Why does the AC inevitably stop working when it's 90 degrees or higher? Fortunately, I received great service as always by HVAC technician Mike Parker. read more

Usually, we have a roster of local handmen and women who come to our house. However, it can be hard when we have last minute needs, which is often the case with plumbing, A/C, etc. That's why we signed up as members with Michael & Sons. We do NOT regret it. They are relied, communicate well, and get the job in a timely fashion. It's worth the monthly due and the discount on any work done! read more

fast professional through. Easy to book timely service and very prompt. Gold Plan is very worth it with 2 AC and 2 Heating units.

Lovepreet Goraya was fantastic and repaired our AC by replacing the outdoor capacitor to the ac fan unit. We were blowing hot air so make sure you turn your AC off and the attic fan to on to ventilate the attic or it gets hotter upstsirs. He also washed off the out side AC filters with his hose and velocity hand spray to vent out the dirt to help the unit breathe and perform to standards. Eveything measured perfectly. Thank Yuu Michael & Sons. I've had a contract with them for many years and very trustworthy great work in AC heating plumbing !!! Happy customer :) read more

James inspected my hvac system, changed the filter and cleaned the outdoor coils. James is an exceptionally kind and pleasant technician. Highly recommend read more

Your technician was professional and took his time identifying the cause of the system break down. Offered solutions and answered all our questions. Michael and son are lucky to have such knowledgeable and friendly technicians read more

Michael son did a great job with my HVAC service. Their service was prompt and addressed the issue.

I had a disastrous experience with this company. The plumbers they sent had a heavy accent and was hard to understand. He cut my kitchen ceilings all up just to find the drip and I heard from other contractors that it is absolutely unnecessary. His price was very expensive as well. To replace the ceiling costs more than the plumbing job itself. Moreover, after I stopped his work and sent him away, this company had the guts to call me for hvac and dry wall work, which caused me to suspect the motivation for him to cut large area. I am seriously warning you: Don't even try to contact them. read more

Very professional and informative. A great ambassador for your company. Arrived on time as scheduled. Our good fortune to have him .

Michael Parker from Michael and Sons was terrific. He walked me through everything and made suggestions. He's super.

During a scheduled AC inspection, the technician Simanjit Gorays left a wire disconnected, and the compressor wouldn't start again. I asked him to come back to check the issue, but he couldn't fix it; the next day, another technician identified the problem in five minutes And resolved the situation read more

This company is pretty good. I've used them before. It really comes down to the tech they send out. They are all knowledgeable but some lean more toward salespeople than repairmen. I get it. Everyone needs to put food on the table and if they are incentivized to sell you a new system that's what they will do. Used this same company twice this month. One tech fixed my problem and I was smiling all day. The other one fixed my problem but made me agitated. Used car showroom vibe. Would I use them again? Yes. read more

The technician/service rep Michael was on time (actually contacted me about coming early) and explained everything, which is pretty much standard for the crew. Always feel like things are in better read more

My problem was not resolved. The technician called me from his car and asked me why I needed to have my heater fixed as it's already warm due to the weather. I explained to him that my daughter is very sick and her room is called even though it's spring. He came by but never resolved the problem read more

We had a service on our AC in mid-March and were told that the system was fixed. Now we are told that our coolant is leaking.

The service was professional, on time and thorough. However, the price quotes for optional parts and labor is extremely high based on my independent parts search. This company is charging almost 10 times that cost for a straightforward installation. read more

Cristian is a great HVAC tech. Very affable and charismatic. I like Michael and Son because they are reliable and have solid expertise in spite of being expensive. I also believe that you get what you pay for, and I'd rather pay a little more for the experience and expertise. read more

Ashton Johnson was very professional and efficient. He alerted me to common problems that can occur with a 12 yo heat pump and made recommendations for preventive maintenance in the spring. Made some adjustments to heat pump and thermostat settings for better performance. Overall, I'm happy with Michael and Sons service. read more

Rafael Flores did a great job in checking all aspects of my furnace and ensuring all was well. Went above and beyond, very personable and respectful of me and my property. Great value for the exceptional service provided. Highly recommend!! read more

The technician didn't fix the problem. The fuse was left blown and the system is still not heating my house.

Tech was prompt and great...thermostat codes were not corrected and still on emergency heat. Stated coil replacement on a 6yr old unit without any explanation as to why. read more

Our HVAC's blower went out during the hottest days and week of the summer, and Mike was assigned as our tech and came out after hours on the same day to diagnose and troubleshoot it. Once the parts came in, he came back out to repair. While our 15 year old system was already on its last legs, Mike took it as a personal challenge to fix it with and with every tool and part at his disposal. Cannot express enough appreciation for his efforts to repair our attic system when it was over 110 degrees in the attic and the hours he spent up there. Mike was fantastic, and we would welcome him back anytime. read more

Wayne Mullins came out today to do my annual HVAC inspection. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

We have used Michael And Son for approximately 15 years now, and they have always been terrific. However, the technician that we have been lucky enough to have do our HVAC inspections every year, Derrick Kelly, is beyond wonderful. He is efficient, he is on time, he is friendly, he asks questions and then ensures that you feel comfortable asking whatever you might need to know, etc. You have to like people to be in this line of business, not just be proficient at your job, and this is what makes Derrick different from others and it's what makes Michael And Son stand out as a company- highly skilled, super friendly people. Highly, highly recommend both the company but esp. Derrick! read more

Furnace broken, would not light,. Technician had it working in under an hour. He had all the tools and parts on his truck.

Christian was very prompt, polite, and professional. Easy to schedule on the phone with an operator, arrived within the window. Thanks, Michael & Son. read more

Tech was on time and even called ahead. Very helpful but unfortunately wasn't able to fix my issue. Not the tech fault, the company will not install a customer provided furnace humidifier. I was quoted $1100.00ish for the same model and installed that I had which broke two days before. Retail price is around $350.00 which means install price is around $750.00. That is the price for a customer with the gold plan. Keep in mind the hole was already cut into the furnace and the water line was already installed, so not sure why it was so expensive. I have been very happy with the company so far but sometimes I just don't understand their cost structure. read more
