Thank you for helping me bring your behavior to light. "You shouldn't text and drive". Unprofessional response. "I remembered very little about the situation". As an owner, you should remember. "Called to see when trailer would be back because another customer was waiting". Customer waiting because you double booked and forgot. "I would do what any man does and discuss it face to face". Not what an owner should say to a customer. Especially after I did come in originally to discuss face to face. You must have forgotten that as well. "There was no cussing, unless you are a mind reader, then you may be traumatized ". Doesn't get any more professional than that. "Its rare that I am unable to find common ground with someone". You've said this in other reviews, so that would suggest that its not rare. Your customers have mentioned your poor behavior, poor equipment quality, and overcharging. I had hoped as an OWNER, you would take ownership of your mistakes and make things right for your customer. However, your response to my review says it all, and will hopefully help others considering your services to think twice.

We finally settled on $1200 towards new tires. I would not recommend renting anything with tires from this company. Unfortunately we had already told a friend that their prices were very reasonable and they rented a trailer. It had bald tires and two of the tires went flat on the trip home. Bigfoot refuses to help in any way so our friends are having to go to Les Schwab for help. Would not recommend this company.

I had no projects or construction in process and I have never done business with Hooker Creek! Accordingly, after several attempts at contacting Hooker Creek, and my wife spending the better part of an afternoon with our HOA trying figure out what was going on, we discovered it was a simple address error on Hooker Creeks part. This is not the problem. The problem is when Christine Price from Hooker Creek finally responded and admitted to their error, I pointed out how much of our time Hooker Creek had wasted. Ms. Price became defensive, snarky and rude, unprofessional behavior I certainly don't need after an afternoon spent solving their problem! Despite a follow-up apology form letter from Hooker Creek, if Ms. Price is an example of their employee vetting process, I will not be doing business with them going forward.
