The Cooper Estate is truly a fantastic venue. The location might throw you off at first but once you see it you will instantly realize this place is like no other. It's a true gem. I had the pleasure to work directly with Idalia, Regina and Donna and they really know how to make the process a wonderful experience. It was such a memorable and fun day for us, we are grateful that we were able to take a step back to take it all in, truly feel the moment and that wouldn't have been possible without the wonderful staff and the remarkable Donna Ingram (day of coordinator provided by TCE). Our friends and family did not stop talking about the venue and food for days. The venue was stunning everything we had asked for. We got married here on March 17th, 2017. It was so beautiful, everyone had an amazing time. The staff was perfect. What I loved though was that 1) after my original venue fell to poop, Cooper Estate was available not far after our original wedding date and 2) which literally EVERY SINGLE VENDOR that I'd dealt with up til then had treated me as some sort of money cow to milk until dry, Regina at Cooper Estate was the first and only vendor that seemed genuinely happy for us and actually congratulated us. Everyone was so great about not stressing either of us out so that the day of was smooth and magic, the way a wedding day should be. I would absolutely recommend this venue to everyone. read more

The moment guest arrived you were welcomed by the impeccable grounds. The landscape, custom iron work, and the carefully placed seating arrangements were breathtaking. The bridal cottage was the perfect beginning for the bride and her party to gather, dress for the wedding, and have a few impromptu photos taken. The Wedding Grotto was beautifully decorated and quite regal. The Florida landscaping was stunning. The Dinning Hall was a sight to behold. The attention to detail, the INCREDIBLE wait staff, and the mouth watering food will linger in the minds of everyone in attendance. Donna Ingram (day of coordinator) was WONDERFUL. So today we went to look at wedding venues we went to the Cooper estate. What I found really horrible was upon arrival we were made to fill out a questionnaire the questionnaire asked for the bride's information and the grooms information in seperate areas. I crossed out the brides area and wrote in groom, as I did this I was being observed by the staff the awkward moment was obvious we were whisked away on the tour. However we were so saddened be shown everything but the Brides cottage. It was not offered to be toured it was purposely not shown to us. This is the private cottage they have available for the bride to prep and so forth. So sad that since we are two men preparing to marry we were not shown this area. The site seemed so large online and it was a let down found it to be so small and there are no local hotels of proper caliber to lodge in the area either. read more

The Perfect Night! We finally celebrated our wedding on June 20th at The Cooper Estate and there are no words to express how amazing everything turned out. Everything from the moment we arrived to get ready to the moment we left for the night was complete perfection! The ceremony was short but lovely with the grotto backdrop, the cocktail hour was classy and had great food. The actual reception was a dream. The decor, the service, the staff, the food...everything was amazing. We had close to 80 guests and not one had a complaint. The guests raved about the service and the food and commented on how every detail was beautiful. Some described it as feeling like they were in a movie wedding. Some said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. If you are looking for a venue you should really look into The Cooper Estate. Regina and her staff will make sure to treat your event like the most important event they have...at least that how we felt all night. read more

Everything about this venue and staff was so perfect that It's hard to put into words the incredibly special experience we had at my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. From the most amazing multi-course food tasting prior to the event, which felt like you were in a 5 star restaurant, to the attention to every detail in service and decor. We had the honor of giving our daughter the most amazing wedding at The Cooper Estate. From the moment we met Regina, we knew we were in great hands. Not only was she competent and professional, but she was kind and caring , and helped us with all our needs. We had a lot of out of town guests,and they still are raving about this venue. My wedding was this past Saturday on May 16, 2015. I have to say that my family and friends have not stopped talking about the venue and how beautiful it is. The food was the best wedding food we have ever tasted and the feeling amongst all our guests was mutual. The wedding coordinator Donna Ingram is a must have as she is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. My fiancee and I did not have to worry about one thing throughout the entire day. She made sure we had food, drinks, and most of all a great time. DJ Rey is also their vendor and he was AMAZING. He knew his way around that venue and provided services outside as well as inside. All our guests did not leave that dance floor the entire night. We told him to feel the crowd and do his thing and he definitely delivered. Idalia who works for the Cooper Estate guided us through everything all year long preparing for our big day and she made sure we got everything done that we needed. She was always available to communicate with us and help ease our nerves....especially the week leading up to the wedding. The entire staff at the venue the day of was so helpful in everything. I can not say enough good things about our experience there and highly recommend it to any couple looking into it for their wedding day. read more

I was lucky enough to go down and see The Cooper Estate in December, and immediately after my visit confirmed a date and sent in a deposit. I will say on my way to the venue I was a little skeptical, given that it was in the middle of no where... but This place is absolutely amazing- don't let the location fool you! From the Brides cottage to the sunken grotto to Regina and Idalia and so on... I am now 3 months into my planning and exactly 1 year out from the BIG DAY. So far I have been nothing but pleased with the help from Idalia and those at the Cooper Estate. The venue is to die for... I considered commuting my guests from Miami or Key Largo, but after looking into it - there is a Courtyard Marriot just down the road that is much more beautiful in person then the pictures show online- so if you are considering a hotel, definitely take a moment to stop in. So far .. I have no complaints and so ridiculously excited to continue my planning.. I will write another review a year from now and let you all know how it goes! Cheers. read more

My wedding was better than I could have dreamed! This place is beautiful to begin with and then the way everything came together was perfect. ALL of my guests are raving about every aspect of it! The dinner was delicious, the guests commented that it is rare for "mass produced food to come out hot and then be delicious". The DJ that was recommended by the Cooper Estate did a great job meeting our requests and filling in songs that matched our style, everyone commented on what a great playlist. There was a day of coordinator that helped make everything run smoothly. She made sure we were brought drinks and snacks during cocktail hour even though we were taking pictures. She started the event on time and kept things moving so smoothly, I didn't have to think about a thing. Regina went above and beyond to make this the dream wedding. It is beautiful outside, the greenery came out great in pictures and the barn inside is phenomenal! Would 100% recommend! read more
