So glad they keep this place open. A lot has stayed the same but the bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly and energetic. They also have new assistive devices to help those learning how to skate. read more

It's extremely convenient that we can come here with the bare minimum, basically just a cake, and the entire area is decked out with decorations that are on-theme with the roller rink experience. This Roller skating rink has been a staple in our community for years and my boys (5 & 7) have recently developed an affinity for skating so we began to bring them on Sundays to this beloved spot. They love it. It's not cheap as we need to invest $20 (+tax) per skater each time we come to skate but we continued to come back to enjoy the vibes and the skating. Until today. As we were walking in to pay admission, we were stopped at the door because I had a gift in hand. The man at the door asked "what are you here for?" My response: "open skate." He then asked why we have a gift. I explained that a friend of ours (a little girl that is turning 10) happened to be meeting us today at the rink to enjoy the open skate. It was just a gift. A gesture for it being her birthday today. But the man at the door said that if we were not paying for a party we were not allowed to bring in a gift. He was rude and had an attitude about it. He wasn't kind at all. This seems like a ridiculous policy that is not even listed on their website. Needless to say, we did not skate today. We left and my boys were saddened by my decision. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been going to Miami Roller rink as it's different iterations for over 30 years- but never hosted a party there. Just hosted a VIP karaoke party in their bubble and I was floored ! Service, food, experience was all absolutely wonderful. Staff doesn't allow outside food or drinks but allow underage children to bring in backpacks full of vapes and alcohol to the rink. These are 11 through 14 year olds seen in the bathrooms vaping and drinking alcohol while no one does anything. You need to BAN these kids from the rink or have better supervision because they're recruiting young and impressionable children to join in. There is also no room to sit because of all the party reservations. Food is okay. With all honesty, if you see underage children doing things like touching each other or drinking and vaping, please say something to the staff so they can be banned! read more

If you're looking for something fun (and even nostalgic) Miami Roller Rink is the place! I went for a birthday party and definitely will be coming back. Let's start with the staff. Hands down they were awesome! Engaged, attentive, and just all round genuine good vibes (which is so hard to find in Miami). I paid particular attention to the staff in the rink and the minute anyone had a fall, as expected when skating, the staff was there to check on them. As for the place, it was well kept, clean, and a total throw back gem. It's clear that the owners take a lot of pride in maintaining the essence of what made the place special to begin with and to so many (when it was Hot Wheels in the 90s). They even priced their t-shirts at $19.87 which is when Hot Wheels was founded! In terms of crowd, it was really fun to see all ages and skills out in the rink. It felt really inclusive and because of that I gave it a go (despite not having skated in 20+ years). And my first time kiddos used the supports (like walkers with wheels) to practice and gain their confidence. Overall, definitely check them out! read more

Manager follows customers around & into the bathroom. When they started yelling at customers, we left. So uncomfortable!! The only silver lining is the ticketing staff and the bouncer guy In front, they were cool. Save your $$ and go to a free skate park for a better experience. No one was vaping or smoking. You know it's bad when the employees are apologizing for management to PAYING guests... weird. read more

Over priced and nothing has changed! Rugs are old and dated! The skate floor needs multiple repairs, but they jack up the entrance cost to double. Why are we paying double for the same rat hole? It's cheaper and more fun to just take them to urban air or another park. At least those places are new and the same price. Lesson learned on this place! read more

Had an amazing time here at the rink! Amazing customer service experience. I bought the multi-pass online and it took seconds to get in to the building. Staff is easy to identify and are available to answer questions, my first time there I walked to the wrong place to get my skates, and the walked me all the way to the rental room!
