Beautiful and Free little getaway spot in krome by the Redlands! They are open Friday-Sunday from 10:30am to 7:00pm. There is a cute petting section with baby goats, bunnies, chickens, and roosters! Great for family fun and for kids too! They have some outstanding shakes and smoothies but are a pretty penny $9.95 plus tax. I highly recommend the shakes but the smoothies are smaller for some reason but overall delicious! They also have bounce houses and a little train that goes around for little kids which is great haha. Highly recommend checking it out and best part is it's FREE! So why not? ^.^ P.S- They have two bathrooms and extra sinks to wash your hands after the petting zoo!
Super fan! I thought I was just going for some lunch because it was on our way home. 3 hours later it was more than just food. First the wagu burger was probably the best burger I've ever had. The passion fruit shake was incredible! The coconut popsicle was phenomenally refreshing. The fries were great too. Bought the jalapeño raspberry jam & elderberry jelly to take home. Both are wonderful. So many things I wanted to buy...all the honeys, dressing, jams, salsas etc!!! My kids had a blast playing all the games while we ate. They did the train of jugs ride, rode ponies, and fed the goats & chicken. The trampoline was to hot to jump on. They had such a fun time! Such a cute place! Definitely making the long trek down there again for this yummy fun experience!!

I tasted the strawberry and farmhouse one...no disappointment! They sell other food like burgers, fries, smoothies, homemade honey, etc. They have the big connect four that my twinsies had fun messing around with. There is plenty of free parking...I mention free cause I know Tinez charges about $8 for valet. What im not sure of and didnt even ask if they sell beer or alcohol. It'll be a question for me to ask next time I go.
Stopped by on a Saturday , in the late afternoon. The whole concept is super cute. Farm chic, great atmosphere, pretty decent food. We tried the pork belly and it was fried perfectly. The shakes were delicious. There's ample seating throughout, two cute ponds to feed the koi and a small petting farm towards the back. It appears to have several areas to host events, and I could totally picture having a nice birthday or celebration here. Prices were a bit high, but comparing to the other nearby farms, it's definitely a lot nicer and a great way to spend an afternoon with the kids.

The food truck have various good options. We tried their parrillas and shared it for two of us. And a side of chicharrón. It was very good. I specially loved the toasted bread with butter that came with it. And the fries were good too- I happen to house them all. You must try their cakes. They taste very organic and fresh. Service wise, they were very attentive across the board. I loved the music they were playing at the main house. But that's a bias comment, because I happen to be Colombian and that was the music they were playing mus

this is a nice way to spend time with family and friends, lots of stuff for kids to do, play grounds, bounce houses, petting zoo, pony rides etc. Dog friendly also. They have some pretty good shakes and food, the coco lychee smoothie was refreshing and delicious!

I had a lot of fun going here for lunch - and they sell beer for the adults too! They had some games like jenga on the dining tables. The food was average and a little overpriced. Try the cachapa! Maybe skip the empanadas.

Found this place in Yelp, thank you yelpers. It is located on Krome avenue, a 10 mins drive south from Kendall drive. The place is beautiful, you can see koi fish and other animals. The ventilation of the place is really good, but the flies are annoying, maybe installing some fly repellents will help. The food was good and the smoothies soooo delicious. I tried the chicken and mushroom empanada, mushroom was my favorite. The chícharron was ok, the cachapas were really good too. Come and enjoy this place with your family
Love this place, it's a clean and and elegant farmhouse I had the cookie and oreo shake. One of the best chocolate chips ever!
The empanadas here was unexpectedly delicious and the chicharon was made on point. I like the salt texture that they add to the chicharon. The atmosphere was nice and chill. Overall, Cool place to pass by if you are in the area

Really good. Many options to choose from. Priced right. Fast service. Weather was perfect. It is under roof but outdoors. Can't imagine what's it's like when it's hot tho. Very nice spot. It's out there tho. It's farther than a MFer. I forgot to take the pic of my food cuz I was starving but got you a pic of the water hahahahaha.The restaurant is actually called El Toro Loco. The meat cuts are legit. Try them out on a weekend that you ain't got nothing else to do and want to hike your ass out there. NOTE: 18% TIPS ARE ALREADY INCLUDED. The absolute best burger and pork that I've had! The quality of this food was unlike any other place. Not to mention the lovely ambiance located on a farm with tons of walking space and family friendly activities. We stopped by on a Friday while driving around Krome. The place is super cute, light and airy. It was oppressively hot that day, yet it didn't feel hot at all in there. We were able to order snacks and a shake at the counter. We chose 3 different empanadas, a shake, and pork belly. We received 2 pagers, one for the shake and one for the pork belly. The food that needs to be prepared, is cooked at the black food truck and you pick up there when ready. The empanadas you get right away. The empanadas are good and they're stamped with the variety. So no surprises or guessing. They are nicely filled and tasty. The shake was really good as well. We chose strawberry banana with milk. It was nice, creamy and nicely presented. The pork belly was delish. Meaty and fatty, just like we like it. Prices are a bit on the high side compared to others in the area. The shakes are $10 for a regular sized cup. For comparison, Knaus is about $7 for a large. Anyhoo, we had our 2 yr old grand baby with us and she enjoyed seeing the koi, the animals and the playground. It was crazy hot that day and the sun was fire. While the baby wasn't bothered, we were dying! Be sure to check the swing seats first, they get hot! Hopefull, they'll put up some shade for weary parents/grands to sit while the kiddies play. BTW, be prepared, they have colorful toys near the counter. I didn't really notice at first. But my two year old zeroed in on them. She got one too! We're grandparents after all! :) All in all, it's a cute place. We enjoyed the food and shake as well. So we will likely return. I found myself at FarmHouse Miami on a weekend while I was looking for something to do with the kids that wouldn't break the bank while maintaining social distancing. FarmHouse Miami is great because they have an open barn building where you can buy handmade items like burgers, chicken, ice cream, milkshakes, and empanadas. You can also purchase some delicious local jam and other items in jars. We chose a Blackberry Jalapeno jam which was phenomenal, and a yummy Chocolate Milkshake which came decorated with a beautiful bougainvillea on top. As a side note, some of the prices of the items are a little on the pricey side, however, you aren't paying an expensive entrance fee (like some of the other Redland farms). What sets FarmHouse Miami apart from the other farms in the Redlands is that they have a free area where you can feed koi fish, pet farm animals and play on a unique playground made up of items from a farm. You have the option to purchase food to feed the fish and animals for a minimal amount. My kids had a great time feeding the kois, petting the animals and playing on the playground. FarmHouse Miami has several huge AC fans set up constantly blowing cool air on the guests. The employees we encountered were all very friendly. This truly is a hidden gem in the Redlands. read more

What a lovely place to go to when visiting south Dade. Worth the drive. Great food and Blue Grass music, yummy shakes and smoothies, and delicious desserts. Fun really for the whole family. We ordered the Parrillada and it was very good. It's good for two/3 people and it comes with two small ears of corn. I also ordered an additional corn on the side and it was yummy! This place was a breath of fresh air. Since we are in Covid times places to relax outdoors are a commodity and this place is just that. They have plenty of outdoor space to stretch out with the family. They have a small food area in the front with smoothies, milkshakes, empanadas and popsicles. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere cant be beat. I feel its lacking a little on the food department. I really did enjoy the small cute details in the smoothie and it was made with fresh fruit. They had one food truck but agree with other reviews that they were pricey for the food being offered so we passed on it. What I enjoyed was for the kids they have area to see some animals, a play area and plenty of outdoor space to run around. The venue can tell is set up for rent for outdoor events and has plenty of parking so its a great option. If you are looking to make a day of driving down this area this is a nice spot to do so and then visit some nursery and visit some of the nearby farms to eat. read more

Loved this place! Very nice for an outdoor lunch, went on a Friday afternoon after lunch time so not too crowded, but I think it would definitely feel safe even if it was during a busy time. Lots of gorgeous outdoor space, including beautiful koi ponds and lots of shaded seating. The pastry counter offers smoothies and shakes (the guayabana smoothie was delicious!), empanadas, and lots of really delicious made-in-house options. We had lunch at the outdoor food truck, the wagyu hamburger was great! read more

This was the venue for my sisters Quinces. It was perfect!! Álvaro who is the manager there was super responsive to all of our needs, very accommodating, attentive and helpful. Absolutely love the aesthetic at this place! It was very busy here but still got our food quickly. We also ordered all of the empanadas and I think the best one was the portobello one! Smoothies were also very refreshing during a hot, humid day! Aesthetic: 9/10 Food: 9.5/10 Service: 10/10 read more

This location is pretty, just very overpriced for food from a food truck. My friend and I shared a burger, 2 shakes, empanadas, tequeños for $71 plus tip. The food was fine, but not worth it to me. Cute animals on the property. read more

Just an ordinary Sunday and my wife wanted something off the beaten path. Searched Yelp for something unique in the area. I knew there were eateries along krome Ave but just never gotten around to trying anything. Came across the Farmhouse and I was like okay simple menu and it looks great. Then I saw there was petting zoo and I was like even better cute animals. We took our two lil fur brats who of course all they could do out of curiosity was bark at the animals lol. I ordered the wagyu burger with pineapple and bacon, it came with some pretty good seasoned fries. I must say it was well done and juicy. My wife got the cachapa and she said it was like eating an arepas with shredded beef. I agree and it was pretty good. The area was open and airy, plenty of covered seating, animals all around and they had horses to ride as well. Plenty of things for the kids, inflatables, barrel rides, mini power toy vehicles. It was a pretty cool place for families to come chill, eat, and play games. I would give this place a 10 if I could, we received exceptional service. read more

This venue is just the cutest to host any event. I went for a baby shower and was so impressed they offered a bar and food for the event. At the venue there's a petting zoo with goats and you can buy food to feed them along with horses to ride. They also sell smoothies and shakes and different jams you can purchase to take home. Totally recommend to book any event or even to come on a weekend and spend the day. read more

First time at the farmhouse, great atmosphere in a country farm setting And lots to see and experience with your kids. The live band plays 1- 4pm, horse rides, animal petting area, Koi pond, kids air bag Jumping, etc. The food is pricey, but it's good and fresh! We had the Angus burgers, fries, soda, and a milk shake all fo $50. read more
Visiting FarmHouse Miami is such a fun and different thing to do! They offer great food options, fun little games to entertain kids and adults, and lots of farm animals to see. It's family friendly and has lots of seating areas to sit, talk, and enjoy each others company. I had the Brownie Shake and it was DELICIOUS! read more
What a fantastic little place, well it's actually not little at all. Hospitality is fantastic; they have a sample bar that allows you to try the jams. When the weather is cool; makes for a great Sunday afternoon spot. They have little appetizers, smoothies, empanadas and more. We picked up a bunch of jams and honey for our home and gifts. read more

I stumbled upon this place and it was such a surprise! The food was delicious and the place was so cute. They also have a petting zoo with goats and cows along with a koi pond. I didn't try the drinks but they looked really good as well. Would definitely come back. read more
