OMG, what an amazing shopping experience. Just based off service alone, it was great. Even if I didn't buy anything the level of service could not go unrecognized. I wish I would've caught the gentleman's name who helped us because he made our experience a 10! He was funny, helpful, full of energy, and knew how to work the room. If someone from Michael Kors reads this and knows the gentleman from my picture of inside the store, please thank him! They had a nice selection of shoes, wallets, and bags. The clothing and jewelry was a little limited. The store was giving 20% off plus an additional 10% the first hour they were opened. I ended up buying a pair of sandals for $54 and it was definitely a great deal! Michael Kors shoes are made nicely and they last forever. When paying full price they can seem a little costly but when you catch a sale it makes it worth every penny. My mom purchased two bags and a card holder for $200. Wow, wow, wow!! WOW!!! Stopped by this location on Thursday. It was my wife and I's 15 year wedding anniversary and I brought her to Michael Kors, to get whatever her heart desired. We got there early, just as they were opening and Jacob...Let me tell you...Jacob is one of the nicest, most amazing person ever! His customer service is top notch! I walked in this Michael Kors Outlet, knowing what I wanted with the price in mind after perusing online. Looked around and didn't see the bag I wanted, so I asked a sales gentleman and he told me they were out of stock and whatever was on the floor was what they have. Browsed around and I couldn't pass up the sale and additional discounts on their bags! I was helped by Jimena (sp?) and an Asian lady. My hands were full and Jimena brought me a shopping bag, helping me look for matching wallets also. While I was in line, I noticed the bag I wanted behind the register. I asked the cashier if it was for sale. She asked the other cashier if it, being a newly returned item, was available for purchase and it was. When she rang the bag up, it was at retail price! I was like "ok, I'll take it"--I wanted it that bad! However, I showed her the outlet price from my phone and she said that since it was probably purchased from a retail store, it would be the retail price. I then asked if the outlet price can be honored, for it was the exact design and size. So, she inquired and the same gentleman scanned the tag for online confirmation and granted the outlet price adjustment! My damage was controlled, LOL! Instead the African LP chose to follow me around while loudly saying he needed a camera check on me and describing what I wore then multiple associates started following me as I tried to shop. As I walk in this tall, slim lady with brown hair looks down at me and makes a disgusting look. I get it I probably do look disgusting because I had a drink spilled on me, I had my son with me in a stroller but I have probably have more money than her so I did not let it get to me. BTW I was wearing a hat a t shirt, and I believe leggings. I'm a single mom sometimes I don't have time to get ready. I've been to this Michael Kors outlet twice: the first time was in September and the second time was last night. During the September trip, I purchased a black Grayson satchel that cost $140. Total steal!! During last night's trip, I didn't find a bag that caught my eye. However, there were nice bags to choose from. This outlet carries a variety of styles in different colors. You have your neutral colors and vibrant colors like pink as well. Their wallets are probably the best deal in the entire store. They were no more than $79 for full size wristlets. They also have smaller wallets and coin purses too. My sister bought a wristlet wallet for $69 and I bought her a purse that cost $141. I definitely recommend coming in here if you want a Michael Kors bag. The sales associates are helpful as well. read more

We went there yesterday to purchase a wallet for my wife. After looking around for awhile, she found a gold wallet she liked, it was on clearance with 70% off of MSRP! Good deal right? Found out, the MSRP price was $138 and Kor marked it up $149 and they wanted to sell the $149 as a clearance price with a 70% off - what's wrong with this??? Clearly this is fraud and deceiving the customer. I talked to the supervisor in charge at that time - Christian, off course he removed his name tag while all the salespeople/cashiers has theirs on. I pointed this pricing scheme out, and he proceeded to tell me that the price was $149 and I'm getting a discount on top of that. All while removing the $138 price tag and trying to play it off as if he's doing me a favor. I saw this and told him it's unethical and wrong to deceive the customer like that. Kept on saying the $149 was the correct price, that's wrong! This review is so over due. 2 weeks ago I walked into this store so underdressed, without makeup and my hair in a crazy ponytail. I guess I was feeling brave! I approached Liza as she was training one of the employees there and she turned around with a bright smile, asked me my name and what I needed help with. I explained an online issue that had happened to me a couple of days prior and without hesitating one bit she help me and solved my problem. When I was leaving I said bye and she responded: "Bye Miriam" WOW!!!! On top of treating me like I looked like a million bucks she remembered my name. 2 days later I went back to the store properly dressed, make up and my hair down and to my surprise Liza still remembered who I was! I thanked her for making me feel so good the first time I was their because there has been times I've entered into other similar stores and if you don't look a certain way you are going to most likely be ignored! I have shopped here many times and purchased handbags, wallets and watches but never again will I return. You can tell they have changed their floor staff and replaced them with some racist ladies. It's sad.. instead of helping me they were treating me like a thief. They followed me, kept staring at me and one lady that walks around like she is all good with the obvious hair extensions that do not match her hair color , kept looking at my hands while I carried my own purse and telephone. She then whispers to another employee and she stands by the entrance door with her cell phone and does not move until I leave the store. It did upset me but I just kept looking and when I found the purse I liked she asks if I want it. I said yes but I want a purse that is wrapped and has not been touched by everyone since they don't sanitize but follow everyone around the store. She calls for the purse and then she gives it to me. This is my favorite designer outlet store!!! I love buying wallets from here. I have several wallets n different colors. I also have a cute wallet that I take to formal events: weddings, dinners, etc that holds my credit cards and even my cell phone. Anything with a MK logo on it is priceless!!! I also bought a fancy bag on sale here to carry light paperwork to work so I could look more professional since I look young!!! I bought a purse 15 minutes before closing time. They were going to give me the purse that was shown at the floor. When I asked the female cashier to give me a new one that's not floor sample, she gave me attitude and said there was nothing wrong with that purse. Stupid & rude cashier. Yeah there might be nothing wrong with that purse, accept maybe dusty or had been touched by so many different hands..But it is our prerogative as costumer to want a merchandise that is not a floor sample, unless other wise stated on the sample purses. I was shopping for my friend at this location on Thursday. I asked a sales associate about the price and she told me they have an extra discount on a certain bag. I felt like the price was wrong and made sure with her 3 times and she told me she was sure. And I told my friend on the phone they had an additional discount and she told me to buy it. When I was ready to pay and I was told they didn't offer the discount on the bag I purchased. The manager told us they could not change the price otherwise she would get into trouble. I shopped from of Michael Kors in 2 other outlet stores I do know the policy that they should change it if they told the customer a wrong price. Hope some day they will shut down for sure. Hate the return policy. No refunds, store credit only! This made me very unhappy because as I was purchasing a handbag the sales associate said I had thirty days to "return" the bag. He never said exchange only. I changed my mind on that bag and as I went to return it, the manager said I would need to find something else in the store or she could give me store credit. Boo! The return policy IS listed on the back of the receipt after she pointed it out to me. My fault for not clarifying it as I was purchasing the bag. Because you can't read the return policy until you have been handed the receipt after your purchase. But, I need to be able to shop at a store that will accept returns. So I will not be going back.
