Nice to see Rosa's in our neighborhood. They have a good amount of selection of pizzas to choose from. We usually order a pie from them when we feel like a pizza day. The crust is thin and crisp crust. The place is small. There are a few tables for dining in, but we usually order out since we live in the area. The pizzeria is also on Too Good To Go, so you can get a decent meal for a fraction of the price as long as you don't mind what you may get. Overall a great pizza spot and nice folks. read more

9/24/25 - We didn't feel like going out, but hubby went to pick up yummy, small pizza and a side of Meatballs.It was just enough. Service was quick as he called in the order. You can get a 10% diff you order through the app, but hubby doesn't like apps, and 10% is not enough incentive. Ambiance is basic. The pizzas in the case offer great choices. Wow is all I can say!! From the pizza to the staff, the wait for opening day was worth it! Being a Brooklyn girl, I LOVED their grandma slice... chef's kiss! Perfect amount of sauce with a hint of saltiness and sweetness that really shines through. The family could not have been more amazing and welcoming to everyone that stopped by. Really good pizza and nice staff. There's a few tables to eat, but it's a little more suited for take out, like most pizza spots. I've had the BBQ chicken slice and my wife s enjoyed the Caesar salad chicken slice. I look forward to trying more of their specialty slices soon. Good stuff! read more

The Sicilian upsidedown slice is outstanding, Their regular slice is very nice and very good quality. Their pizza slice are nice size what pizza used to be. Aslo is tasty. My first impression Pizza it looks like average New York City pizza, it does have a nice undercarriage there is a good amount of flop. The cheese is very stringy. The sauce is a little bit sweet. Ordered the "special" for lunch (Pizza, garlic knots and a soda) and I feel like I overpaid. They advertised 20oz soda with the special but they did not have 20oz or half liter bottles. They gave me 1 16.9fl oz bottle instead. Most pizzeria specials give you a 2 liter bottle. Also $6 for one rice ball? No marinara sauce for dipping either. I can see 2 rice balls for that price. However, the quality of the pizza (cheese, sauce, pepperoni) was delicious. My wife enjoyed the rice ball, as much as I enjoyed the garlic knots. Still, the $40 I paid may seem like a good deal to some, and not for others like me. I live locally and wanted to give Rosa's a try hoping to make it my families new spot for family parties. Ordered from them Monday over the phone, over a $250 order... I was surprised when I got there that the prices on their website (Rosaspizzabellmore.com) weren't honored. The gentleman working told me their website and that pricing is separate from in store/phone orders.. seems to me like that needs to be fixed if that's your website and you don't plan to honor that pricing. Didn't feel great about the interaction and I expected the cost online to match what I was expected to pay. Be aware of this discrepancy. Probably won't be back because of this. read more

Stopped in and ordered cheese calzone and a couple of slices to go. Well first off I I grew up on great pizza and calzones,my calzone was huge which I thought was a good thing until I tasted it,It was dry Ricotta cheese and way too sweet almost cheese like from a cheese danish cheese,terrible. I mean who puts pastry cheese in a calzone,it was really bad,threw it away. This is the second time I ordered from this pizzeria. The first time I got the margarita, which was really good. This time. I got the Sicilian. Looked good but It was disappointing. After waiting 40 min, (it was not crowded) the dough tasted undercooked very little cheese it also advertises that you get a free liter of soda with the order which I did not get. I tried Rosa's pizza for the first time yesterday and I am thrilled there is a local option for great pizza as there aren't many places that have great pizza (I am very picky about pizza and Italian food). The sauce was delicious and you can tell they use the best ingredients. I ordered the personal pizza with meatballs along with a variety of slices so we could sample a bit of everything. The meatballs were flavorful and delicious. The eggplant slice was HUGE and the eggplant was crispy and delicious. The grandma slice was perfect (this is only the 2nd place I tried that knows how to make a great Grandma slice). I also had the spinach roll which was stuffed with spinach. The parking is convenient. The prices are very fair and better than most places. Looking forward to having leftovers for lunch! This is definitely my new pizza spot. read more

This place had promise but sadly is just a big let down. We discovered this place the night before its grand opening, on a soft open. I was familiar with the Maspeth location and was super excited to learn this was the same family. The pizza that night was spectacular; delicious, tasty, wonderful sauce, thin crust and everything a Queen's pie is. The day of the grand opening we were on that long line, waiting to get that yummy pizza. We got home and the pizza was tasty but the dough was just too thick. We shrugged it off as opening day rushing because the place was that busy! We had it a few more times, today being the last time. Don't get me wrong, the taste is still there but the dough is just too thick. If I wanted a Sicilian slice, I would order that because at least it would be airy. Rosa's Pizzeria in Great Neck has phenomenal food. I just catered my birthday party with 5 dishes, each so delicious. They delivered ON TIME Caesar Salad with grilled chicken, Penne a la vodka, Rigatoni bolognese, meatballs, eggplant rolatini And garlic knots. 50 guests wanted to know "who" catered?" They started comparing to other places saying this food was much better. My adult kids were fighting over who would get which leftovers to take home!!! I just cannot say enough positive things.
