Used to order from there all the time. Like 3 times a week the food was so good. Lately it has gone bad. Ordered tonight the Tuesday special, two pinwheels and a chicken francaise pie. Pinwheels were reheated so many times they looked like hockey pucks. Pizza was burnt as well. Not sure what kind of chicken was on the francaise pie. Waited 90 minutes. The Wantagh Senior Center always orders our pizza from Vincenzos. We usually order 8-12 at a time. That's not an easy order to get right. They're always hot and delicious. Grandmas pizza ordered but not sure that's what I got. It was not that good. Grandmas should be heavy on the garlic and lighter on the cheese. This pie was the opposite, Thick cheese and minimal garlic. Salad described with olives and no olives, not a big deal but coupled with Ken's PACKAGED Italian dressing , from an Italian restaurant, and I am not impressed Contacted restaurant and got blown off. My family has been ordering every week for the past several months and have enjoyed getting our pizza on Fridays. It seems like our food has been taking longer and longer to get here. On 10/13 we placed our order at 5:15 and our food arrived at 7:05 pm after we called at 7:00 pm asking what happened to our order. The food was cold when it arrived and we had to microwave it to warm it up. I called after our food arrived and asked the person that answered the phone if he thought it was acceptable that it took 1:50 to get our food and the worker said "yes, we are very busy" to which I stated that they just lost our weekly business and he said "ok". We will never ever order from there again and I say "Ok" to that. There are a lot of pizza places to order from, so we will just move on to another place. Buyer beware!!! They don't care for the customer and I'm sure we will see a new pizzeria move into that space in no time based on their respect for customers. read more

I wasn't a big fan of the food or experience. Used the slice app and ordered a pizza and some heroes. They acknowledged they received the order but when I got there (at the recommended time), it wasn't even started. They made it as I waited and then the pizza was ready but the heroes came out wrong, so they had to remake those. By the time i got everything and went home the pizza was cold and sandwiches were undercooked. Guy behind the counter seemed nice and admitted all the mistakes but no discount was ever offered even though it took almost 45 mins to resolve. My first order, they were out of one item I had ordered, and promptly called me to offer a replacement. Greatly appreciated. I have had several places just send whatever they want & it usually goes to waste (picky eaters). Only missing half a star because we did order an antipasto salad that was missing a few listed ingredients we would have really enjoyed (fresh mozz & olives. I went in here bc I've had vincenzos pizza before or so I thought but this vincenzos has no relation to the Bellmore or east meadow vincenzos pizza and that's terrific bc vincenzos levittown is better than both of those other 2 with nicer people better ownership and better food. Everything here is terrific and made fresh to order without the long wait you find at the other Vincenzos stores. Levittown gets it right the pizza the food the wings burgers appetizers are all delicious and you don't get ripped off on prices either so bring your healthy appetite to Vincenzo levittown you won't be disappointed you will be very happy. I give them 5 stars bc they earned it and they deliver for free so tip the delivery guys. They work hard for you too. They use their own cars and pay for their gas. read more

We have ordered here many times mostly because of the packages they offer being that sometimes just a pie of pizza isn't enough to feed a family. However, last night my family ordered the heroes special (3 heroes for $20 or so) and the chicken park hero was inedible. The chicken was rubbery and tough like it had been reheated way too long. I didn't eat it and it turned my stomach. I will not be ordering again. The pizza is usually okay. Not the best I've ever had but for the price it's good enough. I ordered a Regular pie a Sicilian pie and a couple of paninis . First the paninis were awesome . Big and flavorful . Both Pies tasted good. My only complaint was the Sicilian pie arrived with most of the cheese on the top of the box . That was the only disappointing part . I'll be ordering again for sure ! read more

I just ordered a 1/2 plain 1/2 sausage and pepperoni pie, calzone, chicken roll and 2 slices of grandma. I started this review at a red light because the aroma being spread throughout my truck was making my mouth water. The minute I got home my girl and I made our plates and chowed down. The pizza was amazing and the plain slice was like eating a slice straight from Rosa's in Queens but the sauce was better. The calzone was also very very good, the ricotta was perfectly creamy and the dough was delicious, it was actually really really good on all three. The chicken Roll was also really good and the farthest thing from dry or bland. It was tasty and didn't even need the side of sauce I was given which is rare when your eating a chicken roll. Between the dough and the filling it was definitely perfect already, that tasty sauce just made it better. We ate so much that We didn't even get to the grandma slices yet. Which is actually just fine because now we have another tasty treat to look forward to!!! I'll have to leave another review based just on the grandma. But on a serious not try the pizza and the rolls and definitely the calzone. Haven't ordered one of those for 2 years and enjoyed it.
