We ordered a Grandma pie and a large House salad last night . It was delicious! Fast service too!

In the past, food from this restaurant has been very good, although Sunday nites weather was extremely bad, the football was on and we were looking for some pizza. I called the restaurant and a dizzy person answered the phone, I placed my order, when I got to the restaurant the person I talked to was looking at me very strange. I asked if she was alright, and she immediately asked if I was alright. My order came out it was not what I wanted she continued to act like shit. Good for takeout, this place is pretty busy but services fast. Definitely try to order online for fast service. I got eggplant parm and it was at a good price and tasted delicious. I wish there was more sauce for the pasta, the bottom of my dish was just plain pasta so that was upsetting. But the amount of food you get for price is great! The cheese calzone was also great. Have been ordering from here for over 10 years. I always get the #2 special, cheese pie, penne a la vodka, garlic knots, salad and a free bottle of soda. I order this every week. Was very disappointed to see that the pasta dish was 1/4 filled. Called to complain and was told that this is how they'd be serving the "special orders" now. Mind you, I ordered the week before and received a order filled to the top of the container! The attitude of the person I spoke to had a "I don't care attitude." I won't be ordering from them again and neither will my school district for catering orders. read more

The aunt who owns the pizza place is sooo nasty! She participates in too good to go, but when you come to get your food, she's nasty & she doesn't speak a word of English. It's left over food that's been sitting out all day & she doesn't want to part with it even though she's getting paid. Once I was leaving & the staff was talking about me to a customer & of course I heard & let them know! I went a few times & it keeps getting worse. I'm done! This place really has zero customer service.. i ordered pizza faithfully every week and most Of the time they would serve it cold when I finally complained the guy was like "oh well" when I asked To speak to the manager he said "I am the manager" when i said ok can I speak to the owner he said "I am the owner" since then I have not been back and refuse to ever order from them. I don't know what has happened to the pizza and food here, but it is terrible. New Owners?? The pizza is always soggy and mushy even if you ask for it well done. The sauce is very bitter, like it wasn't cooked long enough. The food is disgusting. Ordered just tonight and it was so peppery it couldn't even be choked down, and I love spicy food. Place used to be somewhat decent absolutely horrible now crap pizza super stale obviously left out for days and then meatballs are obviously frozen and cooked in a microwave. Never going back again and I live across the street. Especially after this coronavirus and no one has money they're charging more for frozen food then when they had fresh food. read more

my family and i used to love this place so much, went back for the first time in a while and the pizza we got was awful. it seemed like it was made in the morning and just left on top of the oven all day, our pie and two speciality slices as well. so disappointing. got there within 15 minutes of ordering so I know it couldn't have gotten like that so quickly. we ended up throwing out the rest of the pie. we were going to drive back to complain but it didn't seem worth it tbh. just, disappointed. read more

Be honest when a customer asks if you are under new ownership. Be honest when asked if it's quicker for pick up or delivery. Called two weeks ago...pizza was cold when it arrived and I chalked it up to the weather. I ordered again tonight and person I talked with after ordering two heroes and a salad said my delivery would take 35-40 min which was ok during dinnertime. Didn't arrive. Called again after waiting an extra 10min, was told they were waiting for a driver to come back to bring it ???? Called 15 min AFTER THAT because there was STILL no delivery and was told by nice man on phone that the order wasn't finished yet. My credit card was charged to an Erick's Pizzaria so it seems after all has been sold. Guy on phone was kind and he delivered our food finally. Said he has no idea what is going on but there are NEW OWNERS. Used to be my go-to for delivery. Food was warm and ok, customer service makes me sad...the owner wouldn't get on phone to explain or offer an apology for delay on order. I'll be moving on... read more

Pretty fundamental, solid NY pizza. Nothing to write home about, but it's cheap and fast and very consistent... especially when there's lightning and thunderstorms out and you don't want to travel any farther than yo have to. Both the pepperoni and the italian sausage are good. read more

I have been "burned" by it on occasion with a bad crap attack after eating so i have relocated my pizza buying habit to other close by pizza joints. I gotta say, you guys have a lot of potential. Pizza is definitely better than most others in town, and the slices are huge. However, you guys should really throw out the older slices and not serve them to customers. Coming in at 3pm, I shouldn't be getting slices from the night before. The pizza is great; if they served fresh slices, guaranteed they'll have customers return. When a slice is served that is clearly old, it makes customers feel mistreated / betrayed. I get that it costs money to make pizza and you don't want to waste it. but, giving people old crusty pizza (where the white mozzarella has turned brown- and not from heating it), you will have customers not return, and that in turn will probably cost more money than throwing out the old slices will. I used to work at a pizza place so I can tell when slices are from the night before; the place that I worked at- all pizza were thrown out at the end of the night, and I would take some home with me. So I can definitely tell what overnight pizza looks like. It's unfair to faithful customers. This is the second time it has happened, and I hope it's the last, because I will not be returning otherwise. read more
