If I got married again this is def my go to place! It is gorgeous. The grounds, the buildings, everything is magical. Parking is valet, food, cake, dj all taken care of. There is a huge barn for ceremony, dancing , etc. there are huge tiki huts for appetizers , bars, or what have you. And there is a large salon that can be opened to the beautiful grounds or closed if weather is having a tantrum. I could not get over the otherworldliness of this place. One of my best friends got married a little over a month ago (which still feels so surreal to say ) I remember when she showed me videos of the venue she chose almost a year ago now. For a bride and groom that want to be taken care of, this is the place to go. I wanted to be hands OFF, meaning not doing lots of DIY and having pretty much everything taken care of. Longan's Place did not disappoint. Flowers? I only gave the florist 4 inspiration photos and two colors I would like to see within like 2 emails....day of wedding my jaw was on the floor with the perfection of them. Photobooth? Easy they have one there. We forgot flower girl baskets- they had them. We were worried about a plug for one of our signs, found immediately by them. Cocktail hour they brought me a tray of food to eat while I waited to walk down the aisle, same for my husband. The food was absolutely divine- my day of coordinator Delilah made sure we had a second serving to take home which was great because i absolutely could not eat from all the excitement at dinner. She hustled everyone so everything happened on time, which anyone born and raised in Miami knows that is a GIFT. The DJ spun incredible music, knew exactly what to play. God bless him for the patience of dealing with the 6year old that wanted to play the same 3 songs We used one of the fire pit areas for our cigar smoking area- worked phenomenally. I was in my work besties wedding. They chose this place to host their nuptials. I have to say, it was an absolutely, beautiful venue. The staff was on point and everything was included for their wedding. It seemed very reasonable for 70 person wedding. The food was pretty good too. So far, this is a review for the planning process and the food tasting. JC and Ayler have been very responsive with answering questions. This venue does give you the all-inclusive option where mostly everything you need is included in the venue price. They take care of the food, music, and dinner/reception decor. That includes linens, tableware and flowers. The only things you will be responsible for booking this location is: your officiant, photography/videography, decor for ceremony area, your personal flowers (bouquet/boutonnieres), and the liquor. They provide the bar staff and mixers. The food tasting was good! My favorites were the sweet chili glazed salmon and the filet mignon. I preferred the roasted potatoes and key west veggies as the sides. You choose one of three steak options, and one of two chicken options to offer to your guests. Absolutely stunning venue for a wedding! Was here this past weekend for a family wedding and everything was just gorgeous. We got there and was greeted by valet as soon as you enter the yard, we are directed to the outside seating area by the waterfall for a exchange of vows, follow by a cocktail hour under the tiki hut. For dinner we were then directed to the main tiki hut which was open and beautifully decorated, dinner was absolutely delicious. After dinner we were then directed to the barn area where there was dancing and cake of course. This was such a great venue and perfect place for a wedding. Beautiful place, the outdoors spaces are dreamy for small weddings, big weddings tend to be a little disorganized, people get disoriented to where to go next, most of the time you have to be standing up in the heat during and after the ceremony. The wedding ceremony is picture perfect by the waterfall outdoors but after that, you want it to go inside to eat, drink and dance under ac, not possible for a big group, the barn is small and only to dance. The drinks, and the dinner are served outside under gazebos, do not get me wrong, very nice but hot. Living out-of-state, we loved that so much was included the gorgeous table flowers, DJ and more. We were able to chose the cake Baker (also included) that has won best of Miami many years running. We were able to buy our own liquor at a nearby Costco and had a signature drink: Mermaid Lemonade that was not only pretty but yummy. Getting our own liquor made it an affordable "Open Bar." WOW!! The most beautiful wedding I have ever seen, can't believe it was mine. There are so many amazing things to say about Logan's Place and the staff that helped make my wedding the most beautiful and memorable night! They are so professional, organized, and detail- oriented and they really do have wedding planner down to perfection! They have the most attentive staff, starting with JC the owner, who was always available... one time I reached out to him and he was on vacation in Europe, he didn't hesitate to answer and manage to helped me from there. We found Longan's Place on Google Maps as we were searching for a venue for our wedding on May 30th 2021. We did a site visit in January 2020 and immediately fell in love! Words do not explain the beauty and sense of calm this location embodies. There is a waterfall, beautiful rows of Longan trees, tropical tiki rooms and a banquet room perfect for dancing and cake. We met JC who is very responsive and there to help with any questions you have. You can tell they host many weddings as they are like a well oiled machine! They offer scripts and templates to fill out for the timeline of your wedding - which made it easy for someone like me, who planned it all to keep track of what needs to get done. The venue includes the cake, DJ, catering, day of coordinator and reception decor which really helps out too! The reason that I am giving it a 4 star review, instead of 5 is that on the day of, the coordinator Deliah, seemed to slip from the timeline and script that we handed in prior to the wedding. I understand that there is a tight schedule we need to follow, but it is our day, after all. It was a little frustrating also to not have the DJ play our playlist that we spent time creating and also sent in prior to the wedding. Our cake wasn't served to all our guests, as I had some people come up to ask me where they could get some. For the most part, these were all things that we noticed internally because of planning but our guests luckily did not. I write these things not to ward you off from this venue (as it's wonderful!) but just to keep in mind when you are reviewing everything with them at rehearsal. Other than that, Delilah is very good at her job and was a lifesaver to have on wedding day. Our guests absolutely LOVED the venue, as we did too for the beauty and overall ease of transitions from ceremony, cocktail, dinner and reception. We had a beautiful day and recommend this to anyone looking for a unique, tropical and romantic venue! We wouldn't have wanted it anywhere else! If you want a gorgeous partially outdoor wedding this is THE place. JC and his team are incredible to work with. He is a true expert and goes to great lengths to make your vision come true. The layout and coordination was also very good from the cermony to cocktail hour to the reception. All well laid out and well maintained. The food was great specially for a wedding venue. My main gripe is that there is only two bathrooms..one for men and one for female. Also it's pretty far from Miami city center. Hard to go there and drink and drive home :/ Bottom line.:.gorgeous venue with lots of different areas for photos. It's well laid out and organized so it's easy to follow each area change. The food was fantastic and the service before, during and after the event was always outstanding. The floral centerpieces were so beautiful beyond my expectations. Beautiful and serene outdoor venue. My cousins wedding took place in early December. The venue was so clean, the bathroom was tidy & it was decorated beautifully. I arrived to be greeted by the valet parking attendant. Then more over the chairs were placed in the grass area, while my cousin walked in the isle all the way to the pond area where the ceremony would take place. The food served was very yummy. The building facility is intimate, clean, and new. Julio, the owner was absolutely accommodating; with such a perfectionist bride to be at the time much patience was needed. He always answered my calls, emails, and was a huge part of our wedding day being a total success!!! I truly appreciate all the effort he put in making this day extra special for us. Our package consisted of a tasteful buffet dinner with servers, appetizers, open bar, table arrangements, and DJ. Our guest had an amazing time dancing to the tunes played all night!!! I personally did not want the night to end. The prices were affordable in comparison to many other venues in the area. Although a little down south of the Miami metropolitan area the drive was well worth it. The open space provided our guest and ourselves intimacy, privacy, and a special touch with nature. Honestly... where to start? JC is a rockstar! I changed my date a million times due to the pandemic. JC first off, gave me the peace of mind and confidence that everything would turn out great no matter what day it was. We ended up. Finally getting married January 9,2022 I was worried because I ended up doing a night wedding and did not think there would be enough light for details . JC brought longans place to life at night! My god!!! What a beautiful beautiful and incase you didn't read it the first two times what a freaking beautiful ceremony. When The doors opened and I began to walk down the aisle I had to take a deep breath and mentally take pictures to remember every single detail because honestly no video or pictures would ever be able to show how beautiful everything looked. Now I know I have Maylin struggle as I didn't know how to set up the Spotify or what song was going to be my first dance and what songs were going to be used to walk down the aisle . I was lucky enough to have a my wedding at this GORGEOUS venue on December 22nd, 2013. As said in the review before mine, the pictures do not truly give this place the justice it deserves. It is absolutely stunning. We had a sunset wedding in front of the waterfall. My photographer said it was a dream to shoot, i can't wait to see the final photos. JC, the owner, is fantastic. He's new to the wedding business but is running a very tight shop. Answered all my questions in a timely matter, was so understanding, just wonderful and there wasn't anything that he couldn't do (within reason) to make my day just a little more special. He was there for the entire event and checked in with me several times to make sure that i was 200% satisfied. He truly enjoys making his customers happy. Mailyn, the day of coordinator, is amazing. She is so easy to talk to and even married us when our original plan fell thru. She has got her scripts on point and had no issues with some of our unorthodox wrenches for the ceremony and reception.
