The phone was answered promptly & they confirmed an Auto Center. When asked, I was also informed they did not have a wait at the moment of my call either. Which was perfect for my impromptu oil change needs. The Auto Department's located in the back left of the store in its own. Location is very accessible and open. First impression- this location was incredibly clean! Lorie & Devin both greeted me/ checking me in/out etc, Nick was super friendly, & Bill kept busy stocking & returned the car. All staff present were very friendly & helpful especially Lori and Devin! Would definitely recommend this location & will likely make this my new "impromptu oil change" location.

The van was exempt for emissions so that goes to show you how much the van is driven. My friend says not to fix it. He'll fix it himself. They say come back in an hour and the van will be back together. We wait an hour and the van isn't back together. Their reason the mechanic never returned from lunch. So we wait again. Finally the van is back together. This time it is leaking brake fluid. Bad enough to leave a puddle under the van. When we lifted it the van must have shifted causing the brake line to leak is what they said. I heard good things about this place but nothing good came out of this experience.

When I called them to make an appointment, although the price increased, they still charged me the original quoted price. They didn't have to do it but they did and I'm truly grateful. My husband and I have both worked in the auto industry do we already the tire sizes were able to be swapped, and for that matter both our vehicles are front wheel drive! My husband asked to see the vehicles while they were in the air (to double check), and sure enough FWD. He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

After inspection, they found several other issues that needed to be professionally addressed. They kept me informed every step of the way with regard to both time and cost. Luckily for me, they are focused on making the car 'right'. An older muscle car is a considerable investment. Nick and Doug have several classics of their own.
