Dr. Wexler has been my dentist for 5 years. He's always been thorough, careful and mindful of both pain and prevention methods. He taught me how to floss better which has dramatically improved my teeth and made them less sensitive. He is calm and easy to work with (even with my toddler). read more

Terrible! In 2014 I took my daughter to this dentist. I called my insurance first to ask them if it would be covered and I was told that it would be. For some reason, the insurance denied. When I called them again, they said it was denied because I underpaid $5 on the premium. I called back and never heard anything again. After I ran my credit report in December 2016, I saw a collections on there that was put on there in 2015. I called the collection agency listed and they told me it was from Dr. Wexler, and I owed$347 (for a charge that was originally $199). I called Dr. Wexlers office and explained that I never recieved notice from them or the collection agency, and I would be willing to pay the $199 (Even though I believe they negligently did not run my insurance a second time, when I asked them too) if they would have the collection agency remove this from my credit report. I never heard anything until I called again weeks letter, and now they are telling me that I have to pay over $500 to have this removed, for a charge that was $199 and was told would be $347 by them AND the collection company, only weeks earlier when they never got back to me. They are TERRIBLE about working with their clients and do not keep accurate books of billing. I work for medical billing, so I know this isn't OK. All they did was polish my 1 year olds teeth.. THATS IT. And now they will not communicate, ruining my credit, and will not work with me. Ridiculous. read more

Dr Wexler met me promptly when I had a dental emergency. He explained every step of the process to place a crown in an upper molar. I didn't like the experience I had here, the receptionist acted a bit flaky like she was on some kind of drug and the dentist was a little more concerned with the guy there to recarpet the place with swatches than making my appointment on time. I got in about 1/2-1hr late. He didn't know what he was talking about when he examined my molar to see if it needed a root canal. He thought it may be fragments from a previous tooth I had pulled over 10yrs ago. He sent me to a specialist and still took the xray that he and the secretary knew my insurance wouldn't cover instead of taking a full set which would've been which I'm not paying for. They he looks at me with these wide eyes and said "what would you like to do about this tooth". He kinda creeped me out so I didn't go back. On the search for a better dentist. read more

My family and I relocated to Tucson a few years ago and Dr. Wexler and his team were recommended to us by a friend. I absolutely love this office. My entire family goes here now. Lillia is amazing with my rambunctious kiddos, she asks my three year old thought provoking questions, sits with her, and shows her unique toys they have in the waiting room. Celeste is easy to talk to and very informative about dental care and technique. Dr. Wexler is kind, funny, and patient. I've always felt immensely comfortable around him and his staff. He has three children of his own so he knows how unpredictable they can be. If you have needs for your whole family, this is the place. They have seen my three year regularly since she was 10 months old and she does fantastic with Celeste while she cleans her teeth now. Celeste explains everything in detail to her before she does it so my daughter knows what to expect. Once she is done she looks forward to chatting up Lillia and choosing a special toy from a collection they keep in office. My husband has gotten custom mouth guards made for grinding issues and should we need any extensive work I would feel 100% certain it was needed. They never try to push product or procedures on you unless they truly think they are necessary. read more

I have to start this by saying that I have an unfounded fear of dentists so every time I have to go see one I get really anxious. For this particular visit, a root canal, no less, I was terrified...I told many that I would rather go into labor again than get a root canal...(yes that terrified) But when Dr. Wexler started working on it I was really surprised that I wasn't feeling any pain. Not even when he numbed me with the big scary needle! Now that is saying something...He explained everything he was doing so I knew what was coming.
