I'm not one to bash or talk bad about a company honestly I try everything I can to give them a…read morechance to make things right but this company has been nothing but rude threatening and disrespectful towards myself and the owner of the company I work for we had a new rear end installed in our semi truck by there bend location on 3/14/23 nice reman Anderson bros DS404 355 at installation they were great to deal with we have had multiple things done by this company. Now let's go back to the end of November when that nice reman burned the paint off the 3rd member because it ran out of oil. well that's interesting it's only made it 9,200 miles down the road it's a rarely used local dump truck. So we took it back to the Bend location where we were insulted talked down to and treated like second class citizens because we didn't notice a leak in the rear end of the truck. Now let's fast forward to last week when I had the time to pull the third member out of the truck. First off 5 bolts are missing any kind of washer I know it had lock washers as the rear member has them. The surface was rusty in spots and had the old seal still on it in places as they bragged they only use rtv that's great unless you don't prep the surface. Also noted there was no tamper line or anything showing it was ever filled with oil other than taking there word for it. I'm a very reasonable person who understands no one is perfect I haven't asked for anything other than to make it right and pay for the rear end they improperly installed and we're all good. I've called and left a message with the owner Ryan and instead of calling back to have a conversation he calls the bend store where the service manager lied about the encounter him and I had last Friday when I brought the rear end in to them with pictures of the housing and was treated poorly threatened and told to fuck off at witch point I was glad to tell him off at that point and that I would be speaking to an owner. Today ryan had the bend service manager call and tell us that we should no longer do business together because Ryan cannot handle an adult conversation with someone. So Ryan congratulations on screwing a customer out of 6k plus another $3,500.00 in parts to fix the mistakes made by your company I hope people stay away from this terrible company it has made it to the point we are considering starting our own shop because no one holds themselves accountable .

DO NOT TRUST GARY PERKINS…read more I can't believe I have to write this review again, but here we are. I've dealt with a lot of terrible customer service in my life, but Gary Perkins, the new owner of Waddell Electric, takes the cake. We ordered a 5hp irrigation pump, only for Gary to decide, without consulting us, that we didn't need it and gave us a 3hp pump instead. The pump didn't work properly, and after confirming with several professionals that it was the pump's fault, Waddell refused to even look at it. When we uninstalled it and took it back to Waddell, their excuse? Helping us would get them fired. Apparently, Gary runs the place like a tyrant and threatened to fire the staff if any of them help us, so we were immediately kicked out of the store before any of them even laid eyes on the defective pump. But here's the part that takes this whole mess to a new level: Gary had the nerve to offer us a refund on the condition that we delete our bad reviews. In an effort to get our money back, we agreed and took the reviews down. And guess what? Once the reviews were gone, so was his offer. He completely refused to give us the refund he promised. What kind of shady, dishonest business tactic is that? It worked out for him though, he got us to delete our reviews and then got to keep our money too. So here I am, writing this review again, but this time it's not coming down unless Gary steps down and someone who actually knows how to run a business takes over. Waddell Electric was once a reliable company, but Gary Perkins has turned it into a nightmare. We have trusted Waddell with all of our pump needs for almost 30 years now, but Gary doesn't care about any of that, or any of his customers either. I strongly advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. As long as Gary is in charge, expect nothing but dishonesty, arrogance, and zero customer service. If you're lucky, like us, you might even get kicked out of the store should you ask for help.
