I now tell anyone who is looking for an optometrist to go see Dr. Haworth. Not only is he personable and kind, he truely enjoys interacting with his patients. He explains what each test is and what is going on. And his staff are awesome, too. They are all very kind and understanding. When I was 5 minutes late this morning, I apologized and the receptionist responded, "It's saturday morning, don't worry about it!" When she noticed that I hadn't been able to come in to pick up my contacts- an extra pair I had asked for to hold me over til my appointment- she said, "You should have called! We would have mailed them out for you!" Just a great experience, every year. If you need a new eye doctor, look no further!

Dr. Haworth is kind, caring and his team is equally great. While I was waiting to be seen I overheard their staff making phone calls to confirm appointments for upcoming days and they went the extra mile to confirm insurance coverage on their patients behalf so that there were no surprises. They also send text messages reminding people of their appointments, which for an anti-phone person like me is wonderful. Their office is clean, spacious, and welcoming. I am thrilled with my experience there and would highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new eye doc. If I could change anything it's that it did take about 2 months to be seen as a new patient, but now that I've been there I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Although I have not purchased eyeglasses from LensCrafters in more than 10 years, I still go to Dr. Glaser for my eye exams. Dr. Glaser's office is open seven days a week. A weekday late afternoon/early evening, or weekend appointment, is very convenient for someone like me, who works full time. And, it is usually possible to get an appointment less than a week in advance.
