I got 3 new pairs of glasses on sale last year and the nicest woman helped me. When I went back to get the glasses fitted, the young man that helped to fit them on my face was also nice but he didn't do a good job. I came back a week later and one of the woman working was not friendly at all, borderline rude. So I left and went to another LensCrafters to get the glasses fitted. I almost didn't come back to this LensCrafters when I was getting prescription sunglasses but it was just more convenient. The rude lady was working that day and I just avoided her until someone else helped. I'd give this location 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4.

She will tell you all about how you're not looking through the right part of the lens like you haven't been wearing glasses your whole life. I'm glad I was able to keep them on my head long enough to go see Ray at the Attleboro Mass store where I was greeted with a smile and my glasses were adjusted so that when I look at my shoes they don't fall off my head; a novel concept.
