I have nothing but the nest childhood memories here. Even had a birthday party here when I was 8 ( don't try to calculate my age) lol. I have pictures with friends from elementary to high school. Then a sad article came out saying it was closing. They were going to bring an old school night back as ," End of N Era" tribute complete with DJ Laz and some surprise guest dj's. I couldn't miss it. I swear everyone and there mother was there. It was a reunion on all happy levels. I danced so much it looked like I just came out the shower. The vibes remain the same, all love. Dj Laz went out with a bang and brought Dj Irie, DJ Zog, and even back up dancers. You know the breakers weelre still doing their thang in the middle while people skated to old school jams. Visiting this place brought back so many memories!!! Hasn't changed much, a minus, but taking my kids to where I used to go as a teenager was pretty cool (except realizing how old I'm getting). We went on what I expected to be a busy time but yikes, it really was quite packed. They have specials during the whole week and they include skate rentals, plus you are welcomed to bring your own skates. Mon- adult night Wed- group lessons Fri- cheap skates & fun Friday Sat- tiny tots, matinee & super Saturday Sun- matinee & family night Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays you can book parties. This place can be so much more. But unfortunately it's running on fumes. The lines to go into the place are crazy. Came here for a birthday party and to get in was a mission. If you're here for a party you're supposed to skip the line but there is literally only one door open. So I had to make my way to the front, look like Im skipping the line in order to finally get in. If I would of come here on a normal day man I would of been kinda upset to wait that line. Must of been at least 30 minute line. Coming in the place has not been changed in whenever it opened. Same Rug that has been there for decades. Plenty of arcade games but that take your money since half of them aren't functioning. The skating arena is the same. I wanted to get a last skate in before this place finally closes. Went with a group and had a rather fun time. Skates are usually worn and dirty but at this point they aren't going to upgrade anything. Small arcade in the back. They have lockers at a flat $1.00. Music can range from ghetto night to disco and the lasers make skating more unique than other places. Entry prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking. They have a concession area and everything there looked unhealthy. No water fountain, so you'll have to pay $3.00 a bottle if you want some. They have a skate shop inside. It's going to be a shame when then close as I can't think of another rink like this in Miami. read more

Low rent... Not really air conditioned, super hot. Randomly no food , drinks only. Rental skates super worn and look dirty. Employees have zero adult supervision. 50 % of the arcades games are broken and just take your money. Bathrooms are filthy and there are no paper towels, hand dryer or toilet paper. I'm not sure how the employees are washing their hands. Random cheesy older guys skating alone. Why would old men want to hang out with children? The place is overall disgusting. We had fun thats why a 5 star! But the two AA girls that work giving the skates one has purple pink hair both were super rude and had a horrible attitude. They were dragging their feet to go get the skates and rolling their eyes if someone had to change the size. My friend and I came here for the adult night on a recent Monday, and it was fun! The place definitely has not been renovated in a long time, but we came in with low expectations. If you come expecting to be wow-ed, you will be let down and leave with a bad taste. Some of the skates we rented were broken, the wood flooring in the rink was kind of warped (which was scary, especially since we had no idea how to skate), and the music wasn't great. We came here for a niece's birthday and I honestly had more fun than the kids. This place is a time capsule from when I was in middle school, when roller skating was THE thing to do on a Saturday. By time capsule, I mean the interior looks the same as the late 80's / early 90's. There was even freestyle music playing. Sashaying around to Stevie B hits was awesome, a stroll down memory lane. Ok I have a lot to say but I will try to sum it up. I absolutely love skating and there was a time when I would come here literally every week, sometimes multiple days. However, the music has gotten unbearable. The food and the facilities need improvement but again I come to skate so I could care less about that. ...but the music! The owner seems to think that the OG flashing lights and Miami bass music is what is keeping them afloat. I assure you it is not (they are the only rink in the entire city). They need to serve a wider audience. They might play a few songs here and there and then switch back to the Miami Bass. I stopped coming because they don't even take other generations into consideration. Not that I don't like Miami Bass but it's not the best or only genre in existence. Please listen to your audience. I have seen IG comments asking you to play this or that and it seems to go ignored. Instead of a 90s bass night try a 70s disco night, you'll be surprised. I will say this, the rink is unbeatable. The layout is perfection with a mini area in the middle to jam skate and try out tricks. The floor is usually smooth. It has some wear and tear on the turns but nothing that will kill you. I really want to come back. But the last few times I just couldn't jam out like I would at a tennis court etc. It's raining recently so I am just hoping I can come back and experience something else. read more

Before the new owners took over, When it was under the Management of Super Wheels, they had that place run down, dirty, Thomas Mitchel never was on-site. They were smoking and vaping in the building. Air quailty was extremely poor. Dirty Kitchen, dirty floor, dirty woren out broken rental skates, in my option the previous owner didnt care about the place or his employees. I would never go into any super wheels facility ever again. Thomas never delievered for customer satisfaction. It will do if you really want to skate, like we did. It's a nice enough facility; however some of the employers are lacking in the customer service skills area. The young ladies that we purchased admissions from were very friendly, but the young man issuing the skates appeared to hate life and his job. There needs to be some investing into the skates because they are old and weathered. The rink itself is large and had a lot of room. They only are allowing 15% capacity due to Covid, but we had no issues getting in on a Saturday afternoon. Will I go back maybe if I'm bored. read more

Was very excited to go, specially for adult night that you did not need to worry about kids. However, I didn't expect adult night to be so intense. Advanced skaters act like they owned the rink, would try to tell people where to go, and weaved in and out of people of all levels. An advanced skater tried cutting me off and tripped taking me out I hit my head and ended in the ER. Another person they had to call the ambulance for them. It was a pile up of people that fell on top of me and at this point it's just too many people in a crowded rink. I ended up with a concussion and neck spasm. No one from management or an employee came up to me and I left dizzy. The place itself is ok but the fact that managment didn't care was disappointing. I would not suggest going to this place. They have a mask mandate in the state of Florida where it is not showed, however that doesn't really bother me, however my 7 year old daughter's face is too small for masks and it wouldn't stay on her face, and these employees followed us around for two hours every time it came off her face. This place has forgotten the fundamentals of business, mainly being respectful to your customers. I have turned them into the state of Florida for not respecting our governors executive order and I'm taking personal actions because of the harassment. NO RESPECT FOR REGULARS OF OVER 10+yrs I've been skating here for YEARS. My boyfriend used to even work here. After the racial profiling and disrespect from management we will never be coming back. We had to return our rentals over three different occasions due to poor condition of the skates ( we got the express but they were as smelly as the regular ones). After wasting half an hour finding decent skates we go to the floor just to have the floor guard point at my boyfriend, tell him something only to proceed to tell his supervisor. The supervisor was Richi apparently the owners son. He singled my boyfriend out in front of all the other skaters only to very rudely DEMAND h change his skates without giving any valid reason(I wish I was exaggerating on all this but he did) At this point my boyfriend complied but felt harassed and uncomfortable being there. We kindly asked if they were going to make it a big deal to please refund our money since we only skated a total of two songs. Richi proceeded to laugh and talk to down to my boyfriends face saying he wasn't gonna refund our money we expressed how we were going to reach out to upper management... his father and he continued to say he didn't give a fuck about bad yelp reviews since the owner was his father. PSA- they charge a dollar for locker rental BUT if you wanted to take cash out they DO NOT have an ATM nor do they accept debit payment on it either. The place is great to look at because it feels like you walked in a time machine and ended up in the 90's which is what i loved about its look. The actually skating experience was great (even though im garbage at skating) but there are clear spots on the wooden floors that are warped and may be a danger for people who experienced skaters. I loved the staff because they were very nice and cordial but not counting the negatives i will say it was a pleasant experience and clearly underwhelming. They offer inline and roller skates and you are allowed to switch if you ask as well as bring your own. read more

Even after 20 years, this place never disappoints. A true Kendall GEM and landmark. If you want to relive your youth this is the place to be. Not a single thing has changed (literally) most likely the original carpet, tables, chairs, and even the skates from the 90's but that's what makes the place awesome. My fiance and I have been coming back here and its always a great nostalgic date night. Everyone that complains doesn't know what they are talking about and most likely weren't the OG Kendall kids. Alright, I have a new perspective on Hot Wheels (Super Wheels, whatever, it's still Hot Wheels to me) after being on the "parent" side of the coin. My daughter begged for us to throw her 6th birthday party here, so we decided to go for it. The kids had a blast, which I guess is the important thing...and they *did* have everything set up for her party. But they really need to get it together with the way they run the party. The "personal" host was hard to find- if you're paying 24 dollars per kid for some crappy food that wasn't even brought out properly, I expect to have the host readily available to us to correct food and drink orders. Maybe I'm asking for too much...am I asking for too much? The kids seemed to have fun but I'm not gonna lie, I'm not sure if all the kids ate because they didn't even ask everybody what they wanted to eat and just plopped some random burgers, pizza, and hotdogs on tables without any kind of rhyme or reason, while kids were on the rink. Kind of embarrassing when you're the birthday girl's parents. I don't think I'd have another party here again. read more

the absolute worst i've been too. decided to grab some pizza not only was the line extremely long because everyone was just mindlessly walking back and forth they also told us we were only allowed to get wings and fries when people were leaving with different food items. finally was able to order my pizza just to wait a whole 20 minutes waiting for my pizza after the employees completely forgot about my order and another parties order. and to top it off they completely chopped up my pizza they have water leaking through multiple areas of the facility and even on the table i had placed my things on. i will most definitely not be returning here ever again and leaving disappointed i completely wasted my money here. read more

Only to be told to get in the line where customers are purchasing tickets. Requested that the cashier please notify an employee to scan/receive tickets from those that bought tickets ahead of time and was bluntly told by her, another employee, and the manager to get in the one line where tickets were being purchased. Showed zero professionalism. Meanwhile one cashier attends to everyone waiting in the one line as the session time rolls by. The two hour session I paid for quickly turned into a one and a half hour session. There was no willingness to get the customers in quickly or efficiently. read more

Holy Jesus, where do I begin?? I got there to find 1 long line out the door! (Man this place must be packed inside) it wasn't... they just had 1 poor 16 year old girl working 1 register.. once I got to the front, I was asked what type of skates id be using I chose the cheaper of the two options (she charged me for the more expensive one) then I was told that my autistic brother had to pay to get in also even though I kindly explained he wouldn't be skating at all.. she said it didn't matter. So I paid, and went on my way. While standing and signing some pointless waiver that they don't give you the chance to read, turn and see the cashier letting her friends in without paying. I asked her how come their free and not other people and her response was "they gave me this coupon" she showed me the coupon and it was a 10% off or something not free. I laughed in her face and walked away. It took about 15 min to get my shoes because they didn't have any in my size, did I mention this place was empty? I'm a size 10. Come on. Finally squeeze into a 9 and decide to hit the floor. My cousin who wasn't skating tried to take a picture of us and was told by another 16 year old employee with a traffic vest that pictures and videos are not allowed. Then this kid sees me with my phone in my hand and tells me to put it away. I told him I wasn't putting away because wasn't recording. He gets the manager who tells me to put it in a locker.. so I walked to the locker and see it's a dollar every time I open it.. (phone goes back in pocket) Go back to the floor and the 2 16 year olds with traffic best we're really patrolling now. They never failed to tell adults the rules and to keep moving while kissing their girlfriends in between occasions. One said "I know the law you don't move" not to me but it was heard. Basically these kids let their friends run wild while adults are being told "rules" that aren't posted anywhere. After about 30 min of this I cut my losses and went home. Besides horrible service and experiences the place is a complete shit hole. Floor is okay carpet is gross, employees suck! They pay these poor minors minimum wage for sure and it shows. Emergency exits blocked with boxes and exposed wiring behind kitchen. Don't waste any money here. Go bowling if your in to recreational sports. I wish I could give 0 starts. read more

I didn't have high expectations when I walked in but overall I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the skate floor is a bit lumpy and bumpy but I'm used to skating outdoors so it wasn't a big issue. I really liked the skate attendants that were on the floor the whole time helping out less experienced skaters get out to the floor and checking on people who fell down. Including me who ate it when I bumped into my daughter lol! Ouch! They are very aware when and accident happens I did see 2 injuries while I was there. They turn on all the lights and ask everyone to stand still while they attend to the person and get them help. The biggest disappointment was that they turned off all the video games 1hr before our skate time was over so my daughter didn't get to play after we were too tired to skate. I never tried the food but it looks like typical crappy food that most kids places have. It's a bit of a hike for us but I'm sure we'll be back. read more
