I'm surprised that others have had poor service here. I had a flat which I changed myself and left…read morethe punctured tire with them first thing in the morning. I ran some errands and returned in a couple hours. The flat was fixed and they replaced it quickly and left the spare in the back. The gentleman behind the counter was the same one that I spoke with early in the morning and he was helpful and courteous. Maybe when they stick with tires only they are more reliable. I can't comment on anything other than this one experience with a flat.

I headed up to Butler from Pittsburgh today to take my mother to her neurosurgeon. On the way my…read morecheck engine light went on and I knew, by the sound of it, my exhaust had been compromised. I recently had one of two flex pipes on my Passat recently repaired and my bet was the other. So after looking for a good exhaust shop previously, I remembered someone posting about a shop in Butler. On a lark, I called this shop to see if they had any time to take a look. He said to bring it down so I did. Awesome. My 78 year old mom and me sat on some seventies couches for about twenty minutes and the gentleman came back and talked a little about the flex pipe repair. This was about to be my second on this particular pipe. He said that a straight pipe was already put on and should save me this repair in the future. All for about a quarter of the price of my most recent repair. Unbelievably quick service and affordable. Great job!

The shop was the only place I had taken it to since I bought it off the lot, when it had a catalytic converter. Since it had been months since I had taken my vehicle here I couldn't report it to the district attorneys office for theft but I wanted to let everybody know be very careful taking your vehicle to the shop because they stole my catalytic converter.

I feel if they would've just looked at my back tires like I asked they would've seen it and I could've saved 600 bucks to get new brakes and rotors. But really other than that I had a pleasant experience. They were all kind and they updated me in a timely manner.
