We've had a recurring mice problem since before we bought the house (mummified mouse corpses were discovered when we moved in 16 years ago). Mice Mob came to my house last week right on time for both appointments. Explained on the phone what would happen, then again in person in much greater detail. The salesman shows up for the first appointment and puts out bait (or whatever you call it), then presents a detailed description yet again - along with the cost. Was kind of amusing in that the written contract was folded down at the bottom so we couldn't see the cost until after he'd gone through everything. Seemed a bit sneaky, but I guess I see the point. Then a couple days later a team of guys showed up and spent the day sealing the house, including the garage door. The piece of trim they brought to seal the door was the wrong color so they went out a got a piece that matched! The only reason I haven't rated them with 5 stars is because the true test will come in the fall when the weather changes. We routinely have mice at that time of year - I'm hopeful. These guys really seem to know what they're doing. UPDATE - they had to come back 3 times (my house is old) at no extra charge, but we are totally mouse free. Highly recommended. read more

We have dealt with mice as long as we have owned our house - 12 years. This fall was especially bad. I learned about Mice Mob and I wish I had known about their services much earlier. We had mice in basement crawl and kitchen. Caught four with sticky traps on our own but wanted experts in fixing the problem. Very prompt response to scheduling a free inspection and quote. Accepted quote and did first step right then by treating the house to drive mice outside. The a week later came and disinfect with a fogger In unfinished basement and crawl areas. Then inspected and sealed over 20 outside areas between siding and foundation where there were gaps both large and small where entry. Sealed with metal screens and special mortar. Worthless warranty. Mice came back within weeks and Mice Mob had no answers after paying $2500.

It is too soon to comment on whether they solved my mice problem. However I was greatly disappointed with the discrepancy in the information given to me by the various departments. 1. Cost: a) The owner with whom I spoke to on the phone said that the price for the full job for a townhouse is between $700-$1100. b) The inspector (who took a quick look for 5 minutes) charged $1380. He put pressure to pay half of the price on the spot. 2. Guarantee: a) The owner with whom I spoke to on the phone said that they guarantee a mice free home for the year. I clearly stated that we are a townhouse and he said that they can still do it since we are the end townhouse. b) The inspector said that he cannot give me a guarantee since we are a townhouse. Yet he said he is confident mice will not get in from the neighbors side because there is a fire-wall between the homes. He assured me that if he wasn't sure they could fix my issue, they wouldn't take the job. c) The foreman who came to do the repairs said that mice absolutely can get through the firewall by chewing through it or through any tine hole near pipes etc. He added that they wouldn't be able to give a guarantee even if we weren't a townhouse, because he sees signs of rats on our property. In summary - at each stage, the guarantee fell lower and lower. At this point, I paid a fortune and have zero guarantee that they fixed the issue. read more

They never showed and never called to reschedule. They made a big deal on the initial call when I scheduled the appointment about their high quality service level and their approach. However, how can you trust a guy that doesn't show? I had to take time off work to wait for this guy. Luckily, my job is flexible. Maybe not so fortunate for other people. I thought it would be better to go with these smaller, local companies instead of the bigger chains, but now not so sure. Don't they care about their local reputation? I will not recommend their service to friends and family. This is the second time this happened to me with these smaller companies. Luckily, one of their competitors did show up the next day. Matt and team shield the exterior of my house on 7/9/2019 to prevent mice coming into the basement/house. On 10/13/2019 (after 3 months), we found mice caught into Glue trap which we had put in the basement just in case. I contact them leaving phone message and an email letting them know about the mice issue and would like them to revisit our home and fix any entry point missed. So far I have not heard back from them. I do understand that they might be busy, but at least confirm that you received my message and are planning to honor your one year warranty. But as days passes by, I am little worried about their one year warranty. -------------------------------Review After the Second Visit-------------------------- I was contacted by Matt and he sent 2 of his employees to recheck on 10/24/2019. We have used a number of exterminator companies over the years but I want to highlight the work of Geno and Heath when they came out to treat our mice issue.  I feel like they went above and beyond to treat every nook and cranny around the house ... even removing boards from my back deck to gain access to my entire foundation.  A lot of times others come and go at a rapid pace, leaving the owner dubious if they truly did a complete job.  I did not feel that way when Geno and Heath left, and I appreciate it. read more

Don't waste your money!! The salesperson comes to your home to sell a mouse poison program and extended treatment plans. The salesperson does a cursory look around based on your complaints. I told the salesperson that the mice are in my attic. He sets up a ladder to pop his head into the attic to see the evidence of mouse droppings and tunneling in the insulation, but never actually walks around the attic!! After one month of feeding mice poison, which is an exercise of futility, two guys return and feel around under the siding throughout the perimeter of the home. Fill in suspicious areas that mice may have crawled through to access my attic. They seal the edges of my garage door and spray scent remover into my attic standing urge on the ladder. Yet still, no one has entered my attic to see where there could be entry points! This company takes your money but never did an actual inspection of the attic to see where mice get inside. So mice keep coming back. Waste of money! They accomplished nothing except taking money from me. read more

The worker severely chopped our landscaping without any warning or discussion with us. We could have worked together to prune our bush in an attractive way or we could have roped back the branches but instead it was chopped in an aggressive and ugly hack. Matt came out today and was extremely thorough and helpful, professional, personable and informative. He investigated all inside areas of the house and put down bait where we found droppings and possible entry areas. We then did a thorough analysis of the structure outside and he gave me advice on how to prevent mouse entry. The only reason it's not a "5" is they arrived just a little bit after when they said they would arrive. The entire process took about 30 minutes. We had really high hopes for this company. So much that we invested $1500 for their money back guarantee that our mouse problem would be solved long term. They have been to our house a couple times now and we have not seen good results. In fact since the second time they came back there are more than before. The second time they returned they didn't do much different than the first and they didn't even come inside the house. They also left their tools and garbage laying on our front lawn. We recently discovered a mouse problem....late at night when it was dark they must have been getting in through the house somehow. 1 call to Mice Mob Exterminators and they were out the next day to inspect and put out traps. After 1 week they came back and sealed up all spots around the house that looked troublesome. It has been at least 2 months since they were here and NO SIGN of any mice. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! They were professional and there to FIX the problem. Matt was very open on our first phone conversation about what he could do and his minimum inspection fee. He arrived at out appointment on time and prepared to do a thorough inspection. As he suspected during our phone call it was more of a sewer problem than anything else. He gave me very specific advice on what to do and offered to be available by phone for my plumber if he had any questions. Even though he spent a fair bit of time during the inspection he only charged the minimum inspection fee we discussed. Matt and his men did solve my problem. Now, those critters are gone. He knows how to find the places that they come in through. It was a 2 step process, he has it down to a science. I have dogs and it was safe for all of us. His guys put the bait up in the attic roof and the basement roof and garage, so it's very thorough because mice can squeeze through almost anywhere. I had Mice Mob our 4 years ago, since then they have had to come back twice. I paid $1500 to seal up the house with flashing. Had to come back out again after I found Mose droppings. Had to fight with them about what should have been right the first time (for $1500). Excuses excuses "we are a small company, we have to pay our guys" sure I get that if it was done right the first time but it wasn't. I know it wasn't because I had a competitor come out this morning and showed me with a mirror and stick all the places flashing was installed incorrectly or not installed at all!!!! These were not pointed out to me when mice mob came out recently so I know they aren't checking the right places. Bottom line, all they cared about was collecting a check for their "yearly guarantee" but you don't get anything for your money. They are not responsible for any follow up or checking on the house. Highly recommend these guys. Was completely lost as to where our mice were coming in from the house. They had a pretty clear cut plan, and executed it very well. After an initial treatment, a few days later a couple workers came out and looked all over the outside of our house to try and figure out where the mice were coming in. Our problem was obviously massive and I am overjoyed to say that it appears we are mouse free finally. Dan spent all afternoon figuring out how to remove the animal but also animal proof and deodorize the area.
