Great customer service, great people, great company! After we were stuck in a bind after another company let us down, Kyle (who was on vacation at the time) responded to an inquiry on a Saturday morning and the Mi Box was delivered that very afternoon! After being told the box would never fit by the other company, Brian from Mi Box easily maneuvered the box onto our property within minutes. They were very proactive and looked up the property beforehand so they knew exactly what to do. Several weeks later we needed to move the box for construction and again Kyle's customer service and professionalism was outstanding. These guys are amazing! I booked Mi-Box after speaking with the other competitors in the market. The 'competition' spoke to me from scripted computer screens. When I called Mi-Box I spoke to one of the owners, Kyle. I enjoyed the conversation as well as the information I was given. As a business owner myself I love connecting with my customers and they are often impressed in dealing with the owner. That's how I felt! mi-box gets 5 stars in my book. my needs changed so we ended up not needing a mi-box after all, but the customer service is beyond any other company. faith is the most patient, kind, knowledgeable customer service rep i have run across. she stood head and shoulders above the other companies i spoke to. she was never pushy, salesy, or rude. i asked her questions over the course of 6 months (to the point where i felt a little guilty asking yet another question), and she was always professional. that speaks volumes about a company. it means that sales are not the bottom line, but customer satisfaction is and that is exactly what you want from a portable moving company. thanks faith! read more

I used a 16' MI-BOX for a kitchen remodel. Got my cabinets picked up, set the box in the driveway and now I have a clean workspace and staging area while I build the premade cabinets! It is also a safe place for all my tools while I'm away at work. With the smooth walls I don't worry about doing any damage to my cabinets while I'm working in there.
