They were provided with instructions on how we wanted everything set up many days in advance. They claimed, several times, they hadn't received it, even after confirming they had. The electricity in the barn by the bar area fails. We were hoping to have a popular coffee bar company, which we've used many times, and they told me they would not do another event there because of that issue. I ended up having my private caterer add one and sure enough the electrical outlet by the bar did not work well. The day of lady they use is useless. She and her assistant sat around while I did everything. Beautiful venue, but I cannot recommend them based on my experience. We did not use any of their vendors except for Veronica's party rental, they were great!
