Don't use these people, they are a rip off. Charged me $1700.00 to install two breakers to provide power to a newly installed mini-split. I hope that $1700.00 last a long time because will not EVER get another penny from me. read more

Highly NOT recommending! We have requested for a consult. The person came out and took about an hour to just take a look at our HVAC. They wanted to charge us 600$+ for just looking at our HVAC. This is the price without any actual service done. 600$ per hour for just a consult? We had to negotiate down to 200$+. Again, no service was done. The negotiated 200$+ was only for a consult. We even called and made sure that the person that came didn't try to pull anything funny on us. Nope! This place reassured us that IT IS their price. We paid since it is our fault for not confirming the price before letting that person into our house. It might be cheaper to get a neurosurgeon to take a look at our HVAC and get the same result as these guys. Such a scam. read more

My water heater started leaking so I called Michael & Son to replace it. I was told their technician would be there between 1 and 3pm. He got there a 1pm. I was thrilled with their responsiveness. Unfortunately, their price was too high, so I went with another plumber. I called 7 plumbers before I got one to talk to. That was Michael & Son. Others started returning my call while the Michael & Son technician was on his way to my house. If no one else called, I probably would have contracted Michael & Son to do the work since they were so responsive. read more

I went through the entire training program. I can shine some light on the subpar quality y'all are receiving, and hopefully deter any hopeful prospective plumbers. You know how PetSmart has a "training repayment agreement provision"? So do these guys. Before you start training, they make you sign a 2-year contract that makes you legally responsible for paying 14,000$ in if you leave, quit, or get fired. Your pay is commission-based - which you're told during the interview - but your pay is also garnished to pay for the tools, truck, uniforms, mats, and other supplies/replacements you're given. You realistically make almost nothing until you're out of your contract. They encourage you to go to night school to complete your plumbing license but offer no employer endorsement (this could have changed, I would check) to help your further. You're also purposefully overbooked, and it's "encouraged" you work 6-7 days a week. The strongest part of the training are the ride-alongs and the labs, where you get actual, hands-on work. BUT, before you even get to that, you have to sit through a few weeks of "studying", meaning you sit and read Plumbing 101 going over the very basics. It's encouraged you read, as the teacher doesn't really do anything, honestly. They then sit you down and make you watch videos from the early 2000s on how to upsell their products ("but you aren't salesman, don't worry!") to fill in the rest of the time. They tell us in detail to emphasize selling our plans, water heaters, etc. Only after that are you able to finally get some hands-on learning done. You shadow a senior technician on jobs at your own branch for awhile, and are finally able to start on 'labs' when you come back. This part of the learning process is strong, but not strong enough for 90% of their techs to feel prepared enough to do their own jobs. From then on, you're basically done. You think the techs have no idea what they're doing and are only there for your money? You'd be right. We're literally trained that way. read more

We had to spend over $7,500 to replace our entire HVAC system. The service up until this point was good and efficient until a week after installation when our heating system began malfunctioning. Michael and Sons sent someone over who determined that there were issues with one of the parts of our (supposedly) new system. He said he'd send us an email invoice with this report included as usual and we'd receive a call from his manager to schedule a team to replace the new piece. Nothing. We had to call them on three different days to get any answers and to then be told that they didn't order the new piece until AFTER we called them the second time. Every time we call, we're put on hold for every single question we ask. We were told it'd take 2-3 days to get the parts. I understand they can't control the delivery, but we had to wait a month before anyone came to the house. Needless to say, we spent the winter cold despite starting the whole process before winter. We only got to use the heater maybe 2 weeks before spring. So lucky it was a mild winter otherwise, it could've been more serious. Customer service kept making us wait indefinitely because no one was communicating with us. Jump to almost a year later. No one informed us we needed two inspections of the work done until we got a suspicious letter stating we would be fined for not scheduling all inspections. Fine. They sent an inspector who failed the inspection because there was an incorrect wire between the heater and main control panel. Michael and Son's sent two technicians who were confused why they were there. After numerous phone calls over hours, they stated that the inspection included work that they had done and the wire was not part of their original job order; therefore, it was the inspector's fault, but sucks for me because I still have to pay to replace the wire. They quoted me $2,760. I was then informed that this extra charge SHOULD HAVE been part of the original $7500+ quote from the very beginning but THEY HAD FAILED TO INCLUDE IT because they didn't consult their wiring specialist or whatever. I COULD NOT HAVE AFFORDED A +10K HVAC SYSTEM. But that's what they're basically demanding of us for now. We're still reeling from the original cost of the dang thing that I'm about ready to rip out myself. So it seems like Michael and Sons is one of those companies that treats you well as long as you drop a chunk of your savings for them. But when it's their fault they give you parts that don't function and you aren't expected to pay because it's under warranty, they don't give a crap about you and your toddler freezing the whole winter. And when it's their fault for an inspection failing when they should know what an inspection is looking for, the customer has to pay for it. We are a new young family to the east coast. Our relatives are on the opposite side of the country so it's not like we can just leave home and stay somewhere else. We did our research before hiring them - the reviews were so positive but they don't reflect the "service" we've gotten. THESE PEOPLE SUCK AND HAVE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. read more

I had several plumbing issues, so called Michael & Son, as they had done an excellent job two years before cleaning the ducts and installing a new media filter for my HVAC. I was told by the person who answered the phone that they would send two plumbers, one for the clogged drain upstairs and another for the other issues: loose kitchen faucet, downstairs toilet not flushing completely, and a leak in the laundry room. The first one arrived on time and I sent him upstairs to deal with the clogged drain. 20 minutes and $325 later, he asked if there was anything else and I said there was but another technician was supposed to be coming to handle that. He left. Finally, an hour past the four hour window I had been given to wait, I called to ask if the guy is on the way or if I should reschedule. I was told that the second plumber was unnecessary and had been canceled... without notifying or getting any input from me, the customer. I asked if the $69 fee for the second visit could be waved for the inconvenience of having to stay home and wait a second day due to error and lack of communication on their part. I was put on hold for a few minutes and then told no it cannot be waved. I said, ok I'll take my business elsewhere and they said have a nice day. Not giving any more of my money to such an inconsiderate and disorganized company. read more

I made an appointment for an HVAC tech to diagnose a problem with our A/C system with an arrival time between 12 and 2pm. 2pm came with no text, call or notification of lateness. I called customer service and was put on an excessively long hold twice. When I finally got someone on the line to tell me that my technician was running late, I asked them what time they'd arrive. They said 3pm, which came and went with - again - no call or text to notify me. I won't reschedule. I understand things are a bit crazy in the world right now and I would have been 100% understanding if they were late. But they need to INFORM the customer if that's going to happen. And there was no followup either - no effort to find out if they showed up or if I wanted to reschedule with a discount. This is a breakdown of customer service in the worst way. read more

I needed a new HVAC system and bought a top of the line system, with accompanying warranty from Michael & Son. Nearly every year the system breaks down and needs a new control panel. I'm a Gold service member and it was time for the summer check up so when they called with a reminder I decided to have them install a utility sink that I had purchased to replace an old one. Tech arrived for the HVAC and was very unhappy that he had to go through a crawl space to get to the unit. I had forgotten that they didn't supply the filter so I didn't have one on hand. He wanted to charge me $152.00 for a $42.00 filter and that was the Gold member price. Next the plumber arrived and gave me a quote of $1100.00 to install the utility sink...again that was Gold member cost. I said forget it and it asked how much I thought it would be because it's not an easy job. I called a local plumber and it took him approximately 45 minutes...$150.00 Needless to say this is the last time that Michael & Son will be used in my house. DO NOT fall for the gold member service plan, it's useless. read more

DO NOT USE MICHAEL & SON; unless you're desperate!! I called Michael & Son to come out to the house to give an estimate to fix a very small leak in my foundation around the water pipes, which only happens when it rained heavily. They charged me $69 for the estimate- which came back at $1800. When the cigarette-reeked condescending workers arrived to do the work, they looked at it an said "...there's no way I'm doing this for $1800; this is more like $3600-$4200...". I sent them away. I then called the Michael & Son office to speak with someone about the fact that I paid $69 for an estimate that was not honored by their own company and to state that I demand a refund of my $69. They said that a manager would call me back. No phone call! Never again. Untrustworthy. Condescending. Dismissive. read more

Absolute rip-off. They charge 69$ to come out but that does not cover them actually doing anything. I told the scheduling lady I wanted an electrician because the breaker was tripping when multiple appliances were running and I wanted him to check if the breaker was ok or faulty. The electrician arrived but would not even look at the breaker till I agreed to pay another 253$ "troubleshooting fee". When scheduling, they do not tell you about this. I would never call this company again. Their schedulers are really nice and you get the wrong impression that this is a company that knows what it is doing but unfortunately that is NOT the case. Update: I spoke to the owner and he confirmed that their 69$ charge is for doing nothing. He said- If the electrician has to take out his equipment, that is an additional charge that we cannot predict in advance- in our case that was 253$. For that charge, I had to insist on him at least doing a thorough job- check the outlets in addition to the breaker and make sure everything was safe. On his own after charging 253$- he only said the breaker was fine. The first time I called this company, I spent 69$ and 2 hours to be told that it was not his job. Either they do this on purpose or their schedulers are poorly trained and do not know that their technicians do not do anything for the dispatch fee of 69$. Only call them if you are in the mood to see their technician's face and shake their hand for 69$. If you are hoping to get a professional assessment or advice or to get any work done, call someone else. read more

I called this company to replace the drain under my bathroom sink and maybe unclog the pipe. He gave me a price of $357 for drain clearing and another $320 for replacing the P trap under the sink. I told him to leave and I'm not paying him the $69 for showing up to give me a ridiculously high price for an hour of work and $15 in materials. He said "See you in court" and as he was leaving he said " You can put that $69 toward your retirement" in a nasty tone. This is unacceptable!! There are plenty of good plumbers out there that won't rip you off. I wouldn't use this company for anything and neither should you. read more

I have an annual contract with Michael and Son to inspect and repair my HVAC system twice a year. The last inspection was less than a month ago so everything should have been in good working order. Little did I know, they did not even look at the humidifier, clearly attached to the top of the furnace duct, much less replace the filter that was so clogged that crystals had formed. Well, the tube draining the water broke down today, leaked water all over my basement floor that even spread to a nearby carpet. During my first call, I clearly requested that a technician come out from "water mitigation services" to vacuum up the pooled water on of my carpet, ASAP. I called Michael and Son by 1:00 pm today, and by around 2:30 pm a technician did come out, looked at the damage, took photos, and replaced the filter, so the water leak stopped. I was assured that the mitigation team was on its way too. By 4 pm, no one had arrived so I called again, and was assured that someone would be here within 45 minutes. It is now 8:25 pm, and I have been just informed that it is too late to come out tonight and there is no guarantee that I will be "First Call" tomorrow morning. I asked to speak with a supervisor to escalate my request, and was told repeatedly that no one is available. How can Michael & Son advertise that they provide emergency service when they don't? I have an annual contract and am considered to be a "Gold Service Customer". If this is how they treat me, just imagine how they will treat you. read more

I waited a couple days before writing this because I wanted to make sure I had time to let my frustration settle - I wanted to give as fair a review as I could. Apologies for the long form review, but I want to be as detailed as possible. tldr; I was incredibly disappointed with my experience, the company cost me multiple vacation days, and the customer service was abysmal. I contacted Michael & Sons to run a 220 line and GFCI box from my main breaker box to a new hot tub we had delivered. Scheduling was easy and the tech arrived on time to give an estimate. I knew it would be higher, but I also figured it was worth it for the quality work and guarantees. The estimate was $2,600. I agreed to it (though an electrician friend of mine said even with high-end time and materials, the average electrician would have cost HALF that). Again: I wanted quality. The tech was scheduled to show up on a Monday between 8 and 5 - it was supposed to be a 6-hour job so I figured they'd be there at least by 11 or so. I took off work to make sure I was there all day. At noon, I hadn't heard from anyone so I texted the tech. He told me they had bumped me to send him to an appointment first thing in the morning. As a result, he arrived at 2:30. He completed 1/3 of the job and left for the day, but said they had me on the schedule for first thing Wednesday. I was annoyed, but understood. I took another day off work. Wednesday morning came and went. When I texted him at noon, he said that they didn't have me on the schedule. Also, that he'd been injured. So he wasn't sure when he'd be by again. I called customer service, was passed around for 20 minutes before a manager said they'd have the tech out to me that afternoon. I told her that he said he was injured, and they said he was ok to do the job. He called me to say that he wasn't going to do it, and that he was going to have to get a doctor's note to come back to work. He said he might be able to come by Friday. I got a confirmation saying from dispatch saying he'd be there Friday. I took off work again. Friday morning came, I texted him again, and he told me he wasn't allowed to return to work because of his doctor's note. No one from M&S reached out besides the tech. He said he'd come over the next day - on his day off - to finish the job. Obviously, I was pissed by this point. The company had put all the onus for communication and scheduling on a tech who was injured. Saturday morning he arrived, not happy about working Saturday understandably, but completed the job. The work was good. The tub is running. All ended well. But the fact that I paid a significant amount more than I would for a local one-person shop left me feeling tremendous frustration. No one from the company ever called to check up, or to offer any kind of compensation - hey, 10% off, a free outlet - something to make up for the 2 1/2 vacation days I had to take from work. This experience was beyond disappointing. It was frustrating. And I felt like I had received far less than I had paid for when it came down to customer experience. To conclude, you all missed a huge opportunity to make things right - multiple times. That's what a quality, high-end electrician does. I can't see paying more for your services anymore, because the value that comes with it simply isn't there. What a shame. read more

I reached out to this company despite recent negative reviews and because my neighbors have used them. I had a flooding under my kitchen sink that leaked down to the lower level into the laundry room. Not a drip, but pouring water. I requested someone come and out and find the reason this was happening. They sent a contractor out who was very nice but past his time in this business. He initially was going to charge me $350 to replace the faucet. Well because we knew the faucet may need to be replaced, we had already bought one and asked if he could install that one to cut the cost. He did but the water was still pouring out of the line. This is the reason we had the main water line turned off. I had told him before that even when my husband turned the water off under the sink, water still was pouring out when my washing machine was running.. I ASKED HIM REPEATEDLY was there anything else that could be the problem, he said no the part on the new faucet was faulty just like the same part on my old faucet (mind you that we had for 5 years) . He insisted that the one he had in his truck was much better, my husband asked what if the water still leaks after you install it? He said I will not charge you. Well low and behold he installed the one he had and the water was no longer leaking. I AGAIN asked him was that the only thing wrong, was he sure? I took him to my main water line and showed him the pressure gauge which is currently reading at 150+psi. He told me that was normal because I have sprinklers inside my home. I said that doesn't seem right-but hey I'm no plumber. Then, me and my husband both complained that the water faucet was not stable to the sink. It moved everytime you tried to turn on the faucet. He insisted that it was my sink, but he said you have a lifetime warranty you can always call the company to send someone out. Seemingly everything was working and being tired because he arrived at 4:50pm and was leaving at about 8:45pm, we relented and resorted to paying the bill. He charged $325 for the removal of old faucet/installation of mine then removal...then $655 of the new faucet w/lifetime warranty...$980!! I called the company the next day to complain about what I felt was an overcharge and requested a detailed bill for my insurance company showing labor, materials etc. I also asked for a DIFFERENT tech to come out and resolve the loose faucet. New plumber arrived and IMMEDIATELY noticed that when he tried to turn the water off under the sink to fix the faucet that water was still leaking. Our shut off valves had failed, not only that, my garbage disposal was also leaking as well. I then asked him about the psi reading on my water pressure gauge and he agreed it seemed high ( by this time, I had asked my neighbors what their reading was and they were at least 30 psi less than mine. He said he would check using his meter on the outside faucet but when he tried the water was coming out so forceful it wouldn't register. He was on a warranty call for the faucet so I did not authorize him to do any work until I could talk to someone about adjusting the price that I was previously charged the day before. I called customer service while he was there and was told to have him call the office to explain the issue. He called and I heard someone say he had to call someone else because they were not authorized to give refunds he called the manager Rashid , who refused to refund at that time. So he told me to call after the weekend. I have been calling ever since and was told he would call me back but to my knowledge he has not tried to return my call. This company has customer service reps who are used to block anyone seeking to resolve financial transactions. Im not trying to get a full refund, but I believe the $655 should be refunded because Shaw, the first plumber, did not full do his job and just sold me a faucet that it took him almost four hours to install. He didn't fuly assess the issue or check for any other problems . My two stars are for the plumber who came to tighten the faucet and the water mitigation techs who came out. Trust I will be reporting this incident to BBB and disputing the charge on my credit card. read more

Horrible experience. I contacted Michael and Son to come out for my annual check on my HVAC system. Never had any issues with my unit. The unit is older and I know I will need to update soon. When the tech was done he told me we had to immediately turn the system off because of a cracked gas valve. He freaked me out telling me the house will blow up if not fixed immediately. The cost to do this was over $2K. I would just update and a get a new unit for 2K more before doing that. The whole thing felt sleazy to me. I called in a second opinion and they called BS. I was told my system was fine. The only truth they did tell me was my coolant was low and I will need that. Never again will I use or recommend this company!!! Update to my review. This review is broken into two parts: First the technician- Sherman was top notch, friendly and professional guy. He showed up at 5:30 pm and left at 7:00ish. Thank you Sherman for making sure our drain is now in good working order.A large part of any service is the person who is helping you. Sherman gets 5 stars for being on time, being very clean, and being a pleasure to talk to. He has a very pleasant demeanor. Part Two- Michael and Sons- we hired them because they had a 99$ special for cleaning one drain. They said they would be here between 12-4 and called at 2:30 to say they couldn't show up until after 4. My husband left work early and it is unfortunate they were late. At least they let us know . I finally received a call around 11am to say they double booked and that they'd be out soon. I told him I needed to unload my groceries first and then he got nasty. My partner intervened when another man came over cursing and yelling at me. We called the police. The police handled it well and the two men left. I really can't believe these two men, representing a business, spoke to me the way they did; as if they were allowed to speak to me that way. Just want to add my voice to the chorus of people ripped off by Michael & Son. I used them back in 2019 and was pretty ok with the service. I think I went through one of those services that put you in contact with someone to do work. I needed an electrician and the local guy was busy and hard to reach. I had a number of small projects I wanted done. They were pretty pricey but a guy showed up and did a good job. One weird thing was that I think he was from the Annapolis office and I am in Baltimore. I thought it odd that he came all the way out here. Now, my house has a room that was converted from a garage at a time when aluminum wiring was in use. This aluminum wiring causes problems. I've had electricians work on this in the past. This weekend we had a guy painting the room. With the cover plates off he noticed sparking in one of the outlets. It wasn't an emergency - I found the breaker and turned off power to the outlet. If we needed power we could run an extension cord from another room. But I wanted it fixed. So I called Michael & Son the next day. They said someone could come that afternoon. It would be $69 but the money would go towards the work. I said ok. It turns out that the $69 covers the guy showing up at your door. That's it. Normally you think that $69 is going to cover maybe a half hour or at least 15 minutes of labor. But no. He got there and said that it would be $266 for him to do a diagnostic inspection. I said ok and signed a form. I thought he was going to do some sort of in depth inspection of my wiring system. Instead he unscrewed the outlet and said the problem was aluminum wiring. It literally took him 30 seconds. I'm not exaggerating. The cover plate was already off. He used a drill to take out the two little screws and then pulled the outlet. Then he said that the repair would be $300 on top of the 266 already paid. I have a problem with procrastinating and had some other stuff going on so I figured I better get it done now so told him ok. Then I looked around. I have 5 more of these same type of outlets. They're not sparking now but still. He said he could repair those for $80 each. Which sounded reasonable but 5 * $80 = 400 added to existing charges came to about $1000 to change some outlets. I figured I didn't want to give them any more business than I had to. So I said no, just do the one. I watched him do the repair and figured it wasn't really something I wanted to do myself. So I said, maybe go ahead and do the other 5 at $80 each. But no. I had already signed the contract for the one. That price was only good if I did them together. What was also crazy was he was trying to upsell me while I'm thinking I'm never hiring these people again. read more

Our heat pump purchased from Michael and Sons 5 years ago and came with a 10 year warranty. Service technician came on Thursday and recharged the system because it was out of refrigerant. Saturday the unit was not working again. A different service technician arrived on time Monday and found the leak; however he didn't have a torch or recovery bottle to make the repair(standard tools of the trade). He said he would have a technician at my house between 8-10 the following morning. Nope they didn't schedule me. Scheduled another visit for 12-2 on Wednesday and the technician called me at 430 and said it was too late in the day to make my repair and he would be out 10-12 the following day. Installation was very neat claen and professional...Although not the case with regards to when the compressor failed after year two and air handler failed at year three. After three attempts I ask for a direct line to any available managers to further discuss this situation I was then told there is no direct lines you will need to call back tomorrow. read more

Terrible customer serive - my entire experience with this company was the most unprofessional service ever! From the time the technician came out, I was not told how long it would take to receive the needed part, nor how much it would cost. I was not able to get a return call till I filed a complaint with BBB. Then I kept a log of the emails that never seemed to understand I was living in a hotel for 14 days as they seemed to blame me for having a legitimate complaint! I was given 2 quotes for the installation of the part that never came, and 2 different quotes to put a new water heater in. The second quote was over $2000 more that the first quote! I ended up having to call another company that corrected my problem in two days!!! I have nothing but praise for Charles Klein and Company who has never disappointed me. I hope no one has to experience the lack of services I received from Michael and Son. After 2 weeks it became clear to me that they were unable to deliver. I had offered to pay to have the part delivered overnight, as well as drive to pick it up. They didn't seem to understand the necessity of fast service in the middle of the winter, with my family being without heat or hot water. It disrupted my life. I had to return home to throw out food, as well as resume baby sitting for my 1 year old grandson that was disrupted living in a hotel that cost me over $1,000! I only wish I had read the many negative reviews before calling them - NEVER AGAIN!! I hope this will educate others before you experience what I endured. Alfreda RD read more

Let's start with stating that service cost $300+ per hour. my call to request service made it clear I was not sure if it was an electrical or mechanical problem with my garbage disposal. Disposal was replaced, then (plumbing) technician checked power switch which was dead. The disposal had needlessly been replaced. I replaced the power switch rather than paying another $300 for an electrician. No response to letter of complaint. How many other people have the same issue? At least I had bought the disposal in case it needed replacing and didn't pay their cost for that. No more Michael's and Son. read more

We knew more about our water heater & diagnosed the problem rather than the technician. The technician walked in without even diagnosing told us we need a new water heater just to rack up business ugh. it ended up being a valve which costs us only $20 rather than a $6000 new water heater. Honesty is vital. Will never use this company again. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. You'll save yourself headaches, time, and money. Our heat pump was broken (no a/c) so we called Michael & Sons. The tech they sent out began by trashing his own company. He said that Frederick County where we live was "dead to them." How nice, right? During our get acquainted chat he also said Michael & Sons was expensive. That sure turned out to be true. Right away, he then shoved his tablet in my face where I was asked to sign a multipage form full of legalese--and this was just for their $89 diagnostic fee. Like a boob I did. This nightmare of a tech then misdiagnosed our issue (as I later found out). When I called Michael & Sons to tell them about this wonderful experience, they said they would send out their "best tech" the next day. This new guy was even worse because he wound up costing us $400, and of course, didn't fix our heat pump. In fact, he apparently burned out our transformer. (It was working fine before he came.) He left by saying "Michael & Sons doesn't service equipment that they didn't install." How crazy is that? Of course, Michael & Sons would accept no responsibility for the burned-out transformer. The next day I called Metro Services HVAC in Silver Spring. As I'll detail in a different review they were as fantastic as Michael & Sons was horrible. I have no connection to either company, so please believe me when I say Michael & Sons is your worst nightmare, whereas Metro provided the service you pray you will get when you call a contractor. read more

I called to have an estimate. The person on the phone was so pre-occupied that I had to keep repeating answers to his questions. He is the single reason I never got the estimate. His lack of professionalism and high desire to read his script was a complete FAIL. When I told him never mind, I didn't want the estimate, he simply said, "Okay" and ended the call. LOL...glad he helped me save some time and possible further aggravation. read more

Now at the four inquiry regarding a discount promised in the almost $2000 hot water replacement. No response to this point except we will get back to you. August service and it is now October 21st. read more

Update to the issue we had with flooding on the main floor from the plumber not shutting the master water valve conpletely off. It took 2 days before Michael and sons came to resolve the flooding in the house, luckily I knew someone with a wet Vacuum because I had to get the water off the floor way from the outlets. Below are fans Michael and sons brought in. Then they had the insurance guy come in and said they weren't going to do anything with the floors because some of the tiles had previously been damagaed read more

This company writes their own reviews. They practice over pricing...lie about your service problem and sells service warrantys that do not cover up to 90 percent of items they tell you it does when you purchase. You don't find that out until you try to use it. Run from this company... read more

DO NOT HIRE THEM!! The tech was more than two hours late after the END of the window they provided us. We were quoted 10-12, and he showed up at 2:30 -- after we had to call 4 times to find out what was going on. They made nothing but excuses and refused to do anything to remedy the situation. The tech didn't apologize -- he said he was on an important business call that ran over, and that was why he was late. Super unprofessional read more
