But my teeth didn't feel loose so I went to a specialist who makes mouth guards and they had no idea what Dr Echols was talking about. It isn't a mistake when it happened twice. It is either an intentionally deceptive dentist or one who is poorly trained. Be very careful. Seems very dishonest.

I've had experiences with other offices in town that were "okay". Nothing special and always felt like I was being upsold. Here however, you are treated with professional quality that's pretty immediately acknowledged. I had some cleaning sessions with Richard and he is by far a shining star in the dental community. I think having him as a first impression to the office was what made me Feel so comfortable. I have been diagnosed with Pre-periodontal disease and he gave me some sincere hope to manage it. I'm almost half way through my invisiline treatment and will check in with them tomorrow. I look forward to my visit and I'm glad I'm a patient of theirs! I highly reccomend :)

Luckily I was not in any hurry for a new patient appointment (just due for a cleaning and did not have any issues to report) because it took several months to get me in. If I had a more urgent issue they may have taken additional steps to get me in sooner--not sure, as that wasn't the case for me. My appointment started promptly. The hygienist assigned to me was kind and did a great job taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Hicks was friendly and professional. I have had some dentists that try to sell me nonsense cosmetic crap for my teeth, and was glad that Dr. Hicks and her team did no such thing. Everyone in the office was upbeat and friendly: you can tell the staff is treated well, because the morale is high. I would recommend Dr. Hicks to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I went one more time to get some work done and just got an evaluation. E Dental Solutions was much more through than the last dentist that I had gone to. I decided after that to stop going and will seek out another dentist who in my opinion is better. Another reason I stopped going is that after getting work done I would not get out of there without paying upwards of $2000+ for work. I found them to be pricey. They also started to charge an extra fee for using a Credit Card which I was not too fond of.

She actually said the same thing to all of us, "your bite isn't aligned. Invisalign will help fix those problem." She is the only Dentist who has EVER told me I needed braces or any sort of treatment to straighten my teeth. Prior dentists have ALWAYS asked me if I had braces as a child.
