Accordingly, after several attempts at contacting Hooker Creek, and my wife spending the better part of an afternoon with our HOA trying figure out what was going on, we discovered it was a simple address error on Hooker Creeks part. This is not the problem. The problem is when Christine Price from Hooker Creek finally responded and admitted to their error, I pointed out how much of our time Hooker Creek had wasted. Ms. Price became defensive, snarky and rude, unprofessional behavior I certainly don't need after an afternoon spent solving their problem! Despite a follow-up apology form letter from Hooker Creek, if Ms. Price is an example of their employee vetting process, I will not be doing business with them going forward.

If you are thinking of a purchase from them, understand they will not/might not be able to service your purchase. I guess it depends on what brand they are selling at the time.
