The fajitas were a little overcooked but tasty nonetheless. Next time, I'll get the one with the salsa Verde instead of the one with melted cheese because there wasn't all that much cheese, and it could have used some sauce. I like that they still have free chips and salsa at all tables, though the chips were not all that good. I still like to have them. My favorite part was the head-sized (virgin) piña colada. Cooked perfectly and had to write amount of ham, cheese, onion, and green pepper. It was seasoned beautifully. I had the Mexican skillet and the waitress asked if I wanted some of their homemade salsa which I agreed to. Their Mexican salsa was amazing, flavorful and had a little bit of heat. Perfect for me. If you don't like hot sauce, don't try it! But it was perfect for me! My eggs were over easy and they were done to perfection the way I love them. The potatoes in the skillet didn't come out of a bag frozen as they appeared to be fresh made in the kitchen. Generous portion of meat inside the skillet. It says one of two things, prime rib is either no good or too expensive?
