One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

I misunderstood the sequence of the steps, and appreciated Cameron taking the time to explain it for me, even though other customers were waiting. When I got the paperwork done and returned for the inspection, it was quick and very clear. For my second service, I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. I got a prompt email follow-up, plus a reminder email the day before. What I didn't know is that the online tool schedules for drop-off service only, which was not what I wanted. Zach explained this to me as he checked my car in. Despite not having an appointed time slot for my car's service and me stating that I was fine with waiting however long it took, the team worked it into their schedule. It was completed in a very reasonable time for a scheduled service. TLDR: I'm a very satisfied customer. The shop takes care of my car and me. And if you want to schedule a specific time for a service, don't use the online form: call the shop!

Worst. Shop. Ever. I paid almost $2,000.00 to have my gas tank replaced due to a vandalism. My…read moretruck is from California so there's no rust, but they charged me for the tank, straps, fuel pump, and they recommended they change the fuel pump sensor because it has almost 200,000 miles on it and since everything was already apart, I said, "Go ahead." They also replaced the side mirror, but when I got it back, the door was a mess. It's actually a simple procedure to replace the mirror, by taking the door panel off, but it was a mess when I got it back. I had to take it back and have them do it all over again. Meanwhile, my truck kept stalling while in operation and the oil cap was stuck on there... me and three grown men couldn't get it off after leaving their shop, including AutoZone. Also my locking gas cap isn't working the same. Cameron said that he was going to charge me AGAIN to look at the reason why my truck keeps stalling while in operation and I hit the roof. Then he said he would charge me if it wasn't his fault, leaving me vulnerable to another pathological lie, to look at it. So then when I took it to another shop, they replaced the oil cap for free, I only paid for the part, then, on the way home, my check engine light came on so I went back to AutoZone and the code says it's the fuel pump sensor. Cameron said that AutoZone doesn't know what they're talking about. So I contacted some other mechanics and they said that the fuel tank needs to be dropped again to get in there and replace it. So I have to start all over again, get it towed, drop the tank, which is now 3/4 full. I haven't had use of my vehicle since the beginning of the year. I've filled a small claim against them, but so far, Cameron hasn't stated that he's going to show up. Zach did. And Cameron also told me to never come back, and I'm blocked from all Protech websites. So he's completely disregarding the warranty and is really such a sheister, obviously. Really bad place. Never again will I allow those morons to touch my vehicle. I hope the court gets my money back for the parts, labor, and aggravation. According to Pennsylvania law, I'm supposed to get back treble damages and the Bible says seven-fold, so I hope so. I have a small farm and I need my truck. I can't even go to church without it. Really bad place.
