PHENOMENAL pizza spot! We order pizza from here all the time and it's always to our liking! The store has changed ownership/name many times but whoever has taken over has been our favorite. I really didn't want to write a review because i really do love this place, but I called to place an order on Saturday, some young girl (that's what it sounded like) picks up the phone already with an attitude. I asked for a Cheese pie with mushrooms but then asked to remove them, i put the rest of my order in which was a pasta and a few other items which took so long. At the end when she was repeating my order back she said the cheese pie with mushrooms, I followed with I asked to remove them sorry, and she responded with the biggest attitude Is I've heard from a worker by saying something along the lines of "You never said that or else I would have removed them". I told her to just cancel my order (I wasn't going to fight with what I think is probably a teenager). They have had great staff working on the phone or at the counter, even if it was teens or adults since it opened but this was just absolutely ridiculous! read more

I tried them just as I moved into the neighborhood and found the food good but I feel they are over priced. I have since tried other local Italian/pizza places and there are better tasting and less expensive options close by to choose from. read more

an absolute JOKE..... not only was the woman on the phone incredibly , incredibly RUDE to the 8th grader i was babysitting who called in, but our pizza was not even considered a pizza honestly .... everyone knows that when you order a pizza all the slices are together in a circle ; as it is a literal pie... or **SUPPOSED** to be a pie Instead, we got a bunch of miscellaneous slices all scattered around the box and that's not even the worst part ... One had a LITERAL bite taken out of it !!!!! I wish I was kidding. When we called the restaurant to let them know, without being able to finish a sentence- the nasty woman who takes calls & is up front at the register shouted "WELL YOUR ORDER WAS OBVIOUSLY IN TACT WHEN IT LEFT HERE" Listen lady, clearly it wasn't cause it was obvious the slices of pizza were all from different pies. See photo for the proof. The box was taped shut and it was obvious that it hadn't been opened by the driver so my only guess is that someone at Francesca's is responsible- To add, we had called before ordering & to no surprise the woman was rude when we asked questions so i'm wondering if the pizza issue was to get back at us or if they thought it was funny who knows. But safe to say i will never step foot in this establishment or order from here ever again. Everyone i know who is familiar with this pizza place has had the same things to say about the woman at the front who takes calls.... rude, unprofessional, unfriendly... the list goes on. New pizza place pass 12 places like this to come here Second time there but last time . The food is tasty but they nickel and dime you for everything ! Coupon for family meal was 36$ , add a topping ask to chop salad , ask for an for sauce for dozen garlic knots and pay with credit card almost now 50$ ! Feeding a family asked for an extra dressing fir up charged chopped salad and owner says sure it is a dollar . I said really never mind . For real a new business trying to cultivate a following when pizza is dime a dozen and charge for dressing come on ! Is that really gonna cut into the profit margin or gain a more loyal customer . Won't be back on principle ! Plenty of other more customer friendly establishments ! read more
