the work, we immediately asked him to move forward with the master bathroom too. I would highly recommend Leo and his team. However, since I did not have many options here I had to just pray and trust that Leo would not be a scammer like the rest. I took the risk and trusted in Leo to help me solve the problem that my restroom was dealing with and I can say that Leo really went above and beyond in every step of the way. Leo was able to diagnose the problem which turned out to be that the previous contractors never did hot mop in my shower which was causing for the water to come out from the bottom. Leos communication throughout the process was excellent, detailed, and he addressed every concern I had with a great attitude, and ensured everything was resolved to my satisfaction. It is clear that Leo takes great pride in his work. Leo is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and I am so happy to have found a contractor I can depend on. I am excited to work with you again and will be scheduling my next project with you soon.

Most recently, we had a plumber quote us an astronomical $18,000 to run a new gas line for our pool heater. Their "solution" involved cutting into our brand-new concrete and completely ripping up our new backyard pavers, which made absolutely no sense to us. So, we called Eddie for a second opinion, and he immediately came up with a brilliant, alternative solution. By rerouting the gas line in a different direction, he found a way to do the job with minimal concrete cutting and saved our new pavers. Long story short, Eddie resolved the entire issue beautifully for a tiny fraction of the original $18k quote. He treats every issue as if it were happening at his own house, and that level of honesty, care, and ingenuity is incredibly rare in this industry. At first we tried to do it ourselves by finding family recommended architect to draw prints for us for submission and whatever else the city wants. Then we tried to find contracts and they either stuck up their noses at us or didn't even bother showing up at the appointment. Finding a trustworthy contractor is hard. So I looked up Yelp and found Mr. Parrague and initially contacted one of the reviewer, Henry, because he offered to shed more light on his experience. He was so kind and highly recommened Parrague Construction. And I'm living in another country and my Mom's English isn't fluent enough to handle this kind of matter. So I called Mr. Parrague and he made me feel safe. He is a one stop shop because I wasn't sure if the city was going to ask to redo the blueprints or not. He was very professional, on-time, and does not push for extra things just to make more money, in fact it's the opposite. He is tough, which you need to be when dealing with the city, and very experienced. He will go out of his way to help you. His crew is clean and his assistant is also kind and very communicative, but Mr. Parrague usually is your main point of contact. He likes to handle the calls himself. Once my mom called around 5pm saying they installed the garage door wrong (they did not) and I thought she got locked out of the house. I had to call Mr. Parrague from outside the country (Skype) and he said he will go straight to my house after his meeting which was an hour away from my house bc they had my spare key. I told my mom and realized she wasn't locked out. So whether it was installed correctly or not, it was NOT an emergency. I quickly messaged Mr. Parrague because it can be dealt the next day. I didn't want him to get in an accident trekking across LA. He understood and STILL showed up! This is now probably 7pm. They figured out that it was my Mom who didn't understand how the new garage door worked....So I am so thankful for them for their work and for dealing with the City and get me approved and case closed. I am a fan. XD
